Subway in Birmingham

Been served by 2 lovely ladies today they was really polite and made me smile, food was really nice, highly recommended.

Great customer service and food!

There are a lot of very old reviews here that don’t reflect the excellence of this franchise that I’ve been using regularly for the last year. Jyoti and Jinal are usually on shift when I visit and they are both consummate professionals, friendly and helpful. I do often use other Subway franchises around Birmingham, but this one, in particularly for speed, hygiene and customer service stands out above all others.

order online 2 meal deal :one footlong and a drink missing . Phone the shop told me i put it in there . i can remade it but you have to collect it . try to explain i cannot leave work and i paid for delivery and service and he reply sorry not my fault if driver ate your order. very disgusting attitude and not helpful now have to spend the day without food.

I was recommended to try out the new menu, the tuna kahuna panini. Very well cooked, tasted great. Staff here are amazing, very quick and fresh food.

Great sandwiches, well worth money

Very nice clean subway store located inside Texaco. The staff are very nice and prepped my footlong just as how i wanted it; they didn't hold back on putting the ingredients/toppings in. The petrol station also has lots of variety of other stuff like coffee machine etc which is very useful; all are stacked up very neatly.

Visited yesterday evening time , I not a review kinda person but the hygiene and quality of subs in this branch of subway made me write this review. Firstly the service is quick you will not be waiting and the quality of food is outstanding. Well maintained store staff performance excellent will visit soon.

Delighted with nice and fresh meal upon my visits. Can't beat the subway morning breakie with hot cup of latte. Very nice staff and good service. Also have the Vegan range which I tried for taste, it is good alternative option to my regular. And yes can't miss the cookies (yummy cookies....). Keep up the great service. and yes why not Good staff make it more better with very good customer service.

I am a pure vegetarian and this subway “always” I repeat, “always” maintains its hygiene level & especially lady, who keeps changing gloves whenever she adds non-vegetarian food or salads. As a vegetarian, I am a glad that I found such a great store. Thanks a ton for your customer service & great sandwich as well.

I visited a few times at lunchtime as I work nearby. The Asian female member of staff has a poor attitude - I initially gave her the benefit of the doubt but her customer service skills didn't improve & a couple of my colleagues also noticed it.

The customer service was terrible we was being served then staff stopped and started to do delivery orders first even thou we was first me and my daughter spent 30 mins waiting what a joke not going there again,

Wanted to eat at places near to the sealife but every where packed so as we parked at snow Multi storey we went to this subway as it was on the way back to the car. It was nice and quiet for a Saturday night and the only member of staff who was there was very helpful and gave exceptional service! He worked very hard. Seems to be in an nice old Bank building

Quick and easy way to get a snack or a drink

Rubbish Service. Wanted to change my drink for two cookies just 1 minute after leaving the shop. They refused accused me of sipping it and bringing it back. Then when I said I was a regular the bearded guy accused me of lying saying I never seen you here before. Despite having other staff members there. Avoid like the plague
