Visited Thursday morning at 10:30 it was quite and no q, staff were friendly and really helpful with the new app, offered some great sandwich ideas and made a great foot long also got 50% off with the new app

Needing a drink and sit-down, this choice looked quieter than the others in the High Street - as it turns out, for good reason. We just ordered coffees from the bean-grinding coffee machine, which made lots of noise, but when it arrived, it tasted like faintly-flavoured hot water! The lady in charge said she just pressed buttons, and couldn't help us - apart from giving a refund... On closer inspection, the floor was filthy, and no soap or paper towels (and a broken hand drier) in the Ladies'. Altogether, an unpleasant visit...

A1 Trunk Road, Grantham, NG32 2AB, United KingdomEasily claims top spot for the worst costa coffee experience ever. High prices, worst customer service and transport cafe ambiance the highlights. Ordered a double espresso. No bean added on costa app. Tried to serve in a glass! Eventually received in an espresso cup, no saucer or spoon. Won't visit ever again, and certainly would recommend...to avoid

71 WestgateIt is an OK Fish and Chip shop. I only had a bag of chips as the Fair was in town, the staff were friendly, but the chips were very dry, possibly the potatoes used but OK and good value
