Wonderful Food with great service and great quality

Went for a quick bite after taking my son to rush. Order a chicken wrap and the asked for just mayo in my wrap. This chicken wrap came out with hot chilli. took around 2 bites before asking for a refund. They said I couldn't get one. So ended up ordering some chicken strips which took around 20 mins shocking. This will be my last visit at this dixy

I Often order from here. Portions are always big, and food arrived hot. Plenty of sauce included too.

Best Burger ever warm and crispy fries

Food quality and service has dropped. I ordered 2 pc chicken and chips. They overcharged me and replied they cant change it on their system?? Used to be good before, shame standards and customer service has dropped. Looks like a common theme of bad service with the other reviews.

They sold us extra food which we didn't order & found out after delivery & both of us got food poisoning, gave them a chance to address it but they don't care

They take 25 min just for one meal and there’s nobody at shop for more orders they are just talking with one another there is nothing else then that really disappointed really disappointed 0 point

Dishonest people! Ordered a grill chicken wrap meal. What did I get, fried chicken in a wrap which was slightly grilled. I’ve paid for grilled chicken! Even with a meal they’re asking me to pay extra for some sauce. Ridiculous. By the way the wrap was mostly lettuce.

chicken must have been cooked in fish oil as it tasted like fish very dissatisfied as it was a £55 order not to enjoy it

Hi the food was very cold & fries were really hard I always order from Dixys this is first time my kids did not eat their food. The burger had cheese in it but it clearly says mayo & lettuce the burger has never come with cheese in it my kids don’t like cheese. Very disappointed with the food it was stale and cold chips where rock hard had to throw both meals in bin. 2

tried the masala fish in naan for the first time from here and it was lovely! the sauce they put under the fish is gorgeous and has a nice lil spice to it

I placed an order today with them on just & paid for it. But they never delivered my food when called the restaurant the was being rude while talking she cut the phone on me. When again she said it’s on the the way but never delivered my order that I placed & paid for. Will never order again from here ever again. They aren’t paying my money back either that I worked hard for.

We normally order from here and never have a problem. This time delivery was late, missed our drinks and also a couple of wings was not fully cooked.

I'm not leaving any stars the place is a joke I ordered food waited nearly an hour an a half got the food the order was wrong I wrong up to simply tell them that my order was in correct the vile woman that answered the phone told me to shut up I was wrong they have cctv the order was packed completely. absolute joke of a place never will I order from here again. imagine telling your customer to shut up and putting the phone down on them

Ordered 2 nigella panini meals drinks n fries came but only 1 panini was delivered when I rang restaurant I was spoken to by a rude woman who claimed to be manager.who told me no more drivers were available so wasn’t sending what I paid for.

I feel like they ain’t changed since years back. It used to be nice food but with everyone moving with the times and flavours have gone up I didn’t enjoy my meal.

The panini is so tasteless. No other Dixy makes it like that

Ordered stuffed crust twice in my last 2 orders but it never comes with stuffed crust after paying the extra.

All food was stone cold and had to be put in microwave,also chips had peri peri salt on however it was not stated on menu.

Need to be quite clear they do not do paninis. They do baguettes

Half of the food was missing, no fries, no upgraded burger like paid for , only 1 drink . When I rang the shop the woman couldn't care less and said it must of been the Justeat driver who took it. Unfortunately if they had just admitted to the mistake this could of all been sorted , AVOID

Order completely wrong and messed up. Pizza was over cooked (nearly burnt) and all wrong toppings. Replacing pineapple (that I paid extra for) with tofu is plain wrong. The only time I've gotten orders right is when I've been in to order. Order for delivery is 95% of the times wrong.

Don't just don't. I give minus stars if possible.

Awful experience, food took 1 hour 35 minutes to come. Customer service on the phone was shocking and when the food arrived it was wrong. We have used Dixys many times but will not be doing so again!

when the driver delivered the food, he handed the bag to me ,which the handle of the bag broke and the chips went all over the floor.

Ordered food from deliveroo at 6.11pm, original delivery time was 6.55 - 7.25pm At 8.10pm they do not have an available pizza so after 2 hours they didn't have the decency to make the food or send the food. Had young kids waiting for food and 3 drivers had been into the restaurant to get the food and each of them left after waiting 15 mins each time. Absolutely ridiculous hopefully your kids don't ever feel let down or the feeling of hunger but the shop don't care. You should not even be active as a business with the rubbish customer service presented today! Absolutely abysmal. If you can't honour an order DO NOT ACCEPT IT! What goes around comes around! Ruin the name of a dixy franchise.

Missing items and food was cold

Way TOO much sauce on the burger. Too much seasoning on peri peri chicken, it formed a thick overpowering coating. would have preferred plain salted fries.

the only issue I have is the milkshakes I order from here all the time but I order 3 diffrent milkshakes abut u can not tell the difference between the 3 as all were chocolate I order a forrea roscher one a burweno one an bounty they all tasteed the same

Food is overcooked especially the fries. Burger was ordered, I can't recall a bit of lettuce actually being salad. Ordered extra fries for takeaway, only noticed once home I didn't receive them. Compared to my usual Dixy this is way below par for the standard of food, the amount you actually get also the price you pay seems higher. Sorry to say will never be going back.

I’m a regular customer here since Jan 2023. I love their fresh chicken, wraps and supreme burger meals. They do have beaf burger option as well and salad of your choice with good collection of salad. The best and one nd only Halal food takeaway in stirchley.

Order at 17:55, called at 19:08 and told by lady that they could see driver was nearby my house, Just-Eat tracking said they where waiting at the restraunt for over half an hour, 19:13 the driver finally got my order and then was 14 mins to deliver. Just lost another long time customer. still not received food.

Pizza dough was not cooked properly tasted doughy. This has shocked me never had pizza from here before so thought I'd give it a try but think next time I will just stick to burgers.

Food is always delicious, chicken is of a consistent quality, the fries are GORGEOUS and delivery is never more than around 35 minutes. Also the cheapest Dixy around, also has stampcard discounts, also has live tracking on the delivery! Fab. No complaints from me. You’ve earned yourselves a loyal weekly customer!

Ian really disappointed of how the restaurant service was bad the lady was so round and unpleasant. And the food came 15 minute later the time and I was cold and also missing my item . Not worth the money .

We had a party and decided to order from them, but 2 burgers were missing from our order, then I phoned them and told them that we still want our burgers they said come and collect it. Why should I drive there if I have ordered for delivery!

Arrived hot, cooked, and ready to go. Ordered regular fries but got double that! Not complaining! Chicken was cooked throughout so shouldn't be coming out both ends! At time of writing I hope to make this our new regular. They set a good bar with us. Now they have to maintain.

Still waiting for a call back from A manager spoke to Fatima today who again took my number and said some one would call me back. 2 Uncooked pizzas . Raw dough. I called the night out orders arrived 2 weeks later still no call from Manager or even a refund
