The man that delivered my food was very friendly and kind !!

Worst subway I had purchased a footlong which was hard as brick no way to even bite in old cold hard bread really poor service this definitely should be closed

We NEVER received our food, ordered 2 hours ago, Uber eats says that the food has been delivered but it hasn’t, my kids have been waiting for their meal for 2 hours, they took my money and nothing, called the shop who said to contact just eat directly but there’s no way to contact them, absolutely disgusting

Soggy and reheated hash browns! Staff argued and didn't give sauce which clearly says on the just eat receipt as 9 hash browns with a choice of sauce! never had issues when we go in store to get a sub but online just eat experience is disappointing!!

Not happy with service of just eat and subway absolutely appalling

came cold. also was told it would be here at 10 past ended up coming at 52.

The order was over an hour late to the original delivery time. Very poor service.

Food was not delivered. Driver sat outside my house for 10 minutes with no knock and drove off. Will not be ordering from here ever again.

Eveytime i had baguette from Subway has been nice full and crispy but here My baguette most empty and feel like I was eating sponge 🧽 .The sweatcorn was incolor btw...

One of the cookies I ordered wasn’t available but they substituted it and wrote an apology on the bag for me. Thought that was a nice touch! Everything else was perfect :)

Did not agree with me at all. Not had this issue with subway before so not sure if something was slightly out of date on my sub.

No sauce with the side, wraps not toasted and cold food. Food and pop bottles fell out of flimsy paper bag when driver passed to my disabled mother through a small window rather than wait for her to open the door! What a complete farce! Will never order from here again!!

I’m not ordering from your company ever again the sub was not at its best quality it just looks like you’ve stuffed everything in & everything is just falling apart. The bread doesn’t look like it’s been toasted properly you’ve lacked the tuna. I’m not very impressed this is very lazy work. It seems like someone was in a rush Not ordering from you again in the future. This is just horrible. I’m a single mum sometimes I don’t have time to make food & I wanted something different from the usual.

The only thing that I ordered that was actually nice was my chicken foot long sub salad was fresh but the cheese bites were horrible so over priced

The most unfilled salad box of any Subway store we’ve tried. Won’t be going there again for that reason alone. See attached photo.

Driver needs to follow notes on delivery instructions on arrival.( wheelchair user)

The food it literally half the size of what I had ordered half of the pizza did not have any sauce on it I’m not happy at all and will never be ordering from subway again really disappointed

My food was freezing cold. My cookies were the wrong type I asked for rainbow and got macadamia and I also had to go out and get my food because the delivery was waiting in his car for me to come to him.

Driver called me from his car to tell me to open the door but was knocking on my garage door and I had to mention the house was above the garage. Not sure why was thinking it would be in the garage as it has no number on it whereas the house above the garage does have the house number.

Hot food was cold and not edible!

Paid £16 for salad boxes and we got next to nothing.! Very upset that we basically paid for some very expensive boxes! Getting my money back

Order was late, about 45 minutes, when it did arrive there were no utensils to eat the salad with 🤬

Had a chosen time for arrival and delivery driver was still late by 15mins, this meant that the food we requested to be toasted was now cold! Very frustrating.

Food was good but never got the correct food on my order I never got the correct toppings on my sandwiches and I never received crisps with my deal and I got the incorrect drink

If the last mouthful is as good as the first I’ll be well happy.

Toasted baguette was placed in same bag as cold drink so pretty much meant baguette was hard in some areas and cold in the rest by the time it was delivered. Not the fault of the deliverer

They sent the wrong order including meat to a vegetarian, when I called the restaurant they were clueless and didn’t know what they were doing, we had to go through 3 different people to talk to someone who half knew what they were doing

How can this place get the order so wrong......once again!!!! Why take online orders if they cannot read what was ordered and just send anything they wish without even a phone call

1 of the 2 footlongs wasn't delivered. Was also missing a packet of crisps and was send a regular size wedges instead of a large. The quality of the food that was delivered was okay, unfortunately the missing items ruined the order for us.

I ordered chicken tikka and added bacon but they sent just normal chicken

there was bacon in my food and i am a muslim and i can’t eat bacon so i had to throw it in the bin.

No cheese in salad and delivery was a bit late but everything else was fine. Thanks for the wedges!

Driver was involved in a motor accident, no one was injured he assured me but my food was cold. Updates on delivery time became “signal lost” and stayed that way for far to long.

I ordered two large meal deals. They called me 2 min before my collection time and tell me they don’t have Italian herb and cheese bread, the sub I wanted or the extras I order. One was with cheese and one without, they putted cheese on the one without. When we told her she took the chicken off and didn’t change bread. She added cheese on the other one and toasted it twice. It was soo dry and was falling apart. On top of that she didn’t added one of my sauces and she hardly add any mayo. It took nearly 30 minutes to receive my order. The cookies was so overcooked and dry. Never had anything that dry. Appsolultly dissipated. Not worth £22

Didn't have the meat or the bread I wanted so I had to get something completely different. When it was time to pay, the lady had forgotten my order and asked me what I got. Sandwich was well done though. Wasn't soggy and leaking like other places, which I liked. Might have been because of the bread substitute though. There was a guy ordering ahead of me, they made him repeat his order over and over and over again and still got it wrong. 3 cookies he said. Why did they try to bag 4? Cookies all looked burnt anyway. Better off going somewhere else.

Food was cold my sub hadn't even been toasted even tho I noted for it to be toasted it was cold. The nachos were also cold and not warmed up. Also they sent me the wrong deink i had ordered. Never had an issue with them but will not be ordering again.

I ordered my food At 3:16 it's now 5:00 the place is 10 minutes down the road it arrived 30 minutes late it's freezing cold and my subway is soggy absolutely ridiculous wish I went and got it myself. O and I asked them not to put the cold drink in the same bag as the hot food because it makes the food colder quicker what did they do put the drink on top of it

It said 15-30 minutes but took 1 hour. When it arrives my bread was all ripped up and dry was really difficult to eat.
