Subway in Birmingham

Apalling, ordered online, delivered without three quarters of the actual order and the turkey sandwich that did come was just turkey in plain bread with no sauces or extras. Absolutely shameful, their phone number is not in service and the delivery driver just shrugged and said thats all he was given. Do better.. money wasted and no way to communicate

Food was cold and the salad smelt as if the vegetables were days old and not fresh. Disappointed in the order as they usually really good. Spoilt my lunch really.

Had pleasure dealing with @Sruti at Tybern branch. I was getting late and requested for a quick service, she was very professional and polite and did great quick service.

Went in for a egg and cheese flatbread breakfast didn't have the flatbread so had normal bread it wasn't a omelette like I asked for it was uncooked egg on it won't be going there again

on arrival food looked OK. when opened we noticed loads of slices of cheese which wasn't ordered as both myself n daughter are allergic to cheese. complained. Still 7hrs later heard nothing. so my whole order was chucked in bin. £28 ish. jokes absolute disgusted

my order arrived incorrect was ment to be toastes by the bread was soft and to top it of they added onions and lettuce to my meal that i did not ask for actually diabolical behaviour

We went to order food and it took us 30 minutes to get the food. The staffs attitude was really bad as they were shouting us to wait.

Staff member Prit very rude. He has zero customer service skills always looks dirty & unclean and also needs to cut his nails for hygiene reasons when working with food. He is not good for the business so if you see him in the shop avoid going.

Sandwich was not toasted as requested. But that's an issue with Sunway not Just Eat

I didn't order cheese on mine due to being lactose intolerant but they had mixed up the orders. there was cheese on the Tuna and none on the one for my mum.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. The Sub's, salads, cookies and other food are always fresh and tasty.

I understand it’s family franchise business, but looks like the daughter working there just compromise the quality of the sandwiches to reduce the cost of products. Today I’ve got Sub, which had very limited products (vegetables).

Repeat of previous order was not the same. Only one drink, no cookie, no separate sauce.

The courier was very kind and polite however the cookies were very stale and not enjoyable to eat at all.

I usually never have any problems ordering from here but I ordered my ‘usual’ footlong and was sent a 6 inch, the sandwich itself was great as usual just unfortunate they got my order wrong

i had leaflet with it to claim and free cookie or drink on nxt order, i scanned the qr code but cudnt fill in subway store id, neither receipt pic was the one i got, so not happy

Was being prepared for over 45 minutes, the number of this subway is incorrect and could not phone to see the issue. i’m disappointed, also was very cold and the cherry bakewell cookies i ordered were swapped for chocolate chip. Not happy at all

Overall the food wasn’t as good as it normally is. The bread did feel a bit stale. Which is a shame as it’s normally pretty good.

food delivered cold , stale with items missing

The food was great, it was just missing the meatballs.

Original estimate was extended by 30 mins. Order arrived cold 45 mins after apparent dispatch time.
