the food come completely stone cold, not even eatable had too throw away.

food was sooo cold the burger buns were burnt chicken was cold and burnt fries were cold and hard absolutely horrible wouldn't order from here again

Ordered food said it arrived but it never called restaurant said they can’t do anything so my food hasn’t arrived so I’ve wasted £20 for nothing want my money back writing this after an hour of waiting and still isn’t here

Driver was rude and late, order was missing items and the wait time was awful

Delivery was late. The Chefs special masala fish was not so special at all!! Disappointing not enough masala on it, needed more flavouring, very dry came with so very little salad, item needs much more improvement.. Otherwise other items good.

Panini’s great as always but bean burger not up-to standard very soft, soggy and bland tased off inside thrown away, also lamb shawarma not great looked and tasted like a normal donner meat wrap very greasy not good. All not so enjoyable this time.

Nice chilled classic music, good selection of food, cakes, hot chocolate, milkshakes and even slushie. Food is decent from this dixy as well. Just came for work lunch

Hi, there was a drink and the strips missing from the chicken strips meal so my partner only had fries for his dinner. We were given an hour and a half wait on the time and even then it was still late. The burger was meant to be a sizzler one but it came regular and the hashbrown was burnt and rock hard so I had to take that out. The curly fries were stale when they arrived but I enjoyed my Vimto at least.

Nothing to do with what I was used to at dixy elsewhere. Bread spongee, meat not cooked enough. The fried were good, though. Delivery took around 1 hour.

Ordered via just eat, meal never arrived, contacted restaurant who were very unhelpful and couldn't barely speak English for ms to understand, she'd if I had the delivery drivers number to contact as she didn't

Special instructions not followed, food missing, rang to complain and poor customer service, told us to pay for another order and they would then send the food, so we would be more out of pocket than we already are! Will not use again! Avoid!

The food is amazing and on time delivery

Jacket potatos are a good value for money. The restaurant should consider to be more SUSTAINABLE in terms of option to dispose the plastic waste appropriately,wooden cutleries etc.

2 times on the bounce I've went to use this dixys. It says on Google they open at 12 but there is always an issue. The don't actually open till 12:30 1st time I had the excuse they was changing the oil ( get to work earlier an do it befor the shop is spouse to be open) 2nd time they have got a delivery. This isn't good when your working an you only have a 45 min break from 12:00. I think they need to get there act together They should change the opening time to 1:00 clearly can't handle opening at 12 when it says

Asked for a diet drink but unfortunately got a full sugar one so couldn’t drink it, I knocked off a star due to this. Aside from this the quality of the food was good & it was a hot.

Ordered a peri wrap stated no salad in the notes my food came with salad when I rang the shop back up I got told to come to shop to collect another wrap got the phone put down on me 4 times then got told sorry there’s a new worker which is no excuse staff are rude and have no customer service skills never ever order from these guys again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SIDE TINGS SIDE TINGS SIDE TINGS ARE Awfull. £17 for a burger and chips and can of coke from uber eats, as always when you order these days it came freezing cold and also NOTHING like it’s food description, missing items, the burger looked gorgeous in its photo, smothered/coated in sauce, where as my burger looked like someone had a mouth full of food and spat it on my burger, me and two other lads from work clubbed together and ordered £50 worth of food from them and it was unsurprisingly AWFULL, do not use if you have any sence about you:).

Missing 2x slush and driver drove off when asked, food wasn't cooked properly either. Called restaurant and not helpful either. Said was delivered when it wasn't. Poor service

Ordered a cheeseburger and was send a burnt burger.The patty was completely burnt so i wasn't able to eat it and ended up binning the burger..

Placed an order on uber eats. The app showed the food was delivered but I did not receive anything. Called the driver who did not answer and was told by a rude and unprofessional woman on the phone that she didn’t have the drivers number so she couldn’t solve this issue. Quite frankly that’s pathetic, how can you not have the number of a driver working under you?? Will not be wasting my time and placing an order ever again.

chicken and fries were hot and fresh. I also ordered 2 sides. 1 bowl of sweetcorn, which was hot and fresh. the second was a corn on the cob and it was freezing cold as it was still frozen.

Went for a quick bite after taking my son to rush. Order a chicken wrap and the asked for just mayo in my wrap. This chicken wrap came out with hot chilli. took around 2 bites before asking for a refund. They said I couldn't get one. So ended up ordering some chicken strips which took around 20 mins shocking. This will be my last visit at this dixy

I Often order from here. Portions are always big, and food arrived hot. Plenty of sauce included too.

Best Burger ever warm and crispy fries

Food quality and service has dropped. I ordered 2 pc chicken and chips. They overcharged me and replied they cant change it on their system?? Used to be good before, shame standards and customer service has dropped. Looks like a common theme of bad service with the other reviews.

They sold us extra food which we didn't order & found out after delivery & both of us got food poisoning, gave them a chance to address it but they don't care

They take 25 min just for one meal and there’s nobody at shop for more orders they are just talking with one another there is nothing else then that really disappointed really disappointed 0 point

Dishonest people! Ordered a grill chicken wrap meal. What did I get, fried chicken in a wrap which was slightly grilled. I’ve paid for grilled chicken! Even with a meal they’re asking me to pay extra for some sauce. Ridiculous. By the way the wrap was mostly lettuce.

Hi the food was very cold & fries were really hard I always order from Dixys this is first time my kids did not eat their food. The burger had cheese in it but it clearly says mayo & lettuce the burger has never come with cheese in it my kids don’t like cheese. Very disappointed with the food it was stale and cold chips where rock hard had to throw both meals in bin. 2

tried the masala fish in naan for the first time from here and it was lovely! the sauce they put under the fish is gorgeous and has a nice lil spice to it

I placed an order today with them on just & paid for it. But they never delivered my food when called the restaurant the was being rude while talking she cut the phone on me. When again she said it’s on the the way but never delivered my order that I placed & paid for. Will never order again from here ever again. They aren’t paying my money back either that I worked hard for.

We normally order from here and never have a problem. This time delivery was late, missed our drinks and also a couple of wings was not fully cooked.

I'm not leaving any stars the place is a joke I ordered food waited nearly an hour an a half got the food the order was wrong I wrong up to simply tell them that my order was in correct the vile woman that answered the phone told me to shut up I was wrong they have cctv the order was packed completely. absolute joke of a place never will I order from here again. imagine telling your customer to shut up and putting the phone down on them

Ordered 2 nigella panini meals drinks n fries came but only 1 panini was delivered when I rang restaurant I was spoken to by a rude woman who claimed to be manager.who told me no more drivers were available so wasn’t sending what I paid for.

I feel like they ain’t changed since years back. It used to be nice food but with everyone moving with the times and flavours have gone up I didn’t enjoy my meal.

Half of the food was missing, no fries, no upgraded burger like paid for , only 1 drink . When I rang the shop the woman couldn't care less and said it must of been the Justeat driver who took it. Unfortunately if they had just admitted to the mistake this could of all been sorted , AVOID

Order completely wrong and messed up. Pizza was over cooked (nearly burnt) and all wrong toppings. Replacing pineapple (that I paid extra for) with tofu is plain wrong. The only time I've gotten orders right is when I've been in to order. Order for delivery is 95% of the times wrong.

Awful experience, food took 1 hour 35 minutes to come. Customer service on the phone was shocking and when the food arrived it was wrong. We have used Dixys many times but will not be doing so again!

when the driver delivered the food, he handed the bag to me ,which the handle of the bag broke and the chips went all over the floor.

Way TOO much sauce on the burger. Too much seasoning on peri peri chicken, it formed a thick overpowering coating. would have preferred plain salted fries.

Missing items and food was cold

Ordered food from deliveroo at 6.11pm, original delivery time was 6.55 - 7.25pm At 8.10pm they do not have an available pizza so after 2 hours they didn't have the decency to make the food or send the food. Had young kids waiting for food and 3 drivers had been into the restaurant to get the food and each of them left after waiting 15 mins each time. Absolutely ridiculous hopefully your kids don't ever feel let down or the feeling of hunger but the shop don't care. You should not even be active as a business with the rubbish customer service presented today! Absolutely abysmal. If you can't honour an order DO NOT ACCEPT IT! What goes around comes around! Ruin the name of a dixy franchise.

Food was nice but there were no sauces!!

I've got to say it this place is vile no wonder, my man had it up for lease, last time I'll come here found a hair in my food. What you going to do about it nothing I suppose. I'll phone the franchise don't worry if not to bcc. Don't watch with the rats running around out the back. Nasty ill boycott dixy
