had the muffin not show up but replaced by 2 donuts so i'm assuming there was no muffins so it's no problem but i did not have the 1.25L coke i ordered and my cheese slice wasn't actually toasted

Wow what a terrible Subway. Staff were busy out of sight when I got to the counter so I had to wait to be served. Some guy eventually noticed me and came out looking miserable as sin "What do you want?" Yep that's how I got asked what I wanted. Great customer service right off the bat. From the start of the transaction right to the end this guy couldn't have been more miserable. If I asked for something salad, sauce etc he acted like it was an effort to put it together for me. While I understand nobody wants to be in work, when dealing with customers you leave your personal issues at the door. I'm an ex store manager and if he was working in one of my stores he'd be out the door if he didn't change, because one thing for sure is he is costing the place money because I won't be going back to be treated like I'm a chore. Judging from other reviews here, I'd assume others have had the same issue and Subway haven't done anything about it despite responding and being aware of it.

The egg tasted off. Couldn’t eat the rest of salad as was put off

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. We had two great sandwiches made by the lovely Amy S with generous portions (for Subway!). The fillings didn’t look old and if the buns were stale we couldn’t tell through the generous amount of sauce. Just want to add, we’re from New Zealand and these taste exactly like home. Delicious! Thank you Amy (sorry if we spelt your name wrong!)

Won't serve you after 18:30 even though supposedly closes at 19:00 or 19:30. Real hit and miss place, used to experience some rude staff, but perhaps a change of management as now new faces and are friendly / polite.

Note to self: Do not order again. £50 for 2 and a half soggy sandwiches sandwiches, 3 small bottles of pop and 2 small tubs of ice cream. Waited 2 hours for delivery. The quality of the subs weren't even that great. Never again.

Cheese was missing from the Philly steak sub. I ordered food at 12.33 it arrived at 13.40. Barely warm. Very disappointing

Gluten free Subways are one of the few takeaways for people with dietary restrictions on Just Eat With all the salad it’s a nutritious filling meal

I understand this subway is in a fuel station but still no excuse for such poor quality. Twice I’ve had my sandwiches, solid as rock with such stale bread. This occasion I had a chicken tikka and I may as well of asked for bread with my chicken tikka rather than the other way round. Far too much filling. Also I was practically drinking fizzy water with how much they water their drinks down. Man behind counter seems very unbothered and like he doesn’t want to be there. Needs a lot of sorting out.

That subway in the gas station is really bad and needs closing down we already got one that's better in the town that doesn't make so many mistakes and sends cold food👎 (one of the mistakes) picture below is meant to be garlic bread not what looks like a cold cheese on bread🤦

Could you check your maps, on your map my postcode is nowhere near my house and the driver gets a little lost. Only started having this problem the last 12 month or so, was spot on up until then. It marks my property on the main road with no houses near, the driver then has to turn back to get onto the estate.

I really like this subway, if I order online the food always shows up quick and prepared well. In store the staff are lovely, I’d definitely recommend coming here! :)

i ordered 2 6 inch subs on hearty italian bread and also 3 cookies, yet both my subs were italian and i only got 1 cookie, not hard to get that right

I never leave reviews however the disgusting language I witnessed this afternoon by a blonde girl and black haired girl in subway. I’ve never seen anything like it, saying some very horrible things about someone called jaiden, swearing a lot even though I had my young son with me. I’ve never seen such vile language, talking about dr**s, all sorts. I am shocked

Everything sent to me was uncooked (cheese bites and hash browns); sub not toasted and hash browns also uncooked inside. Not edible until I cooked it all myself. Delivery time and driver great.

I ordered a 12 piece cheese bits and only received 10 pieces. The cheese wasn't melted in the middle and stone cold.

I can't believe how bad staff in workplaces has got I've rated the atmosphere as average since I've never dined in. However, I feel compelled to share my experience, which has led me to order from other Subway locations in the area, where the chances of satisfactory customer service and receiving the correct order seem higher. My frustration stems partly from a recent order mishap involving a Just-Eat delivery. Hosting family at the time, I discovered that the "footlong" sub I received was noticeably short of its namesake. Upon contacting the store for a resolution, the response was disheartening: I was told to rectify their mistake on my own by picking up the correct order. The lack of accommodating solutions and the indifference towards customer value were stark. The blame was shifted onto Just-Eat, sidestepping their responsibility. As someone who interacts with clients daily, I'm astounded by the lack of basic customer service principles displayed. It's disheartening to witness a shift away from accountability in service, where passing the blame has become the norm rather than taking ownership of errors.

Food was lovely, though not what we actually wanted, but couldn't see on the menu, where to create your own sub with your choice of ingredients, needs to be made clearer on the menu, however still enjoyed what we had

During my recent visit to your Subway restaurant, I encountered a challenging customer service situation. The staff member, identifiable by the name badge "Chelsea" and distinctive red hair, appeared to exhibit signs of disinterest and appeared somewhat assertive in their demeanour. Their behaviour conveyed a sense of inconvenience, leading me to feel as though my presence was an imposition on their time. Furthermore, upon attempting to find seating, I was informed that the seating area was closed, which further limited the overall experience. This added to the feeling of inconvenience during the visit. Moreover, the quality of the food I received was not up to the usual standards, likely due to the hurried nature of the preparation process. This resulted in a messy presentation and compromised the overall dining experience. I hope that the store manager takes notice of the situation and provides appropriate training to ensure that both the staff and the food quality meet the expected standards of customer service and dining experience. This way, future visits for all customers can be more pleasant and satisfying.

Sat 4th Nov 23. Terrible attitude of staff, borderline aggressive. It’s a sandwich ….. chill. Maybe I interrupted their day break. Won’t be back. Shocking. I see other reviews with similar experience

lack of drivers meant I waited almost 2hrs for my food

The Driver had ignored me when I asked if he was with Just Eats delivering food and drove off then came back 5 minutes later and had the cheek to say to me ‘mark your house better’

Wish I could give 0 stars to be honest. Always closing early. Today was 15 minutes early that they closed. Red head woman behind the counter just said “well yeah we are closing so”. It was 7:45pm. Attitude was stinking, always has been from that lady.

Packaged really neatly and made exactly right. Delivery was quick. Would order from here again.

Collection got delayed then when I arrived customer service was good, but when I left the restaurant and realised the meal was cold so it wasn’t a pleasant meal.

Awful experience, ordered 8 subs/wraps on Uber, all arrived with nothing labelled up. 2 items were vegan Philly steak and one was real Philly steak and unable to distinguish between them. Rang Subway and the “manager” Sophie was incredibly rude, telling me it wasn’t their policy to label up any food and just to guess based on the size of the steak pieces. When I asked to speak to a manager she replied “I am the manager, lovely!” And when I then asked for her name again she hung up on me. Absolutely shocking not to be labelling food up especially with allergies, this is a disaster waiting to happen. Will never go there again.
