Subway - Prescot Road in St. Helens

My mates subways were made wrapped and dished across the counter within 40 seconds I wasn’t looking forward to my order because I seen how poorly they was made the employee wasn’t wearing a face mask and no gloves while making my subway so I questioned her and she replied with a cheeky attitude looked at her mate and said what I had asked her and looked at me with a rude face , my subway was cold and I’m evenly distributed with meat and salad will not be coming here again terrible service !!

Visited today, the service was excellent. The young lady helped me choose a new sandwich and was very polite. Food was cooked nice and I believe the shop has moved and is now looking very clean and fresh. Would visit again.

Had to ask for the sandwich to be re made. Bread in pieces, was toasted without being spread out, burnt, contents spilled out every where. Couldn’t even be bothered to wrap the foot long up, just threw it half wrapped across the counter. I asked for it to be remade, attitude got worse and the sandwich not much better. And thrown across the counter again! I gave up! Sandwich burnt again Will not be back

Visited subway the other day and alls i can say is i wont be returning to this one again. Asked for a subs the young lady just throw all the stuff on like she was to busy to be serving customers. Then continued to serve another customer and hadnt finished my order. I told her i would like some more things she rolled her eyes at me. Asked for a salad just throw everything in put the chicken on the bottom and just lashed everything on top like not a care in the world. Also the lady she served half way through my order she burnt her sub and asked her if that was ok or if she wanted another. Proper gone down hill and will not return and will be telling other people.

No menus and the tv screens were broken so couldn’t see any of the new menu. Missing loads of ingredients only had half of the meat. Service was poor and the staff didn’t seem like they knew what day it was. Asked for a chicken salad and it had tuna in it! Won’t be going back

We went here for a couple of subs and tbf they were poor, not much filling, service was poor drinks were flat, staff said gas had gone would be 10 mins to change

‪so disappointed today. Me and my partner were on our way to a late shift and hadn’t had time for lunch. As a nurse on a busy shift until 10 I knew I might not get time for a break. I ordered the turkey bacon and guacamole wrap and my partner ordered a steak and cheese 6” sub. We noticed that he had been charged for a wrap and not a sub but didn’t have time to go back. When I ate mine in work there was no guacamole on it. At £4.80 for a wrap with meat and salad it expensive enough but then not to put the guacamole on was even more annoying . It has put me off going there ever again. ‬
