Subway - London Road in Liverpool

Made an order through just eat…. Only delivered the sub when I payed for the meal deal. Order no.363726186. When I called to complain the lady on the phone not only told me she had made no online orders today but proceeded to put the phone down on me after. This kind of service is absolutely despicable, staff like this don’t deserve jobs in the hospitality industry. Will be avoiding this restaurant in future and just hope that I’m refunded for the missing items on my order.

Would usually get out of here and not have an issue but I come home to finish my sandwich and find a black hair in my food (I have long bright red hair not mine)

Awful… did not get what I ordered… I got 1 macadamia nut cookie in a huge bag… when I ordered a foot long cookie… paid nearly £12 for delivery and the drivers tip!!!!

First and possibly last time I try Subway. Friday April 26th lunchtime, I'm visiting Liverpool, I'm in the area, I get inside. Two guys serving, speaking with a very strong accent, they realized I'm a foregneir and did nothing to help me to choose and compose the meal. I got a veggie bun with no extra filling and a diet coke even if I didn't ask for a diet one. My English is not that bad, they just acted on purpose. Unfriendly people, unfriendly place, avoid.

Very rude staff, the guy were arranging stuff angrily in front of me and literally banged the drawers. I asked him to put some more sauce in my sandwich and he gave me very weird look☹️ Subway is my go to place for meals and this experience was extremely horrible

Wrong bread and the bread tasted stale. Also the time for delivery is ridiculous an hour to make 2 sandwiches and for them to be such bad quality. Not only this, but I specifically stated in the notes for the driver to wait at reception and instead had to walk around the building to meet them. I am very disappointed as I was looking forward to this and have highly expectations of just eat. Not only this but I had a bad experience last time I ordered.

Food order was missing loads, went to store. I have never ever in my life received service the way I did today from the girl working there. Her attitude and Customer service is a total shock, even another customer was disgusted. She then went onto to make the order which was socking and the whole food was soggy, she said ‘I don’t no how to wrap the wraps and squashed it all together’. Honestly walked out with my jaw handing to the floor!

The guy with the shorts and beard is honestly the nicest person I’ve ever met, absolutely makes my day!

Food wasn’t edible,, the bread was so hard, and the very little filling we got wasn’t up to usual standards, the cookie came as half a biscuit and this was not snapped but baked this way

I will definitely be using this Subway again! A problem arose with my order and they contacted me straight away to resolve it, and sent some complementary cookies with the meal! Thank you so much!

If one of the main ingredients is missing, why still accept the order? Just don't take it if you can't make it.

They didn’t have the items I wanted and still accepted the order from just eat because the owner has said if staff reject an order they will be fired. And now the app says they’ve ‘delivered ‘ my order for which they neither had the wraps or chosen fillings to make them. I would not recommend this particular restaurant to anyone.

My food has actually not arrived so I will be expecting a full refund this is an absolute disgrace

I eat a lot of subway-always the same sandwich but the one I got today was horrible. The section “toasted” is questionable in my sandwich and my partners. Sandwich was cold, cheese not even melted... the worst sandwich ever. We had to bin those sandwiches.

The order NEVER CAME! There was a guy outside on a motorcycle and I thought he was my delivery guy - I walked up to him, asking him about the order and he shouted at me saying he was texting... then soon he drove off and the order status changed to delivered yet HE OR NO ONE delivered the order to me! I’m very angry at upset right now and will not be ordering from here or any Subways again!

Hard, dry bread from yesterday. Half the portion of meat that is supposed to be on the sandwich and although toasted it was cold. Staff seemed to be very under pressure and stressed.

Meatballs in the sub was rock solid and had some items missing on delivery think gonna wait till they open propper n go to order inside my tuna one was nice but only good thing about the meal

Bought two 6inch tuna subs for our lunch, took them home and devoured them. Delish. Service was quick and friendly. We know its boring to always buy the same sub but it is our favourite.

DON'T GO! They don't give even half a scoop on meat (for each scoop they give you) and if you ask about it you just get a rude replied. Would link a picture but I just walk out and went to a sandwich bar. Rude staff Massively tight with rude Better off spending your money somewhere else.

The food was delivered late and the salad bow had been tied so my sauce was all over the lid not the salad and the sub not protected from the drinks so was squashed and the cookie broken. We ordered at 1.04 were told to expect at 1.29 the good arrived at nearly 2 we often use sub way but will stick to our local best time

I like a subway every so often sandwich made to your design on the go is pretty nifty but you do expect it to be made with a bit of love and not haphazardly thrown together. Everyone has hard days but nobody wants to share them with you.

I asked for a toasted sub got a cold sub. Bread was different.

Once again it says in the advertisement EAT FRESH so today again the salad looked wet and soggy the dreggs at the bottom of the tubs. When I asked is the tomatoes and cucumber and peppers fresh the girl told me yes. So I asked from yesterday and she said yes. So to me that's not fresh. I still got my salad but minus a lot of the salad because it looked inedible. It's not the young girls fault. It must be hectic trying to open up shop and prepare salad also whilst trying to serve customers. While sorting out a delivery... Get more staff on in the morning. EAT FRESH. not eat yesterday's left overs

Though they say they serve halal food, but not in all outlet. And the signs are not clear. I have to stick to either vegan or tuna one.

Luego procedió a cortar el subcomité en "mitad", que en realidad cortó de 8 y 4 pulgadas y colocó el contenido de mi sub en el de 4 pulgadas. There are two subways in this locale this the better one I have to say.

Food is decent quality - pretty much what you'd expect from any subway, really. Only issue is the lack of seating that comes with this venue, though it is usually quiet!

Decided to get a sub for the family’s tea. We had two foot long tuna subs, a 6” tuna sub and a 6” veggie sub. They were very good, service was quick and friendly.
