Subway Stockport in Stockport

Me and my family haven’t been to subway in ages as we had a bad experience with another store we was doing a Christmas shop and decided to grab a subway it was immaculate we had a girl that served us called Carla she was fantastic very patient (As children couldn’t decide) she Was extremely polite with a big welcoming smile she’s turned out bad experience around also the food was delicious would definitely go back again!

Sandwich was extremely delicious , I had the foot long jalapeno on Italian and it was amazing,. Great value for a foot long,

This store is currently takeaway only due to current restrictions. I had a meatball salad box. Loads of tasty meatballs in a marinara sauce. Loads of different salad bits including iceberg lettuce, cucumber, sliced beef tomatoes, chilli's, olives, dill pickles, peppers, cheese and a smokey Chipotle sauce all delicious and filling. My son enjoyed his 6inch meatball marinara. Good friendly and efficient service. A positive experience.

Went to Subway today and upon arriving home had discovered that they had given me either the wrong bread or undercooked bread. I am a regular visitor at this subway so know what my subway should both look like and taste like. I called up the branch and to put it simply the woman was unapologetic and quite rude (not the expected customer service for any establishment). She continued to tell me I was wrong or the difference may be due to how they score the bread on the top now... which is just a ridiculous excuse for condensed and pale bread (it was clearly not Wheat even though I double checked with the server, unfortunately the picture is too large to upload). I told her that my partner would not be eating it as she was pregnant and not convinced it was either cooked or wheat bread which is the only type she gets from subway... once again no apology or replacement offered. Unfortunately this is not the first time I have had bad service at this branch. It is a regular occurrence to have to line for 15minutes while you watch them prioritise online orders over the customers in their store.

Still excellent value for the food and drink, that is available on the menu and with restricted seating, that is something we have to put up with for the time being.

Great store, always clean and friendly staff. Staff were letting customers sample the new meatless meatballs. They were very nice. Good to see they have a few vegan products.

the staff were extremely rude, my friend asked for some more sauce politely and she very rudely just covered it in it.

Dont go to this branch..they are so preoccupied with their uber eats custumers that they dont even bother to serve you when you come to the store..they just busy getting the orders ready .understaffed and not caring for their customers who walk in store..shocking

I cannot stress enough how BAD subway food is... I really do not know how this brand survives!!! I bit the bullet and thought I would give Subway one last try, and boy what a mistake that was. I just tried the new ' pepperoni pizza subs ' and I nearly threw up after the first bite of this slop between two pieces of bread. It went straight in the bin and that is it from me, never again will I eat from Subway. I would rather starve than eat this food. My opinion... stay clear!!!

I usually come to this subway 4/5 times a week and over the past month it seems they have had staffing issues and the hours have changed to 10:00-15:00 . Went this morning to try and get a subway breakfast sausage and bacon and some nachos to claim . I was told we have ( no sausages) , so then it needed up being bacon !!! To make it worse I asked for chipotle he tried to squeeze but he said we’ve ran out then I suggest the garlic Aioli then he said it’s ran out there was no salsa it was just becoming a complete nightmare !!! Then was trying to be charged £6.70 😂 Then it came down to £5.70 and got asked is that okay !!!! How is that okay your charging me almost £2 more than a breakfast sub that had not even half the ingredients !!! Need a manager ASAP as the staff who are new haven’t been trained and don’t know what they are doing ...

Love this branch of subway - always clean and tidy with welcoming & friendly staff. Went for lunch today and someone new was serving. Sometimes new staff fake they know what they’re doing (when they don’t and mess up my sandwich - sad times) but this lovely woman owned it. We had a natter whilst she was preparing my sandwich, which I appreciated.

I have been a regular here for years as I work 2 doors away.I believe new owners have taken over. The shop is very clean and the food is great.

Great as always. Love this branch of Subway. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The sandwiches are always fresh.

My wife and I had a 6ins sub inclusive of crisps and chocolate biscuit and coffee and diet Pepsi.Both of us enjoyed the food and fantastic service, a very well done Subway.

Warm toasted Italian herb cheese bread with a a good selection of fillings, sauces and salad. Good price for the a 6" and not that much dearer for foot long. Clean and tidy eating area although it's quite snug. Good customer service, pleasant,polite and smiling xx

Cant go wrong with subway! Kids always love their meal deal and I always have a meal deal too. Quick service and good value.

lovely fresh made sandwiches plenty of toppings,quick service,and bonus of points to collect.only done side is sometimes untidy tables,and food on floor, staff are to busy to clean I think?

Esta es nuestra primera visita a este metro, la sucursal fue decepcionante como mesas y suelo había utilizado envolturas y bebidas tazas esparcidos por todas partes. No era especialmente concurrida, así que no hay excusa. Mis favoritos son albóndigas caliente snack y eran algo cálido, solicitó que se les cambiaba y me sorprendió entrar en una discusión sobre ellos con personal. Al final ellos cambiaron y dieron más caliente, pero no a visitar aquí. Esta rama es una excepción, ya que visitar otras ramas y encontrarlos amable y limpio con la comida perfecta.

The food was brilliant, the staff were friendly and the prices are good, a great place for lunch. The food is always fresh and bread is always soft, a fantastic friendly service!!

Who doesn't like subway! My daughter loves a subway lunch and at £3 for a sub and refillable drink you can't go wrong. We call in regular when we are shopping in the Town Centre. The premises are clean.

Staff chatting behind the counter about their weekend. Strange odour and not promoted that they are using halal meat. What a disgrace. Walked out

Metro ofrecen comida rápida normalizada, realmente no se puede equivocar y fue genial. Sin embargo, la experiencia del personal fue muy decepcionante. El señor detrás del mostrador no sabía cómo adaptarse a diferentes personas y no "vender" su servicio de atención al cliente, no es de extrañar cuando la mujer joven que se tomó mi dinero casi celebró el cambio en mi mano una vez que me habían servido, ella era ruidoso y groseros con los demás y se quejaron constantemente en frente de la casa y de la cocina. Así que el servicio aquí es la 'cabeza' para decir lo menos.
