Lovely Sunday roast! Throughly enjoyed our meal out, we all ordered roast dinners! Food was amazing. The staff were brilliant, very welcoming. We will be back again soon.

The food was absolutely disgusting it was absolutely freezing. I sent it back, and it came back worse. The chicken and the corn on the cob were watery, The service by the young lady was amazing she was run off her feet but definitely need to change chef's!!!!!

BOGOF burgers an a thursday both cooked perfectly, my partner had a steak that was cooked just the way she like it and the staff we’re very friendly and welcoming.Will definitely be coming back again 👍

Visited today and had to wait an hour for food. When it finally did arrive, my food had stuff on which I requested to have taken off, so then I had to wait a further 25 mins for my food to arrive. Once it did, the rest of my party had eaten theirs. Also, when my food arrived, it was missing items that I didn't ask to be taken off.

Jack is the best bar tender in the area. 👍

Stumbled across the Summit Inn Oldham whilst searching for a new 'local'. Having tried a couple of other places, I can confidently say that this is one of the best in the area! A Greene King/Flaming Grill pub, those familiar with the chain will know what to expect in terms of food and drinks offerings, and having sampled both, they are well up there in terms of range & quality. I have had the pleasure of meeting most of the staff; a very friendly, welcoming and accommodating bunch to say the least. 'Dog-friendly' is putting it mildly. There is a nice area specifically for those with furry companions, along with complimentary water dispenser, bowls and treats. And if you fancy giving them a treat, they also sell 'doggie ice-cream'. Plenty of large screens, showing a whole range of sports (download the Greene King sport app to see what's showing, with the added benefit of 10% off drinks, as well as other offers/free drinks if you try the score predictor!). Entertainment wise, there's a lively Quiz night every Thursday, as well as other events from time to time, along with a well kept pool table and dart board. There is quite a big emphasis on charity and community here also. There is a community board where people can post business cards/flyers etc. and events throughout the year with proceeds/donations to charity. Overall, this is a very pleasant place to pay a visit, whether for a quiet afternoon drink, socialising with friends, a pit-stop after a walk up/around Tandle Hill, or for a family get together with some top-notch pub-grub. Highly recommend you stop by, you won't be disappointed!

This place is a little gem. Food always piping hot Waiter/Waitress service is 1st Class. A wonderful place to dine with family and friends.

Nice pub but can be a little expensive, A good choice of beers.

We sat in the terrace and the tables hadn't been cleaned and it was quite untidy. Could do with a sweep. However I ordered 8 chicken wings with nashville sauce, flame grilled steak flatbread with nashville sauce and the lunch fries. The chicken wings were juicy and tender, the steak cooked to perfection and the fries were hot and crispy. I was very happy with my food and wasn't expecting it to be so good.

Visited this evening and had a gorgeous meal, I had the cheeseburger and chips and my husband had the mixed grill. The food was of very high quality and plentiful. Staff are polite and happy to help in any way. Definitely well worth a visit.

Went 2/10/2022 with my wife and 3 children.. First problem was that my children couldn't cut up the sausages as they were vegetarian and overcooked. I went for the steak pie and mash which contained nothing but gristle. My wife had chicken wings that weren't all wings. She also had topped waffle fries served luke-warm with stringy bits of bacon that seemed to have been boiled.

Had a mixed grill here Wednesday gave me a bad stomach for 2 days.. flys flying all over while you try to eat never again

We had a really good meal with excellent service throughout. Our waitress Bekka was fantastic. She was really attentive and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for her.

Booked a meal for me my daughter and two grandchildren took over 49 minutes to arrive and when it did it was burnt tasteless that was the Sunday dinner my grankids meals was very small plain and unappetising they didn’t eat it

Absolutely fabulous for a night out. Brilliant for food and a good catch up with friends. Love to watch the sport there with a brilliant atmosphere.

Service was very very slow. Staff took about 20 mins for drinks to be brought over in the end went bar to collect ourselves.

I had an amazing dining experience at Summit Inn . The food was delicious, the service was excellent especially our server Jack who brought out our food extremely fast, and the atmosphere was inviting. Highly recommend!

Food not the best. Took quite a while to get meals which was surprising as it wasn't busy. One of the burger meals was only tepid. Price wasn't too bad.

Country pub on main road in littleborourgh . A bit sparce and a bit lacking in atmosphere. Out the back it did look like there was once a beer garden but very overgrown now. There are tables to the side of the pub though. Food was nice .

Came yesterday 12.4.24 for spot of lunch,first thing we noticed was a new menu and I was so pleased to see RIBS were back on the menu I knew straight away what I was having lol, couldn't decide between a rack of ribs,or half ribs and chicken,so went for the half ribs and chicken and I wasn't disappointed 😋

Booked a table for 4.. Waited 50mins for food as the place was busy as football had been on.. All the staff were very friendly, did there best to help and working very hard, the place was hammered.. Food staff were in and out of the very busy kitchen.. Food arrived and it jst looked awful.. Me and my husband had the steak flat bread this was crispy on the outside and very soggy Inside, the beef was chewy to the point it was jst messy eating it and the thought of actually choking eating it put me off aswell, loads of grease from the beef mixed with the mayo it was awful.. It had no taste.. My daughter and friend had the chicken mix platter, lots of food for 2 and decent priced..but it just looked awful.... I have been to this pub lots of times but we won't be coming back for food. It was very disappointing..

Decided to take the family 4 x adults 1 x 13 year old out for tea , the chicken wings were ok fish and chips , 1 x burger we’re ok but 2 x burgers-and a mixed grill fell well below what we expected. Sorry guys but I won’t be visiting again.

Decent food at very reasonable prices, although the soft drinks are pretty pricey. Staff were friendly and helpful although they did seem to be a bit understaffed. Getting in and out is a bit tricky for people with mobility problems.

We called in today for lunch, what a lovely guy that served me nothing was too much trouble and he brought the food to our table. So friendly and professional also the other man on the bar did a check back on us. The food was really nice and piping hot I would recommend this place for atmosphere friendliness and prices

A stand-out example of a pub which caters for all. A great range of drinks & excellent quality pub food, paired with friendly service & entertainment for all tastes, all at more than reasonable prices. There is plenty of capacity, but I would still recommend booking in advance at busier times to avoid disappointment as it is a popular destination. This is fast becoming our go to pub for lunch. The staff are fabulous, really attentive and genuinely friendly. The food is great and the doggy facilities are brilliant.

This green king pub was 5 star. The cheese and bacon burger was amazing tasting and was within budget. Very cheap for an amazing burger!

I went to order at the bar and I have a stammer. I began to stammer when ordering with the manager of the pub but eventually managed to place my order. Once I left the bar a customer sitting at the bar mimicked my stammer to the bar manager. The bar manager then began to laugh and join in. I feel this isn’t what a manager of a business should be doing. Especially as I found out one of their staff also has a stammer.
