I understand this subway is in a fuel station but still no excuse for such poor quality. Twice I’ve had my sandwiches, solid as rock with such stale bread. This occasion I had a chicken tikka and I may as well of asked for bread with my chicken tikka rather than the other way round. Far too much filling. Also I was practically drinking fizzy water with how much they water their drinks down. Man behind counter seems very unbothered and like he doesn’t want to be there. Needs a lot of sorting out.

Could you check your maps, on your map my postcode is nowhere near my house and the driver gets a little lost. Only started having this problem the last 12 month or so, was spot on up until then. It marks my property on the main road with no houses near, the driver then has to turn back to get onto the estate.

I never leave reviews however the disgusting language I witnessed this afternoon by a blonde girl and black haired girl in subway. I’ve never seen anything like it, saying some very horrible things about someone called jaiden, swearing a lot even though I had my young son with me. I can't believe how bad staff in workplaces has got I've rated the atmosphere as average since I've never dined in. However, I feel compelled to share my experience, which has led me to order from other Subway locations in the area, where the chances of satisfactory customer service and receiving the correct order seem higher. My frustration stems partly from a recent order mishap involving a Just-Eat delivery. Hosting family at the time, I discovered that the "footlong" sub I received was noticeably short of its namesake. Upon contacting the store for a resolution, the response was disheartening: I was told to rectify their mistake on my own by picking up the correct order. The lack of accommodating solutions and the indifference towards customer value were stark. The blame was shifted onto Just-Eat, sidestepping their responsibility. As someone who interacts with clients daily, I'm astounded by the lack of basic customer service principles displayed. It's disheartening to witness a shift away from accountability in service, where passing the blame has become the norm rather than taking ownership of errors.

During my recent visit to your Subway restaurant, I encountered a challenging customer service situation. The staff member, identifiable by the name badge "Chelsea" and distinctive red hair, appeared to exhibit signs of disinterest and appeared somewhat assertive in their demeanour. Their behaviour conveyed a sense of inconvenience, leading me to feel as though my presence was an imposition on their time. Furthermore, upon attempting to find seating, I was informed that the seating area was closed, which further limited the overall experience. This added to the feeling of inconvenience during the visit. Moreover, the quality of the food I received was not up to the usual standards, likely due to the hurried nature of the preparation process. This resulted in a messy presentation and compromised the overall dining experience. I hope that the store manager takes notice of the situation and provides appropriate training to ensure that both the staff and the food quality meet the expected standards of customer service and dining experience. This way, future visits for all customers can be more pleasant and satisfying.

Awful experience, ordered 8 subs/wraps on Uber, all arrived with nothing labelled up. 2 items were vegan Philly steak and one was real Philly steak and unable to distinguish between them. Rang Subway and the “manager” Sophie was incredibly rude, telling me it wasn’t their policy to label up any food and just to guess based on the size of the steak pieces. When I asked to speak to a manager she replied “I am the manager, lovely!” And when I then asked for her name again she hung up on me. Absolutely shocking not to be labelling food up especially with allergies, this is a disaster waiting to happen. Will never go there again.

Horrible inedible food. I ordered a chicken tikka kebab which was very dry. Chips were inedible. Poppadoms were sodden in oil, flimsy & not crisp as expected. Onion bagee, though ordered and paid for were not delivered. In short this once good take away has slipped so badly. I have requested my previous review to be deleted. I strongly advise to avoid this establishment, grab yourself a bag of crisps instead.

The food was good but the person who served us was quite non understanding of the covid rules where as when one of us weren’t wearing a mask they told us we had to bring a lanyard showing that were exempt and they sanitize their pens but you have to get your own drink out of the fridge.

Ordered lasagne, beef burger, ham,egg & chips, soya latte, 3 hot drinks. £55 Plate delivered containing garlic bread and a portion of chips, which we obviously assumed was part of our order, as the lasagne came with garlic bread and the other 2 meals included chips. We expected the rest of our order to appear straight away, but it didnt and, as the food was starting to get cold we queried where the rest of our food was with 2 members of staff. There'd been a mix up, waiter said this wasn't part of our order, but we could keep them and the rest of our meals would be along shortly. The chips and garlic bread were cold by this time anyway. Then another member of staff appeared. Thought he'd come to apologise for the mix-up, but instead he asked me to "accompany him to the cash desk" to pay for the garlic bread and chips that had been delivered to our table by mistake!- as if we were criminals fraudulently taking food that we hadn't paid for! Joke customer service
