Absolutely the best kebab I've ever had bar none. Can't recommend the mixed kebab enough.

Not really happy with their service last night I had to ask the guy glassware mix wrapped was not good the chicken and meat was old. I would not recommend anyone to go there. It’s was last minutes, to closing down.rubbish ….

Had a Chicken Sandwich. The bread was freshly made and was amazing. One of the best Kebab shops I’ve been to.

Not very welcoming at all !!! I thought it would be a big place, but was a tiny restaurant and i went there with my family and it was filled with only men ! I did not felt comfortable at all in there, it's more like a chill out place than a restaurant. The service was okay, and the food was 7/10.

this place is a ripoff mate. 10£ for a wrap. its 50p in lebanon.

The shawarma was average taste. It would have been nicer if they had their own chilli sauce. The sauce they provided as chilli sauce was pretty much ketchup.

Not very happy with the customer service. Ordered a shawarma wrap . Price was good but no plates and nothing is given for dine in. Wrap size is quite small but reasonable for 5 pounds

Yeah, this is the place. They be banging out the banging shawarma, I'll basically be back for more you can count on it. I had chicken which I would rate ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am dreaming of coming back for that lamb tho

Good taste, fresh food, nice staff but there wraps come with such little meat that if you have salad with it you will struggle to taste the meat. I would advise you be more generous with your meat portions or offer a larger wrap which comes with more meat.

Great food and excellent staff service. Enjoyed the Wednesday special "DOLMA" with freshly baked bread and a cup of special black tea.

Good Taste but Bad Manners. Gave me a different bread to what I ordered and gave me a cold bread the second time. Talking in Jiberesh while customers are there is rude. Twice in a row. Won’t be going again.

BEST KEBAB EVER. Fresh salad, fresh meat bread was made in front of me and great value. So filling. Very happy customer :D

The shawarma is not Ordinary UK shawarma it is special Arab shawarma. With complementary tea. Absolutely come back again and again and again. Very humble sultan

Went in there for tasting the chicken shawarma and ended up having more than that. I heard there were customers driving from Southampton to taste a special lamb dish with rice and soup(a few to choose from on ur order) . The lamb was delicious and juicy and well cooked! The owner has quite a resemblance to a famous Hollywood actor , so I ended up taking a selfie with him(although it might not seem so on the photo) . It’s a small place but, I won’t forget the lamb dish, try it when u are in Portsmouth, although the dish is always on selected days of the week. I was there on a Saturday.

Amazing food! Cooked fresh to order. I personally watched the staff using very expensive ingredients. High quality coals and wood. Also the chips here are a must try!

One of the best Shawarma's I've ever tried. Well cooked, tasty and a good portion size, with efficient and friendly staff. And the best part it was cheap too. I tried their chicken Shawarma wrap and drink (6GBP), and a mix platter with rice meal (20GBP), and they were both amazing. A must try for any Shawarma fan.

We absolutely love Sultan, it is our go to place in Portsmouth for fresh halal food. We go to Portsmouth almost once a week and we always get lunch from here. We've recommended them to family and they also love them. The restaurant is small but we've eaten there on many occasions with ease. The staff are absolutely lovely. Definitely recommend a visit.

Wow. Best kebab I’ve had in Portsmouth, everything is freshly made that day. If you eat in it’s much better as you get to have the full experience and taste of the freshly made bread there and then. I found this place and go there twice a week and the food is very reasonably price and tastes fantastic. Thank you guys

Fantastic food. Both my wife and I love shawarma and were delighted to find this hidden gem. Naan bread were freshly made to order and the team behind the counter were friendly and welcoming. Definitely will go here more for our takeaway fix. Well worth a try even if you are not sure what to have. Food portions are large and very well seasoned. Great job guys! We will see you again soon!

I see a lot of poditive comments here, not sure how many are genuine. Yesterday I had 2 kofta skewers with 1 nan, okra soup (side) and plain boiler rice that didn't even have salt, for £16! I have been to top restaurants in central London and yet price is better than this. Btw, they would ONLY accept cash, which I had to go get some.

Amazing! Freshly made wraps / breads for shawarma wraps and sandwiches, fresh and vibrant salads, pickles and garnishes, simple but delicious menu. Great selection of sauces for your flavoursome chicken or meat shawarma. Also excellent sides of soup, rice and vegetarian options available. Always happy with portion size. Can't wait for my next excellent value visit!

Food was OK before it taken over but old owner stopped doing fresh nan bread. But now lovely food and fresh. Mostly catered for Kurdish people but don't be shy go and try food. I'm English but love trying different cultures food.

Had chicken shwarma which was absolutely not good. Taste was awful. It was not fresh. Please make your food quality better. It was my first and last visit to your shop.

We had to go to this place with some friends for Ramadan footor. we arrived at the place, table was all set for the big family . food order was taken and was served on time . the kibab was very nice . the wife took the mix grill that was a big plate with lots of food . i was very happy with the serves and if it was not for the drive from Bournemouth i would go again . The management was so friendly and kept making sure it was all ok with us. i Do recommend the place and go for the mix grill.
