the wrong drink was delivered and the food was cold by the time it arrived as the delivery driver took around 30mins to deliver

I didn't order cheese on mine due to being lactose intolerant but they had mixed up the orders. there was cheese on the Tuna and none on the one for my mum.

Never arrived No contact at all Twice now this has happened Avoid

Avoid you can't contact them and they don't deliver order

no cucumber pickles on the salad cookies missing

Staff are always friendly and helpful. The Sub's, salads, cookies and other food are always fresh and tasty.

I understand it’s family franchise business, but looks like the daughter working there just compromise the quality of the sandwiches to reduce the cost of products. Today I’ve got Sub, which had very limited products (vegetables).

The courier was very kind and polite however the cookies were very stale and not enjoyable to eat at all.

I usually never have any problems ordering from here but I ordered my ‘usual’ footlong and was sent a 6 inch, the sandwich itself was great as usual just unfortunate they got my order wrong

i had leaflet with it to claim and free cookie or drink on nxt order, i scanned the qr code but cudnt fill in subway store id, neither receipt pic was the one i got, so not happy

Was being prepared for over 45 minutes, the number of this subway is incorrect and could not phone to see the issue. i’m disappointed, also was very cold and the cherry bakewell cookies i ordered were swapped for chocolate chip. Not happy at all

Overall the food wasn’t as good as it normally is. The bread did feel a bit stale. Which is a shame as it’s normally pretty good.

food delivered cold , stale with items missing

The food was great, it was just missing the meatballs.

Original estimate was extended by 30 mins. Order arrived cold 45 mins after apparent dispatch time.

I’m disgusted by the tuna kahuna it looked like it was ran over by loads of lorries. We have pictures to prove

The heck is wrong with this place. Second time ordering, same problem. No communication from the restaurant, i don't know where is my order as it should have been with me an hour ago. Restaurant is not picking up phone, no updates on where is the meal.
