Such a good Wagamama restaurant. We went for an early dinner. It was very quiet. The staff were very nice and welcoming. The staff were subtle in checking we were OK. We ordered steak teriyaki soba and duck soba. They were very tasty. They served us pretty quickly. But I have to say Wagamama is charging £3.90 for a glass of Coke is relatively expensive. The place was quiet. I recommend this Wagamama 👌.

Couldn't fault any of the dishes we had.Friendly staff that explained everything to us especially as my daughter has a peanut allergy.

Me and my kids overall had a nice time, the staff were friendly, but we all got our mains and deserts at different times. We were laughing about it but it was really odd My beef ramen was ok, for £17 I had a tiny amount of beef and the broth was so under seasoned I had to add soy sauce and chilli oil to make it taste of something The deserts were nice but the portions are more suitable for young children, if they were half the price I would fine I suppose, half the price for half a portion sounds fair £95 altogether for an average meal, I don't think we'll be going back soon or at all

Consistent wagamamas. Service can be slow at busy times and they seem to prioritise the food for delivery.

The way they cook their food is deliver when ready not in a particular order which is weird for normal uk meals but your happy with that good. They do warn you in advance

Coeliac Diease is taken very seriously here, the staff call for a manager to process the order and are aware of issues surrounding cross contamination. I ordered from the gluten free menu and didn't suffer any symptoms. There is a good amount of choice. However, as I have been several times now I feel like I am running out of options/variety so a menu refresh in the future would be helpful.

Food as always at Wagamama was good. Service was good. Would have been a 5 then visited the toilets before I left. Not only in need of a daily clean but badly in need of a deep clean

1st time visiting wagamama. Staff were absolutely amazing, friendly, welcoming. Took the time to explain the menu and how it all works. Marinated chicken and prawn pad Thai was amazing and partner had katsu curry. We also had Koko prawn crackers again amazing. From start to finish was excellent experience. As the lovely man who took us to our seat and explained the menu we popped our wagamama cherry lol

First time on Thursday myself and my partner decided to try something different to celebrate us on our successful move to somewhere new and we thought we would try Wagamama for the first time but before going I wanted to call the restaurant about some enquiries that I had. But oh dear, the lack of customer service via or about their contact number is absolutely DISGUSTING. Never have I ever experienced so much issues with a restaurant!!! baring in mind I’ve never been before and have only recently moved into the area. Never in my life did I expect to be hanged up on or being asked to speak more clear as they don’t understand what I’m trying to say, I’m english.. so myself and my partner tried calling back over and over again and got NOTHING. So We decided to go in anyways and soon as we were assigned a waiter I asked if I could speak to a manager about the problem I had with their customer service phone and felt it was a bit rude and unprofessional I try not to think anything of it I assume maybe it was a new person who just ended up being overwhelmed or anxious we’ve all been there but then it just got worse from there.. I was then told from the waiter “thank you for bringing this to our attention and I’ll happily get the manger for you as this is obviously a slight problem”… well after speaking to another 3 different staff members about this same issue… I still never got to speak to a “manger” that night. It fair to say i doubt we would be back there again simply cause i feel like if something bad was to happen next time then i’d not be assisted on the matter such as what happened on Thursday night. I get the restaurant can be busy but there was still no reason to why I was hanged up on the first place after being told to speak more clearly, I speak English how clear do I need to be??? And that’s not including the fact we still try to call back after being hanged up and never Got an answer.

Never had a bad experience or meal here. Have visited this Wagamama on a few occasions now and have never been disappointed.

Wagamama is always really good. Recommended - food is really good. Kudos for the gyosas - prices are ok. If you are a new member, you get £12 off. - a bit far away, but there are a lot of stores around. - toilets available and lots of parking slots there too.

Bad experience food was over cooked one of our meals came out luke warm starters came out same time as our dinner for one person my other half waited ten mins for him after finishing we felt we got hurried out the door for them to clean up

Food, service and staff are amazing. Quite expensive so be prepared to spend! Great to have ability to pay bill via QR code which would improve a lot of other places. Will accommodate all your dietary needs and allergies if required. Just don't use this as a reason to be a pain! No one gets paid enough to have to deal with Karen and Keith! 😄

Shocking service, sat waiting for 30 minutes without being served, asked multiple times to be served but to no avail, eventually left without ordering, manager was too busy texting on his phone to be able to speak. It was also not busy inside so this poor service cannot use that as an excuse.Went to 5 guys instead.

Good food but slow waiters and the loos are not very clean.

Horrible food,chicken was not fresh,was stinky and extremely dry.I feel sorry for the staff probably there is not enough people on the shift as they were running like a hamsters in a carousel that effected in poor service.They were trying to be nice but clearly overwhelmed.Tables were sticky.I won't visit again

Me and my friend who we eat regularly at Wagamama ordered food today.My food came very quickly which was nice thinking my friends food would follow very quickly.15 minutes later i have not started eating my food and asked the waiter about my friends food and how long it will be?My food is cold by now.The waiter in colourful trousers who works there tried to explain to me very quickly why our food hadn't arrived same time.Didn't understand why myself..Young lady who showed us to table has a attitude.Don't think I will be back although me and my friend enjoy the food.First time I have never left a tip.

I have loved Wagamama for years and alternated been chicken firecracker and Yaki udon. Firecracker was spicy but had an incredibly balanced subtle blend of spices salt and sweetness - one of the tastiest most unctuous sauces I’d ever had. Been living in Dubai past couple years and have regular wagamamas but on coming back to UK I discovered the firecracker sauce recipe has been changed/cheapened and it’s now pretty horrible. New firecracker sauce is like a cheap sweet and sour tinned sauce with a bunch of nasty chili dumped in it. Harsh vinegar and sugary taste, almost inedible. Thinking it was maybe just a bad day in the kitchen I asked a lady if they’d changed the sauce, she said yes a new supplier and then just walked away. Such a shame, oh well.

Appalling, firstly I got about 10 seconds to chose what I wanted, treated as an inconvenience. Then my order was wrong, and more expensive. Then: with the DIY payment system where you are ' encouraged ' to pay a tip (why not just pay your ataff decent?) I was then thrown my wrong, overcooked yesterdays chinese takeaway. AVOID. Glad the company was paying.

It took 10 mins to be acknowledged then served . My main came before my daughters - she waited 10 mins for hers and I was half way through mine . This photo is of her still waiting

Firstly, a big shout to Adam, our server. Excellent service, credit to the company! Really made our experience the best it could be. Now the food.... I recommend: The beef brisket ramen, absolutely delicious and fresh. The pork belly ramen also did not disappoint. An excellent blend of flavours and textures. Perfect! My son had the mini cha han, which he recommends to any kids that are coming! Now... the star of the show... the momo meringue cake, it tastes like the smell of the best sweet store! Absolutely made my day, and yes, I happy danced in my seat the entire time... apologies, there is only a picture of the empty plate, it was that good.

This is our absolute favourite place to go as a family. The adults love the small plates and ramen, and the child is a massive fan of the edamame beans and crispy fish bites! Shout-out to Carlo especially - he always goes above and beyond to make us all feel welcome. Food is always prompt, tasty and atmosphere is great.

On holiday in the beautiful country of Scotland. Was treated to an afternoon shopping treat at Wagamama's by my best friend. On entry , the place was filled with the afternoon mixed crowd of shoppers and families eating. We were greeted by a charming server who struck up a conversation with us as he seated us and got us prepared for our fabulous server. He also made use our dietary needs were written down on our mats to make sure our server knew. He also took time to point out food that wouldn't be suitable for me. The drinks and food were spot on. Highly recommend their Matcha strawberry drink ( I'm a matcha everything person) and their lovely Sakura drink. Overall lovely experience.

We were shopping in the retail park and wanted to sit down to get a quick dinner. A year ago, we had a terrible experience at this place (service wise) so we were hoping some things have changed. Unfortunately, they haven’t improved at all and that’s very disappointing for a global brand. Had to wait for so long to be seated as there was not enough staff, I even had to go over and ask! Then when she was ready to seat us, even though place was not full she gave us a seat on a shared table in the middle of so many people so we refused and sat on the other side of the restaurant at a quiet space. We then had to wait over 10mins to order, and as no one came I had to go over again and get a waitress. We ordered a Yaki Soba and a Hot Pod. After a 40min wait, Yaki Soba came and the soup was no where to be seen.. We were aware food came at different times but it’s a basic soup that theoretically should come before noodles, not 15mins later… During our meal, I wanted a second drink but could not bother with the effort of finding a waiter/waitress. They forgot our desert also, so had to wait for that too. Overall, once again a waste of time. I would not recommend this branch if you don’t want to wait hours.

I think this place has really gone down hill . No vegan menu anymore , limited options now & nothing special. I used to love their vegan food , very disappointing, I won't be back

Unfortunately tonight we ordered food to be collected. The chicken in both the katsu curry and yabi soba did not taste right, either off or multple reheats,which meant the meal was wasted. Starters the usual excellent. Very disappointing as we are regular customers and the main courses aren't cheap.thanks

Addressed to all drivers and food delivery app This Place cares little about delivery drivers. Me for example. I got there and waited 15 minutes, I was ignored by all the attendants while customers arrived and were served and I was ignored, this doesn't happen once, it only happens to me and other colleagues also work on this.

Good old Wagas. Tasty food as always. Reliable. Had amazing bao buns and a kayak curry. You know what to expect!

Good food with fantastic service. However, I cannot give 5 stars for the following three reasons. First reason is the food is not served properly in a timely manner. The meals were not served together at the same time and the starter came after the main dish. I was told by the waiter named Leo that the meals arrive as they are prepared, which I found odd. Second my "hot pot" was lukewarm and third the Sake I ordered wasn't prepared properly, and didn't flow as should have. The drink was less than the required amount to have the special effect of flowing from the pot into the cup. For the prices charged, I would have expected better.

We've been coming here for years now and always had excellent service and food. You get good portion sizes and excellent quality for the money you pay. Tonight was the first time we had a slight complaint about the food. It was absolutely not enough to spoil our meal but our server (The lovely Plimò) went straight to his manager and we were offered all sorts of things to make up for it. It was knocked off our bill no problem and all the staff were so lovely. Despite how busy they all were and how they had been short staffed food came quick without compromising the quality. This is why we keep coming back! Thanks again for another amazing dinner Wagamama's team!

Was served by Greg today. Amazing attentive waiter who is clearly passionate and willing to go the extra mile for a customer. Gf and I ordered grilled chicken ramen, chicken gyoza ramen, and two kimchees. Greg made sure to go through the order with us before placing to make sure it was correct. Food came promptly and was delicious all round (kimchee is amazing!!) Totally recommend :)

We love this place! My daughter has coeliac and we always feel safe here. The manager takes the allergy orders and the gluten free food is brought out separately. We went last night and the manager Jamie was lovely- friendly and professional. Great choices for gluten free also- especially the desserts. The staff are always super friendly, warm and professional. The food is great. There is colouring in for kids to keep them occupied while waiting. Nice decor and atmosphere. Really can’t fault it. We often get just eat delivery too. It’s our new favourite 🙂

A quick lunch here, before heading to Hotel Chocolat for a treat or two. Our ramen bowls were warming and filling, just perfect for a day out with Grannie.

This Wagamama has stellar service every time we are here in person or order via deliveroo. We usually get seated quickly, although on a Friday or Saturday night it can take 15-20min. The server that usually greets people is very nice and straightforward. The food arrives in Wagamama style quickly in the order they are finished. To our experience, the Donburi bowls take the longest, whilst a Katsu Curry can arrive within a few minutes. A Ramen depends on the night and varies a lot. It can get quite loud inside so be prepared for that, although it is normal for a Wagamama to be loud. The toilets are individual rooms, and the sinks have a tendency to make a bit of a mess. Whilst the toilets are usually clean enough, there is often water spillage and dirty footprints on the floor. The best thing about this restaurant is the friendliness of the servers, both in person and for deliveries. On our last deliveroo order a driver had messed things up, so the restaurant called proactively to inform us of a delay. Once the new order was ready we were called again to inform us about the new delivery time and they even included 2x free bottles of tropical juice as an apology - even though the overall delay was just 10min after the original delivery slot. They were incredibly friendly on the phone. The only negative thing we would like to mention is that the sauce on the korean bao buns used to be a standard mayo and we think that worked better than the spicy version, but that’s not the fault of this Wagamama location. Our food recommendations are the Chicken Katsu Curry, the Beef Brisket Donburi Bowl and the Chicken Gyoza. The cloudy lemonade is an experience as well, a lovely balance between sweet and sour.

We stopped in after a pre Christmas visit to the city, venue was clean and Staff were very friendly. Food was decent as always, definitely recommend if in the area - slightly on pricey side for a quick bite but nice for a dinner out.

Pretty upset tbh, ordered for click and collect, spent about £40 so I was hoping it would be decent but the starter (ebi prawns) was overcooked and greasy. The ramen just felt unfresh and like it had been sitting for a while. Really upset they took the steak ramen off the menu it was their best one.

Felt like I wanted everything when I looked at their menu. Salmon Teriyaki Soba was pretty good but not as good as my expectation (maybe I just set the bar real high). Generous noodle and salmon. The service was excellent - fast, friendly and polite. Would be back to try other menus!

The same dish from the menu tasted different and seemingly with a slightly different recipe in this branch. The dish tended to be better presented at off-peak hours apparently. But in general, this is a better branch than the St Andrew Sqaure branch.

The staff and the service were very, very good. The food, however, was very bad. I eat gluten-free, and the options are very limited. The food which I ordered tasted like omlete. I felt really ill after eating it. My stomach was hurting so bad . My family ordered vegan, and even they felt like throwing up after that. It is such a shame as we love Asian food, but don't think I will be having it again.

Was there just tonight with my mum, was served by a guy named Adam. He was brilliant and kind to us, I just got a hat today what I wasn’t sure about but his co-worker (sorry idk his name) came over and said it was a nice hat. Visited my son in Edinburgh, went for lunch at wagamama. Ordered 3 different meals, my son's came about 10 minutes , his wife's about 30 minutes later!! and mine ten minutes after that, had to get a little bit cross. It wasn't really hot either, did taste good though. When guests order the meals should be served at the same time !

Wagamama is our choice of venue if we're out shopping. Very much enjoy the food but sadly of late they seem to have gone down the route, as many restaurants, of ignoring vegetarians. The choice is either meat or vegan. Nothing in the middle unless your ask for adjustments.

Arrived with our 7 month old and this was no worries with a high chair quickly produced and although she couldn't actually use them, a child's pack brought to the table with crayons etc...A nice touch! The food was excellent, and was served quickly. Our server was polite and helpful and we will be back if we are ever in need of lunch while shopping again
