After queuing for 35 minutes only to be told no GF bread. PUT A SIGN up. So slow service.

Was a horrible experience on pride day. Went on saturday and there was a customer infront of me and the worker was obviously new and was training and he accidentally messed up the order. The other worker a woman who had an accent not too sure what just said bluntly that he did it wrong, didn’t even offer to help him. She was so blunt. There was 1 other worker there another girl who starts working on the new guys station to help out. My turn to order, i’m holding pride flags keep in mind since it’s pride. She looks my flags up and down and goes “what do you want” i said “a triple cheese wrap dipper please” she said “okay”. Turns around, looks AT THE WALL. Turns back around and goes “we don’t have any wraps”. It was like midday… I’m sure you have wraps luv. Her attitude stunk, i just stood in shock to her at her bluntness. I just said okay and walked out of the shop. There was most definitely wraps behind her. She just refused serving me because of the pride flags on my hand i reckon, or she was just too lazy for her job to do so. So went to the subway on the main street by coyote ugly and was served super fast and politely. If you want good service on subway don’t go to this one specifically.

This is vey low quality salad comapre to what i haf , not happy with it at all , there hardly steak in it i want my money back

Not busy (we were the only customers) as focussed service. Usual good choices of food and choices. A disappointment was a "half" cup of coffee when ordering a large. ( Only noticed when left so didn't query).

The entire order was incorrect.

Dry bread, they smashed the bread flat while making it and it fell apart.

Staff laughed at me on the phone when I called with concerns and then hung up while I was trying to explain my issues

Meatball foot long was very cold, hashbrowns were cold ish. Delivery was 5/10 mins late but apologised

Food was incorrect, called to rectify was told they could not redeliver correct food.

The salad and sauce on the sub wasn’t what I’d ordered

Avoid !! Don’t think it’s the staffs fault but more the owners, you get 75% portion size and feels like staff are penalised for toasting it correctly and giving fair sizes (pretty sure but central city venues ran by same owner)

the guy who deliverd was really nice

Kept prioritising the delivery orders and left us in a queue for 45-50 minutes. Took way too long even when we got to the front of the queue he started serving us and stopped mid sentence to do something else.

There was a problem with the roll after they made it as it was too small. They informed me and made a fresh one quickly!

All though delivery was quick. Not all items were delivered

They sent me two wraps with no tuna in it, just tomato, lettuce and mayonnaise

Ordered 2 footlong meals (Also extras) My sandwich is missing items, also covered in mayo which I did did not ask for, I ordered chipotle sauce.. not liking mayo my sandwich is ruined and in the bin. Also both drinks were missing from both meals. Very disappointing almost £37 to be missing drinks and wrong order sent and in the bin! Won’t be ordering again.

I had asked for the 6 inch to be toasted it was not so it was cold which I did not enjoy at all.

Didn't read order properly, sent me two six inch subs instead of a footlong and a six inch, despite the difference in price etc.

They made our sandwich... but my sister is celiac and requested gluten free. The guy immediately was not happy about that and kept switching between other people's sandwiches while making my sister's without changing gloves. He then helped three people behind us before he made out sandwiches. He left one of our sandwiches to go cold before he asked us what he wanted on it. But, he did make our sandwich. And it was a good sandwich

Came here on 10/03/23 saw a member of staff vaping in the pack part but making it plain as day then comes walking throu the staff door to fill up the drinks fridge not sure how this stands being a food hygiene environment

Asked for toasted, Subs come stone cold and untoasted, Asked for a chocolate milkshake, got a can of coffee.

SO SO disappointed by my subway. I ordered over £20 worth of food to find that our orders were completely incorrect. I contacted subway customer services but they were no help whatsoever. Won't bother ordering again as i received no help in why my order was made so wrong and missing several ingrediance.

I don't hate it but there was a notice saying that this shop was not accepting the recent vouchers. I understand that all franchises may not do that but I came into town specifically for it and didn't have enough money to buy anything except a 6" sub. So we left.

My order arrived on time the delivery guy was professional.

order took 3 hours to come arrived freezing cold and my meatballs was so rubbery it was so gross i will never order from here again i even called up to ask where my order was and the staff was so rude and hung up on me please avoid this place no care in the work it’s sad !!

An enjoyable Sub and not too greasy but there's been a sharp increase in price recently.

On Google it says they are open until 4:30am! Tried to explain this to staff and they were super rude! You need to update your times! Or not have your staff close early! I was there on a Thursday, and it literally says open until 4:30am!

Always love a good Subway sandwich! The only thing I'm not excited about is the lettuce not being fresh or looking brown 3 times I've been there.

Had a subway salad, the lady didn't understand English and gave me things I never asked for. She was trying her best, no chicken at all in my salad box.

Had a meatball marinara wanted a meal deal but when asked at the end for coffee instead of coke said they didn't do coffee.

Standard subway food which is fine but the state of the shop wasn’t acceptable for a place serving food. It’s not difficult to wipe down a surface after a customer or remove bits that have fallen into the wrong salad pot, especially because of allergens, I would’ve thought workers would be more careful. It’s fast food, a lot I can forgive but due to the seriousness of allergens, this needs to be looked into.

Missing crisps, no sauce, squashed in box. Great delivery, poor subway.

They dressed the sandwiches the wrong way around. One was meant to be no salad and the other had salad and they got the two different sandwiches the wrong way around. The food was freezing when it arrived and delivered late. Will not come here again

Arrived here to be pleasantly served by a man who was more interested in the online ordering machine’s printer than us. Whilst serving another customer my heated sandwich was left to go cold. Once I pay for my food I go upstairs to find no clean tables and having to use my only napkin to clear the table. Tables were covered in sauce and crumbs and was quite frankly vulgar. Very disappointed

Busy takeaway but they seem to disable the points system and do not give receipts.

Not too crowded, there is always seating available on the first floor. Service is alright.

Chicken teriyaki was too salty. Sandwich wasnt toasted.

My sub was wrong, wrong bread. I ordered 12 cookies, received 11, and 7 of them were the wrong flavour. Silly.

My food is freezing cold the restaurant was unhelpful and so is just eat this is a terrible app I wouldn’t even recommend it to my dog

Took a long time as they priorities deliveries over in store customers but otherwise it's pretty good

First things first: the staff is in desperate need of a food-hygiene training! My sandwich did not contain any sweetcorn, tuna or tomato salsa, but after finishing the whole thing, it got cut in half with an absolutely gross knife with the remainder of the last few sandwiches it cut still stuck to it. See photo for the result. It was mingin. I have never had such a disappointing subway sandwich as here. I literally got 4 leaves of spinach, 3 slices of cucumber, 3 of tomato, 4 of olive and a sliver of pepper on a footlong sandwich, and upon asking for more I got told that this wasn't possible. I also got vegan cheese after specifically asking for regular cheese. When asking for a drink, I got told this is not possible with this type of sandwich. Either the staff chose to ignore my wishes or they couldn't hear it because of the music being way too loud. Also most of the staff was discussing their private life in the kitchen and ignored all questions from their colleague that was trying to help me. Won't be going back to this subway and advise everyone else to stay away too, especially if you have any food allergies.

One of the meatballs were hard which was a shame. There was also hardly any garlic aioli. Delivery driver was very nice and delivered quickly, though.

This subway is open till very late and is a life saver. Was so hungry late at night and most places shut. Can never go wrong with a subway.

I ordered two veggie delights from here and one was great and the other I was enjoying as well until the very last bite where I tasted something disgusting, I spat out what I was eating to find chicken inside my sub, this is the first ever time using this subway and fair to say no other subway has done this before, judging from other reviews, this is not a suitable place for vegetarians or vegans as there are questionable hygiene standards.

Dirty tables. No toilet roll in the toilet. There was blue roll so assuming they want people to use that instead of toilet paper.

You just can't go wrong when it comes to subway and my kids! Service and food was great, nice view of Cardiff Castle from the tabe upstairs.

My order was on the way. When the driver was near by I waited outside the office, no driver arrived. Checked my phone and the status of my order was delivered. Nothing arrived.

Got my order wrong, added salad I didnt ask for with vegetables I'm allergic to. I did not order any salad on my sub. Delivery time kept changing later and later and in the end I couldnt eat my sub because of the salad I did not ask for.
