Really disappointed with the food ordered a takeaway and food ready in 10 mins chicken and noodles soup was tasteless and very watery . The prawn toast was soggy inside ...and the ok spare ribs was very grisly .. won't be using this chippy again..

Had chow main with curry sauce. I would have enjoyed it if I had not seen them watering down the curry sauce. And that is how it did taste like water. And at £1.20 I could have poured water on it at home for free I'll go into heywood next time for better results

Food was dry, the chips were dark brown and looked liked they’d been cooked in oil that was months old 🤢 the chicken was slimey… definitely will not b returning or recommending… It’s a shame we’ve used this takeaway for years

Used to be a awesome takeaway. But sadly not anymore.Had several bad meals now never a good one. The chips are disgusting always refried several times taste and texture of cardboard and inedible. Chinese food has seriously dropped in quality and taste. Will now stay away and go elsewhere.

It was a last minute decision to buy from here as our usual Chinese takeaway was shut. The hot and sour soup was the best we have had. Very tasty. We had lemon chicken and we got the beef and tomato. All meals were hot and very tasty. Better than my usual Chinese, therefore we will be buying from summit in the future.

Ordered chicken dumplings, salt & pepper chicken, fried rice curry sauce and chips. All the food tasted like it was days old. the chips were rubbery and very dark and the dumplings looked microwaved. I will not be eating here again.

Very polite cheerful atmosphere with reasonable prices and the special fried rice is phenomenal, best on the planet.. Cheers from Gaz and Milo who is a big fan of the sausages 😁

Best Chinese in heywood and the chips are cooked perfect for a good English meal

Can't fault anything in this place. Everything is tasty 😋

You have to try the Hot n Sour soup if you haven't already. I've had it from a lot of different places and here is the best. It's not as hot as some but the flavour is excellent. I always got an extra one for the next day.

Chinese food used to be OK but chips are always re-fried reheated and horrible never freshly cooked chips anymore I used to be a regular but now go elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst Chinese food I've ever been served. Most of it went in the bin

This chippy used to serve good food all the time but the last 3 times it has been awful. Everything that we ordered seemed warmed up and it all got thrown out. We wont be buying from them again.

Ordered fish and chips both tasted rotten very greasy batter was like rubber around the edges had crispy beef in the past which was very nice so il be sticking to that in future

Foods great but placed order for collection. Told collect in 20 mins. Stood outside waiting for my turn !!! Total chaos stood waiting for a further 20 minutes. Social distancing non existent need to organise it better than it is

First time been here and it will be last. Chips were looking like they're warmed up. Fish looked awful and greasy. Gravy and curry sauce were good at hiding the grease! Won't be back in a hurry I can tell you. Nice service but poor quality food. Sorry.

Grown-up with this chippy was the best in heywood for years n years as far as I can think back... Until in the last few years new owners have taken over and has taken a massive nose dive chips are days old a warmed 🤢 food has really gone downhill I've not visited for well over 12months nor my family or friends an many others I know have either if it don't book its ideas up soon an change thing I can't see it being there in next 18 months vile

Don't bother. Absolutely awful cold chips, maybe yesterday's. Chilli chicken impossible to chew. Curry sauce watery. Stay home and have toast, don't waste your money.

Fab chippy, massive portions always hot and tasty. Chips cooked to perfection. Staff very friendly and polite. We never manage to eat a full portion of chips.

Rude staff chips must have been yesterday's chillie beef was just burnt batter in a sauce with no chilli's in it at all salt and pepper prawns were just a mass of salt and no other flavour prawn toast well don't get me started BBQ ribs with no sauce then asked for sauce was 50p extra when there £5.30 already for 5 ribs that even a chicken had more meat on the best thing from my order was my bottle of coke £22.50 not well spent and didn't even get any prawn crackers for free NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!

Best chippy In town...generous portions, quick service and curries to die for....clean and really good freshly prepared food. Phone in your order and pick it up at a time to suit you 😊
