Food was 10/10. My usual Chinese has went down hill and I was skeptical about trying elsewhere but this was brilliant. This will be my new go to Chinese. The extra hot curry sauce is absolutely amazing perfect level of spice.

POOR SERVICE. POOR FOOD. RUDE STAFF. I had gotten a chicken friend rice that comes with a sauce ive had it b4 our of express on main road no issues, so it's more expensive than other places makes sense. unfortunately though even after paying for extra curry, they give me a tub the size of pakora sause roughly half full, that in total cost me 3.50. an absolute joke so when i called to ask if there was a mistake they basically said "suck it up" and hung up.

Curry tasted of smoke, all food was cold. Very disappointing.

The chicken balls were not balls they were cut into pieces and tasted really odd. The curry sauce portion was tiny and didn’t taste great

Ordered a few times now for delivery. Everything we have tried has been stunning. Food is delivered hot and always delivered really quickly. Drivers are pleasant. Pancake rolls are the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this takeaway

Order on the 18th October for the toby carvery which was cancelled without explanation so had place this order. I received a message saying the refund would be processed however this has not been received yet. When will i get my £30.80 back???

Haven't been for a long time so went a drive over,special curry,fried rice,chicken with green pepper and black bean sauce,chips.onion rings Skinny French fries not nice at all but the biggest disappointment was £4:50 for onion rings and they were cheap frozen shop onion rings,. Disgusted especially at that price! Had we known we would have got them from the chippy where we stay,.real battered onion rings.

very disappointed the food was hard overdone most went in the bin money down the drain was so looking forward to it too whats going on that's twice now I've had muchie box and it's been over done I've always given yous 5 stars the pop corn chicken was solid and had take the chicken balls were the same and lot of the chips

The only positive to this order was that it was still warm even though it took 1hour and 30 mins to arrive, the satay was overcooked and stringy,and sauce far hotter than normal, the peking chicken sauce was watery, the food is normally ok, think it’s time to find a new Chinese, won’t use again

One of the dishes we ordered was inedible as it was far to salty. It was a chicken chow mein, the noodles were ok but the chicken and gravy were not it was as if salt had been added twice the second time not being stirred properly....

Best Chinese takeaway in Blantyre by far. Recently started using Sun House as our normal Chinese was shut for refurbishment and was blown away by the quality of the food as well as the professionalism of the branded packaging. Quality establishment.

An absolute shambles of a serviced

First time ordering from Sun House tonight and it was soooo good! Surprised that the Google rating isn't that high as food is really great both vegetarian and meat options, and delivery was rapid - much faster than expected on a Saturday night. We ordered on Uber Eats where rating is much better. We've been looking for a good Chinese takeaway for a long time and always been disappointed previously but finally found a great place. Highly recommend!

Ordered at 6:05pm. Arrived 7:30pm for soup!! Called 2 times and was told driver left at 7pm. Very Poor

Always order from here, but don’t know what happened tonight. Shredded chicken Peking tasted really burnt , the chicken curry was more onion curry , and didn’t receive fortune cookies .

Foods nice, delivery as you'd expect for a busy takeaway, but salt and chilli chips, way too much salt in my opinion...

I didn’t get my mix up but the food was amazing

I can't fault the service as the food was piping hot, delivered on time and beautifully presented. Unfortunately it wasn't to my taste and the majority ended up going uneaten. I managed half the ribs and half the soup, although the ribs were quite fatty and the soup was a tad bland - but the chow mein was inedible due to the level of saltiness. It was so, so salty. I managed 2 bites and couldn't do anymore. I'm sure it's largely personal taste based on other positive reviews but not for me.

Waited Over 2 hours for my order, called for an update twice and was told it was on its way when it clearly wasn’t, lady who I spoke to hung up the phone when I asked to cancel and get my money back. Shocking service!!!

Usually order from here with no issues however last night the satay sauce was like water absolutely vile, my husband contacted the shop to let them know the person he spoke to said she it was a trainee chef and she would give us a free meal the next time wee called - called tonight to claim free meal to be told it was £14.80 I tried to explain I paid £22 last night and the whole meal went in the bin and was told I would get it for free but she was not listening to what I had to say - terrible service won’t be back
