Subway Restaurant in Harrow

Yesterday I got charged extra for requesting Vegan cheese on a plant patty sub instead of the standard American cheese. To reconfirm, I did not want additional cheese, rather just vegan cheese instead of American cheese. It was only 30p and I didn't have the time to argue with the girl who served me as I needed to be elsewhere and she insisted the charge was correct. I have bought subs from here many times but henceforth out of principle I will take my business elsewhere.

Disappointed.Cheese bites were cold. I expected to receive free 9 hash browns as I spent over £20 which was a promotion. Paid for a whole foot long meal and I didn’t receive my drink. Was asked to place another order of a cookie to be sent my drink👎

Cross contamination, used same gloves for my veggie then those same gloves for meat. As a veggie that was awful

I come here at least around once a week. Prithvi at the front of the front of the store is very quick, even if there are a lot of people. Also, he always gives good recommendations on what to try when I'm feeling like I want to try something different.

Having been to this store many times, I can be honestly say that it’s got to be one pf my favourite Subway restaurant. The service became more friendly, the food looks great and fresh, staff became friendly and paying attention to costumers and most importantly Subway has a value for money.

Can't go wrong with a tasty sub. The only reason it wasn't rated 5-star is because when you ask for additional top ups, the price sky rockets to biblical levels. On the plus tho, I have a tonne of points now. Last time I checked, it was nearly 3000

Smells nice when you walk by, but don’t be fooled by the smell. It’s a dodgy smell.

Worst experience ever. 2 staff members, 1 wouldn’t serve me as he was eating, the other took 10 minutes to serve the customer in front. Finally I got served, he didn’t know how to make a cheesey garlic bread, he was then showed by the other staff member and the proceed to drop it. No gloves.

I went to the Subway to buy just a slice. I was waiting for 5 minutes as there was nobody from the staff. I heard that someone was talking (non-english language), so, I called and the staff appeared but still talking with someone by phone. I saw that I have around 4 minutes to the bus. I thought it is possible to make a margherita slice in 3 minutes or less. Well, that woman can not as she was more focused on talking on the phone. I tried politely rush her but it was for nothing as she still was talking on her phone. The time was melting and that staff didn't care about nothing just the conversation on her phone. First attempt to pay failed but the second went through. Moreover, that staff was shouting on me "What's my problem! You have to pay!". I paid, I was late for the bus and to my classes at university just because the conversation on the phone was more important than the customer. Very unprofessional attitude and service. Also, I wish to know why the single margherita slice cost £1.99 when on the pricing is £0.99?

The staff name Mausam she was very rude...she doesn't know how to behave with costumers ...

Would like to say thank you to the pinner team who very quickly made up a high amount of Platters as it was last minute and they did a great job for me.

Small branch with no seating. Nothing good or bad to say about it as Subways are pretty standard.

IMO the best subway restaurant in Harrow. The staff is so courteous and helpful. He made sure to change his plastic gloves as I am a vegetarian. Spoke politely. I went there straight for 3 consecutive days.

This is by far the worst subway you could ever go to. Staff are utterly incompetent and barely understand their own product. Queues are very lengthy, as it takes them over 5 minutes to just prepare one sandwich, often longer. Last 3 times i have visited i have had to wait over 30 minutes each time, watching waiting customers freezing in the cold getting frustrated. Sort it out, or shut it down and put another store here. Pinner deserves better.

The service here was very good, kind staff and take their time building your order, however the bread was terrible. I’ve never in 20 years had a subway and found the bread to pretty stale and dry bread. Not impressed.

Horrible manager. Rude. He didnt give the sandwiches and i had to return. No apology or anything. Just damn rude. The salad was dated and not fresh. Disappointed in the food and service. Do not recommend as bread was also stale

Terrible service. Messed up my order, then blamed me. Then gave the vegan meatballs to someone else so there wasn’t enough to do the foot long.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. As a returning customer I go in there to ask a question politely where they proceed to verbally attack me for being present for someone who has stolen a sandwich in the past. Will never be returning here suggest you do the exact same, absolutely disgusting.

Incompetent staff who do not know how to deliver food to a simple address. Who doesn't want a cold subway right?

My mum went, ordered her BLT but the server was more interested in the younger females behind her in the queue and didn't bother to make her order, then blamed her. No apology or even a clue at how rude they were. Would go there if they were the only option for food.

The Pinner outlet of subway offers the same fare but it’s more of a takeaway joint as there is just 1 or 2 tables Staff are friendly

Good Place to have the best fast food

The Pinner outlet of Subway is rather small with just one table or 2with 2chairs for seating. The service though is prompt and quick..we often grab a meal here and havr it seating on the benches in the public garden across the road This place is usually busy duting lunch hours

The Subway salad is a regular favourite in our office for lunch. A surprising big and tasty bowl of salad with loads of choice of content. The new wrap was very good too with loads of chicken. More salad would have been welcome. Very small seating area - could do with larger premises.

Same subway...same stuff..open till late. Good staff but space is too congested. Just 3 double seat tables. Sadly cookies run out very quickly and you will be in luck if you could find chocochip by 6-7pm.

Subway Restaurant, Pinner, MiddxWe’d been into the relocated Post Office in Bridge Street, Pinner – it’s now in with WHSmith and close to the Underground train bridge and Pinner Station – and there, across the street, was the Subway. There’s even a convenient pedestrian crossing right in front of the place. It was getting on for mid-day and, remembering the pleasure of our last meal in a Subway a couple of weeks back, it seemed a good idea to pop into the restaurant to buy a couple of sandwiches for lunch. It was a grey day, cloudy and threatened rain.The restaurant was miniscule, barely a single shop window long: ‘Small is beautiful’ then (to coin a phrase)? Well, not if you want to eat your sandwich in the Subway; it was all counter and queuing space and the couple of tables and four chairs in the window would provide serious competition for those standing around and thinking about what to buy, ordering and/or paying. Besides the door would always be open, and this would further challenge those eating. However, no way were we going to pass on the sandwich, but we’d eat back at the house.The single man (meaning the ‘one’ man) servicing the shop was sweeping the floor as we entered – he continued to sweep around our feet and collected his tailings with a pan and brush. Watching for the few minutes that we waited, it seemed that he was simply re-arranging the street dirt, etc. walked in by his many clients. Time to invest in one of those battery-operated stick vacuum cleaners with which you can whizz around in less than a couple of minutes? This ensures that you’re not simply raising the aerial dust load in the shop given the trays of open containers containing the food from which the sandwiches are made – just a metre or so away. Hmmm.Donning plastic gloves service was re-established, and we ordered from the menu high on the wall behind the sandwich-maker (i.e. the one man). We ordered our favourites ‘Veggie Delight’ and ‘Spicy Italian’. Both were on ‘honey-oat’ bread – another favourite, with the former containing just about everything offered from the salad bar and a healthy dose of dressing (i.e. it became what we call a ‘squishy’ sandwich). The second was more select – no cheese and no dressing but, again, most of the salad bar on top of a couple of Italian-like processed meats. This is where Subway sandwiches score – all those delicious savouries that can be crammed in on top of the salad between two sides of bread – olives, pickles, jalapenos, etc.The sandwiches were great value too: ‘Veggie’ at GB£2.95 & ‘Italian’ at GB£3.00. That’s something that you can always take for granted at a Subway – this thing about known quality, known choices and value for money. Avoid. The portions are ridiculous. I ordered a salad and the box was half empty. The man refused to full. It up anymore and it cost around £4.00. Would never ever return.
