Quick, efficient and lovely team members working today. Not once have I visited and had an unpleasant journey here. Always get my drink right and great chat!

Quiet Starbucks when we visited with plenty of choice of seats Good selection of cakes on offer However disappointed that I could not use the Starbucks app and collect Stars at this branch.

Had a banana loaf cake and a cold drink. The drink was ok. But the banana loaf cake was dry and not fresh. Paid £2:45 for a dry tasteless slice of cake. But the service and the atmosphere was good as it was not very busy.

Starbucks is as expected. This one is nice enough with a good view towering over the surrounding carpark rather than being right beside it. Staff seemed to have decent banter but it took a wee while longer than expected to get drinks.

Everyone working here is very pleasant and go out of their way to help Have had a free coffee when I was down once. Also got them to make me a slushie type drink though it’s not on their menu

Such a disappointment about service. Firstly they gave me completely the wrong order & also just presumed I was takeaway when I wanted the order to sit in.

I had to spend a couple of hours working from here waiting for my car to be fixed. Coffee and food were ok, what you expect from Starbucks and never going to get 5 stars. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

A great coffee shop in the middle of Edinburgh. Situated in the modern fountain park. Nicely laid out lounge.

Nice staff comfy seating. Nice atmosphere. I've rated the food low as I never really like Starbucks food but I'm a fussy eater. The millionaire's shortbread is good I suppose but more a treat than food.

Vast open space compared to other Starbucks in Edinburgh. This is on the 1st floor of FountainPark Cineworld. You can enjoy a pre-cinema coffee here if you're early for your movie. They've a lift and also toilets, so the cafe is well equipped from different aspects to make a comfortable place for families of all ages to sit and relax.

Convenient and on par with usual Starbuck standards. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is rather small and while we were there early outside peak time it was fine but you can easily guess the lack of seating at peak.

It's a Starbucks, if you like their coffee it's grand. If you don't, go somewhere else 😉

Enjoyed cup of coffee when waiting for car repair at Kwikfit.

Staff were really friendly, efficient and helpful. Whilst I was waiting on my order a lady came back with her drink which she had a complaint about and the staff sorted it out with no problems or issues. Shout out to Kieran who by wearing a Kiss Army t shirt made my daughters night.

How do we compare one Starbucks with another?

OK place to have a coffee if you work nearby or waiting for your movie to start, but from all the Starbucks in Edinburgh, it is by far the worst when it comes to coffee. It seems they add far more ice than any other chain shop in town. We paid for coffees (and we paid a lot) and we got ice and whipped cream.

Absolutely disgusting attitude ☹️ visited 14/08/22 afternoon! About 4pm! A staff of 3 & still not a clue what to do! Got 2 frappe’s about £10 seriously no taste ,full of ice & had to throw them away! Not happy in your job get another but pls at least make an effort with the customer!! Total shambles! Starbucks pay your & train your staff!!! 😡

Nice light and open space to have a coffee. If you eat in it’s served in a proper mug. Staff are nice but they seem to be allergic to clearing and wiping the tables.

Rainy morning can only be tolerated with a heart shaped top of a tastful chocolate mug ... thank you guys for making my day a happy one!

Lovely spacious SB, with ample seating and late opening hours. Staff are helpful and friendly too, and the position above the Fountain Park Cineworld makes for an ideal central location!

Been here several times and they always seem to be out of what I want. Always end up feeling awkward and buying something I didn't want

The staff there were lovely and stayed late to help me and make sure I was okay as I am prone to seizures and was not in a fit state to move for the time being. They were absolutely lovely! The only thing I will say is that today when I went to the bathroom, the toilet seat was stained which was quite unappealing but other than that the staff there were great!!

Lovely Starbucks with numerous comfy seats spread out with plenty of room. They serve the usual Starbucks food and drinks and the staff are always friendly and keep the place clean. A great place to relax or to work.

Like the atmosphere. The hot chocolate was fundamentally a nice chocolate flavour, but too watery! Cream available but no marshmallows!

I think this is the coolest Starbucks I've been to... Its got really comfy designer chairs and had a nice view out over the Fountain Park area with huge windows. Would recommend.

Starbucks brand but doesnt take Starbucks card. Very poor. Even airports manage this.

Clean the tables Starbucks staff.

Much like any Starbucks it offers coffee. Unlike most Starbucks it usually has free seats. Win/Win.

The wifi is a bit tricky. Asider from that it is nice.

The make a really good and smooth filter coffee. You can have discount there if you have a cineworld card. You can get a free refill for filter coffee once a day. It had been recently refurbished with comfy sofa and leather chairs with back support pillow. Baristas there are very friendly and nice.

Upstairs in cineworld.. never a good choice of sandwiches here.. is choice of one most times I'm in.. but they ate tasty..

This is a fairly standard Starbucks located in an entertsinment complex It has the usual range of drinks and snacks and plenty of seats and tables. There are soft seats if you wish to lounge. Wi-Fi is available.

Got the order wrong, one person on hot and one on cold though and both made skinny instead of soya so probably just the person on the till marking wrong. They did remake them pretty quickly though so 3 stars for saving it.

Good afternoon me Brian and my girlfriend and girlfriends brother go in to Starbucks when we booked to see a film and we have a coffee and chocolate hot and cheese toasties

Not sure it's a full Starbucks? More of a 'proudly serving'Starbucks.. money off with your cineworld card, but not quite the same hum as a real Starbucks..

Its a lovely place to stop of at untill ur film comes on at the cinemas.plus staff are really nice too.

It's a very interesting place. Plenty of staff but no has time to either collect or wipe tables down. Looking busy and keeping your house in order is missed at this venue. Stopped here on route to airport. Service is reasonable and friendly but having customer clear there own table, simple not acceptable. 3 people standing around with one manger and another on break. Plus interviews taking place. Pride in the work place is clearly missed here.

Starbucks coffee at Fountain Park, Edinburgh. While the staff are friendly enough they lack any sense of urgency or speed. Being situated above a Cineworld complex you'd think they'd realise that there's a good chance their clients are going to take their 'to go' coffees etc. to a movie and that speedy service is required. Even if they aren't going to the cinema or whatever they really need to crank up the speed of service.

They've just extended the premises and turned it into a much nicer cafe.

For a while now they only accept cash payment. Fix the card machines. Otherwise a standard Starbucks.

Staff are absolute rubbish. Wan lassie, the bossy wan wi glasses Ian, cannae make coffee for sh*te. Get her some training or get her sacked man!

Starbucks card doesn't work here, no stars can be collected, no gold status discount, staff is not exactly friendly and the service is incredibly slow. Was in a line of 5 people waiting, each person ordered one drink. That took over 25 minutes. For three staff members. The location is nice, just be prepared to wait twice as long as in every other Starbucks and pay slightly more.

Very large and comfortable enough Starbucks outlet (albeit a franchised outlet that's part of Cineworld).

Nice Starbucks, more expensive than usual though. Normal Starbucks rewards won't work. Won't count towards loyalty rewards such as free drinks etc. Discounts available with cinema card however. Drinks can be taken into the cinema (except hot drinks in 4Dx screen). Nice seating and veiws. Fast service. Not too busy. Accessible by wheelchairs via lift. Toilets available and are clean. Accessible toilets also available. Staff are polite. Other than not providing offers and discounts in line with other Starbucks, good coffe shop. Low rating for this reason of not allowing rewards. Other nearby Starbucks that do have loyalty rewards such as at Holy corner advised over this one.

Come here once per week when I take a disabled friend to the cinema, staff suck, just chat amongst themselves no attempt to interact with their customers, get orders wrong, when you try to talk to em they ignore you, complained about this yesterday and the male gave me a sarcastic reply.

We met with some family here for drinks + a catch up before our movie. It's a big open seating area, lots of seats and it's nice + bright. The only place to go for a drink unless you want to go to a pub. It's upstairs but there is a lift if you need it.

well, quick service, available wifi however £4.75 for a bronie and americano! also the guy told me it was £4.45 but it was £4.75 and he said i had the right change! He didnt understand what i was saying lol!
