I'll be generous and start off by saying that if there's one thing this place does right, it's the decor and that's one thing only. But overall, I don't know where these people get off charging sky high prices for low quality food at a low quality service in an area of Edinburgh that, by the way, is pretty low income. For starters, on one occasion of me making an order of a double chicken burger, I was handed a tub of donner and chips instead and was gaslit by her repeatedly into thinking that this was my real order. On one occasion of me going for their 9.99 meal deal, where it explicitly stated that I could have "any burger" included in the menu, I was disappointed to hear that I wasn't able to have the double chicken burger as this apparently only applied to the single burgers on their menu- something which, again, they never explicitly state. The last straw for me was when I paid for an order here, 20 minutes went by before the girl, in this completely empty shop, bothered starting work on my order and yet she somehow found the time to skip over me and serve a new customer.

Had the most tastiest chocolate waffle with strawberries. In a dessert coma right now

* 🚨🚨 DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RESTAURANT 🚨🚨 Today I made an order threw just eat. This was for 2x rollover hotdogs, nachos chocolate covered strawberries and a milkshake. There was no strawberries in stock so they did call and swap it for something else which I appreciate however when the order arrived I went to open the milkshake and there was some type of bug crawling on the inside of the cup. I immediately called the restaurant who tried to say it was sprinkles but I reassured them it definitely was a bug. They agreed to send a fresh milkshake out however I changed my mind as luckily I had money off the order to begin with and I felt sick to my stomach after finding the bug. I don't tend to order anything else from their store other than the items above as there desserts aren't very nice but after today I would definitely not be going again 🤒🤮

Ordered the San Sebastián cheesecake came home and it was a normal frozen cheesecake with chocolate sauce on the side. Very deceiving and disappointed. The next day I had terrible food poisoning from this. Awful !

Ordered two cakes, one of them was so dry, almost stale and was unable to eat. Confused at the second cake that i didn’t order, i called to explain i think they had given me the wrong order but was told they had tried to call me multiple times to explain they had run out of the cake i originally ordered so they gave me something else. Then was just told bye and they hung up. My bad reception was to blame for me receiving no phone calls so nobody was to blame for that but i felt the conversation was strange and could have been a bit nicer. The cake they had given me instead was quite nice so it turned out well in the end i suppose. Was a shame about the other cake being so dry, as the last time i ordered from here, it was delicious. Don’t think i’ll be coming back anytime soon

Would be zero stars if possible, First and last time ever Ordering from this shop, orderd chocolate cake which came completely solid and inedible could not even put a fork through it , victoria spong cake was brittle but still able to be cut , birthday cake was the least worst just one side heading hard, i was appauled that anything like this was even sent out to a customer in the first place, contacted the shop and spoke to someone who told me thats not possible they get rave reviews about there cakes and refused to even aknowledge the issue over the phone ,was that bad i took it to the shop where they could not deny what they thought was acceptable to send to people, and got refunded eventually after the manager made a show of cutting into 2 of the lesser stale cakes but avoided the the 3rd one cause he/they knew just how bad it was....

I like the decoration of the shop. Taste was fabulous. Deliver on time and staff was very friendly. I must visit again when ever go to Edinburgh.

The driver is absolutely the soundest guy ive ever met he should be given a raise. he went all the way back to the shop just to pickup some forgotten items and hes an absolute legend

ordered two brownies quite late on a monday night over deliveroo and really enjoyed the treat!! initially there was a small mistake with our delivery ((can happen to anyone, especially with late night deliveries!)) i just gave the restaurant a call and the manager on the other line was very kind. got our original order in no time and even a little call back from the manager to ensure we got everything alright! would've been so easy to just refund and forget about it, so it's lovely to see people go the extra little mile for excellent service :) will be my little go-to for delivery treats from now on! thank you guys- looking forward to trying more on the menu soon!

Got items 45 mintues late both tango ice blasts half full and bought a medium and large ice cream half full you want what you pay for waste of £25 for this

Absolutely love popping in for a Sundae and getting a chat with Nicole. She is the reason I pop in so often. One of the nicest hardest working young ladies I have had the pleasure to meet. This young lady is going to go far.

Fantastic place to get any dessert, I got a variety of desserts including milk shakes, waffles and ice cream and everything was delicious. Great service and great place!

just spent 16 pound ordering from this place off just eat ordered belgian bites and a cookie dough never again received my order with just one belgian bite in the box and paid 6.99 for a small tub of the cookie dough recommended ordering else were there was also hair in the ice cream and cookie dough so i'd think twice before ordering from here

So, i had ordered a sundae. Sundaes are meant to be layered with different items like ice cream, sauces and sweets or whatever you pick. But this sundae was just a cup of ice cream with sauce on top, if you want an actual sundae and one worth the price Youu are better going to or ordering from Crollas dessert in leith , it’s much much better.

First time here and it’s mouth watering. Definitely worth the price. Bought an ice cream for me and my children. I’m not sure if you can dine in, but I think it’s only for take out. Love the ambiance of the shop.

Horrible delivery service took them 1-2 hrs to deliver our order and we only live 10 mins away!

Some of the best dessert in edinburgh, lots of variety and everything tastes amazing. Must try for everyone. Delivery always comes on time.

Donuts are nice & fresh. Have placed a few orders and have had an item missing almost every time . I mentioned this in the notes on my order but it wasn’t acknowledged (last time was told I would be given the missed item with next order) - Placed an online order earlier , my son picked up & we came home with alternative flavours of hotpot desserts as the ones we wanted were sold out… they were very sickly & had way too much caramel on them. it would have been nice to have been informed before we made the journey to the shop! Waste of time & money.

If you are a Biscoff fan like me then you NEED to have the biscoff waffle and a biscoff milkshake to wash it down!! The waffle is so soft and freshly made in front of you, so the smell of fresh waffle tickles your taste buds in anticipation....then the first bite into the soft magic is truly a carnival of sweetness!! See you guys again soon, very soon!
