Subway Feltham in Hounslow

came here with my friend and i ordered a 6inch cheese and ham there was bearly any cheese. my friend ordered a 6inch cheese and rotisary chicken still very little cheese, she asked for 5 chipotle bites ON THE SIDE and made it very clear on the side. but the lady who was making it put it in it when she very clearly wanted on the side. when i paid i didn’t get given my food i paid for i demanded for my food that was already paid for. after she didn’t hear me for around 20 million times. they also OPENLY DISCUSSED THE FACT THAT WHEN THEY CAME IN THE PREPERATION TABLE WAS A MESS AND UNHIGENIC AND THE FLOOR WAS A TIP. this clearly shows they don’t care about cleanliness. DO NOT COME TO THIS BRANCH AT ALL

Whoever works here. Please use common sense. Why do you keep packing HOT sandwiches under neath COLD drinks for deliveries? Just pack it separately!

I went in subway with my friends my experience was no good with Upasna she was too rough with nd that boy is very nice his name is himanshu

I got to the subway on Hampton, At least once a week. Every-time I went Kushal was serving me. He is extremely nice and efficient. He puts in a perfect amount of food in the sub every-time leaving me extremely satisfied. Very quick as I’ve seen him make subs for other people which means I’ve never had to wait long as he is so efficient. Very well mannered and quick. The food is great, all fresh food they never run out and great Employees. Would highly recommend!

The food was average—just like any other Subway outlet. I was disappointed to find out that one of my favorite menu items had gone up in price. On top of that, the cookie I got didn't taste fresh at all. What really ruined the experience, though, was the staff. They were rude and completely unprofessional, not even making the slightest effort to be polite. I asked if I could use a charging port because my phone was about to die (I had a charger on me) and they just flat-out refused. I find it hard to believe that a store like this doesn’t have one available. Then I asked for some tap water, and they told me they didn’t have glasses for it. The ones they did have apparently came at a cost. Since when is tap water not free? If you're out of basic serving glasses, that’s not the customer’s fault—I was just thirsty. Overall, a really disappointing visit. I usually enjoy Subway, but I won’t be coming back to this location. I’d much rather go to another branch that actually cares about its customers.

When i ordered the food it showed an approx time wait of 15 tp 20 minutes ,once ordered it was an hour to one hour forty minutes,it seams that they only show a short ti e for delivery to get orders

I recently visited Subway in Feltham and ordered a footlong Chicken Teriyaki sub, expecting the usual generous portion of flavorful chicken. However, I was quite disappointed with the amount of chicken in my sub. It barely covered half of the bread, making it feel more like a salad sandwich than the satisfying meal I was hoping for. For the price I paid, I expected a better portion of protein, especially since Chicken Teriyaki is one of Subway’s premium fillings. The taste was fine, but with so little chicken, the experience was far from enjoyable. I even asked the staff about it, but they simply said that’s the standard portion. If that’s the case, then Subway needs to review their portion sizes because this felt like a rip-off. On the positive side, the veggies were fresh, and the staff was polite, but that alone doesn’t justify the lack of value for money. If I’m paying for a Chicken Teriyaki sub, I expect a fair amount of chicken, not just a sprinkle. Overall, I left feeling unsatisfied and unlikely to return to this particular Subway location. I hope they improve their portions, or at least offer a reasonable add-on option for extra chicken without an overpriced charge. Until then, I might think twice before choosing this Subway again.

The food was cold and the way they prepared the subway wasn't what we ordered (half of the salads were missing). The chicken wasn't fresh either. We couldn't even finish the subway.

Didn’t like the owner of this franchise of Subway. He was more bothered about cutting up a potential customer and stealing the parking space than getting a customer. Will not forget how rude he was. So I didn’t buy anything obviously.

Bread was stale, no cheese which I ordered. Basically inedible and threw it in the bin. No refund either from just eat as they wanted a picture. Not digging in a bin to prove how bad the food was. Avoid!

I like to go on this subway because the staff of this is very cooperative and I like to their suggestions. I am going there once time every week because it's near to my job, when I am taking with staff always I am feeling stress free. This subway have good customer service along with quality of food.

What has happened to Subway???? The stuff was unbelievably slow although I was the only one in the shop, the training was most likely non existent as once slightly unwrapped the sandwich just fell apart 🤦‍♂️ Super dry bread below average taste in general. Where’s the old subway where sandwiches were done in 2 mins, tasty moist and super nice. Also I’m not sure if it’s this branch only, but since when you can add ingredients and build the sandwich your way??? Awful experience

Gross, never again. The problem when these restaurants are subsidised is that they don’t care about providing decent food, all the care about is profit. So you get poor quality cheap ingredients. Last time I came here the drink was warm, this time the bread was stale. I paid £10 for a footlong sub, drink and tiny pack of crisps.Who wants to pay £10 for a stale bread sandwich. Overpriced and low quality. Avoid. No wonder it’s always empty.

Delivery took 50minutes when the shop I ordered from is a 5minute walk, every piece of food I ordered was cold. The sandwiches were crushed also. I’ve ordered from subway many times & I have never had any of these problems before. Terrible experience.

Food however.... subway very expensive i cant afford it but its my little 1s treat for the month & he's never been so "cheesed-off mum" as he put it. His hash browns were stone cold & required re-heating. And the nachos... Horrendeous to put it bluntly- Again they were cold & I think staff forgot to put the rest of the ingredients as it was basically a big box of dorito's, a very expensive box of dorito's. I could have brought 3 bags of them for the cost of SHARING NACHOS. There was the tiniest bit of salsa under a pile of nachos & tightest sprinkling of cheese EVER!! Husband was about to return nachos to subway lol he took photos instead. Usually though, this subway is fantastic but on this occassion it wasn't so great, very disappointing I'm afraid. Our sandwiches were nice though so that's something!! But my 5 yr old didnt pick sandwich & unfortunately all his food choices were cold & horrible so off to McD's to feed him :-(

I ordered six items and received one item and that was even wrong. Absolutely unbelievable I have had so many problems with just eat this will be the last time I use you. Make sure the full amount of money is refunded into my account. I have never seen so many incompetent people in one place at the same time.

If delivery time says 15-30 mins I expect it to be that rather than me having to call the restaurant because of no communication. My food is freezing and inedible

Haven't had a Subway for years as the first time I did, it was stale. Tonight's wasn't stale but the chicken breast one I had, was freezing, as if it had just come out of a fridge. The hash brown bites looked well cooked however were not crispy but soggy. Don't think I will be having another for some years!
