driver ate my food and i didn’t get a refund

The usual great food and great service.

They sent us two meatball subs, we had only ordered one. My husband's sandwich was completely wrong.

terrible service never got mu order i have mobility problems it takes me a few minutes to get downstairs where is my order utterly ridiculous.

this order was never delivered even after waiting for more than one hour and yet the app states that the order has been delivered.

Delivery fine and sandwich ok. However, was not toasted (cheese was cold and had not been melted). Sandwich had items in I had not asked for (pickles, olives) so seemed like a lack of care all round. Order was supposed to come with a free ‘foot long’ item and I got a tiny wrap which smells strange. I’d give this 2.5*

sent me a random sandwich when i asked for two of the exact same thing. make it make sense.

I wouldn’t bother ordering from this restaurant as they can’t read! Every single sandwich gets toasted whether you want it or not.

Had food poisoning after having meatball marinara for breakfast at 10am . I started vomiting, having chills and fever. I only ate that for the day as I was so unwell. It lasted for 3 days. Avoid.

I ordered for footlong veggie delight instead they sent me 6inch veggie delight . And I ordered for big Bombay subway which is non veg they sent me veg and non veg in the same packet I am pure veg.

The service was not up to the mark . I ordered from just eat my order was veggie delight and big Bombay both of them footlong . The order I received was stinking and 6-inch veggie delight. The staff was not understanding what was my concern when I called the store . And the order was sent in the same packet veg and non veg this is not acceptable And coke also in the same packet which made my food cold I called store to refund for my order first they were not ready to refund as he said come store anytime i will give you 1 footlong

Don’t expect items to arrive as you ordered. I ordered a veggie delite sub with salad….only got the salad, no veggie patties. Won’t order from here again

The best cookies here. I think ive ordered over 100 cookies and they taste amazing. Kittu and Ayushi have the most friendliest customer service and always tell the funniest jokes. Highly recommend this place and always order extra cookies.

I went today for lunch and the guy who served me was very kind. I told him I want to try the veg patty sub and he was kind enough to guide me and make a nice one. I chose my salads and he gave me options of the sauces which was very kind, I had spicy chipotle, garlic and herb and sweet onion. It was tasty and will definitely get the recommended sub that he made me again.

To whomever made the sandwich thank you. Haven't had a subway in over a year and it was delicious

went to Uxbridge high street subway. I received my order from an Asian guy employee and was really disappointing. After quickly paying for my order, I expected the usual courtesy of having my food handed to me. . Although I felt quite rude and impersonal. I don't know how to deal with customers. That's really bad experience and i think after reading this review they will improve their service.

Went there today and saw the deal for a footlong for 4.99 with the app. The lady infront of me who was of indian descent got the deal, when i showed my app the worker told me it doesnt apply to you. (She was also of indian descent). It was clearly stated in the fineprint that deal applied through app in store at participating locations. Extremely disappointed. Visted on Feb 7th 2024 at around 1:20pm. Will never eat at subway again.

Been here couple of times. Nicely located in a very convenient place at Uxbridge Town Centre. If you are a Subway fan, food here is freshly made in any other Subway store. I found staff there very nice, friendly and helpful. Food was served very quick. Indoor seating is available in this place.

The sandwich was lots of bread and virtually no filling. It was literally like eating damp toast. Would not recommend!

BMT Sub was missing the cheese and sweetcorn. Really disappointing when this is so expensive now.

Today i tasked the worst sub of the decade. Added Southwest + Chilly Sauce to normal veg. Sub. The sauce were so watery and tasteless as some water has been added to it and due to that entire bread get moist and watery sauce were leaking like a loose tap the entire time. Highly recommend order from some other Subway but don’t order from this subway. Adding water to sauces +wet subs + Tasteless + water soaked bread are total waste of money and disgusting, its just ruining reputation of subways. Wake up Subway !! Its a Total Quality Control Failure!! 🥸

Received a hot, toasted sandwich... Not at all what I ordered or wanted on the hottest day in months.

Arrived at 9.28 Tues' 5th Sept' to place an order to find the door locked and a guy staring at me mouthing we're closed. I pointed out they are open until 10pm.He opened the door and told me they close at 9pm because it is summertime. I asked why it says 10pm on the door hours sign. He said he will change the sign.

Got my order wrong to the point I couldn't eat it due to an allergy issue.

The ice cream had melted, the lid was not on properly so it found it’s way here and there in the bag. Sub ok, it was just a little soggy… Critic to restaurant and not the delivery company!

Second time my order has been wrong

The food was stone cold and I ended up throwing it away. Who wants a stone cold steak sandwich!! What a waste of time and money!!

Ordered our subway at 10am for a 11.20am delivery, as we are a company we have set lunch times so needed it to arrive on time. It got to 11.30am so we called Subway and the man was very rude, saying it has been very busy and the order is being done. When we asked how can we be compensated as it ended up being 20 minutes late and some of our staff didn't have their lunch, he hung up. Food arrived with hot rolls/wraps with the cold drinks! The level of service is not acceptable and I will await an urgent reply!

The sandwich was nice with generous portions, BUT the wedges were disgusting, threw them in the bin.

Honestly one of the worst subways they made my panini cold their meat tasted a little bit expired and they completely rushed the whole process of making the sandwich. Been there 3 times now and it’s a shambles every time . Probably the worst subway I’ve been to .

It was closed literally 15 minutes before the closing time mentioned.

Bread was fresh and tasty. Overall subway was good. Neat and clean surrounding. Good place for quick snack. Seating area is closed after 8:00 pm

This review is not for the food but it is for the staff/management. Today I went at this outlet around 9:15 pm and I was told that shop is closed, however official closing time was 10 pm. Last week I went there after 10 pm and I had a valid discount coupon. The staff denied to accept my coupon by saying it is not valid after 10 pm. Staff/Management makes their own rules based on their mood i guess.

Hardly any salad in veggie delight footlong which should be all full of salad. I ordered 4 footlong. Not satisfied.

The store never listens to simple instructions. I requested not toasted and every time they toast the item leaving me with something I never ordered.

The server was very polite and was knowledgeable about the fillings and the combination of ingredients . I think her name was Souike but i am not sure.I will be back soon

delivery time was great but given wrong sandwich

Left out half my order and when I rang to complain the staff member was rude and patronising.

I will say worse subway food i have every eaten. No salad, no proper sauce, hard bread, no fresh chicken and no proper delivery. That means you play with consumer health and trust. I will never order my food from this place and the delivery partner Deliveroo is biggest fraud company with rude staff.

Quality of food abysmal. Sandwich should have fresh lettuce, but lettuce pieces were poor quality

Yash is a great guy and a hard-working employee! He was by himself when working on 3 different orders at once! Management really needs to step it up and help their employees out because they can't do it all on their own. Nevertheless, he went above and beyond to make my Footlong Steak and Cheese and was very charming to talk to! Well done Yash!

Normally the food is really good, the speed just it's okay there but last week I had to wait (14 minutes) alone in the store btw, until the sandwich maker finishing he's conversation on the phone and filling stuff then he was carry on typing on the phone.

All of my meals were toasted, I did not ask for them to be toasted. Result of that we ended up with warm wilted salad which wasn’t pleasant, I ended up having to go out and replace all meals. Very expensive take away.
