Costa Coffee in South Kesteven

Absolutely ridiculous wait times! Staff weren't even apologetic or friendly.

Extremely rude staff. Would never come again

Dropped into Gonnerby Moor Grantham Services 6.30am to Charge my Tesla, thought I would get a morning Tea, the serving lady, had clearly got out the wrong side of the bed, large tea please with two tea bags please, "I have to charge you extra for the second bag" how much will the extra bag be? "£3.00 is the charge" wow thanks i will go somewhere else, never again! Costa you have lost it!

Stopped to charge my Tesla and bought a hot chocolate and chocolate twist. Twist was dry and more like a bread twist with little chocolate. Hot chocolate was very weak and not a good choice, £7.50 not well spent and Greggs may of been a better choice at this service. Just be warned at this Moto service the gents spells bad.

Paid £5.45 for a hot chocolate with whipped cream and marshmallows. Whipped cream was sour!! Already back on the A1 by time I tasted it. Disgusting!

Worst mocha frappe ever Ice not even blended Hot coffee shot added last!! Server said that's how Costa do it Noooo it's not!!! Avoid

Busy busy busy. Plenty of staff on working their socks off. Good vibe. Busy service station on Christmas Eve. Plenty of seating to relax with a well made coffee before the next leg of the journey. Yes there was a queue but it was worth the wait

£4.95 for a Chair latte is outrageous

I've called here several times when travelling along the A1. Whenever it's open it's well stocked and the staff ate helpful and polite Yes the decor could be better but it is a service station

This is not a one server job. The lady was doing the best job possible, but service was very slow. Sort yourselves out Costa.

Called in during harrowing motorway journey, I was excited to get a 'large' gingerbread latte, with cream, to cheer me up, my hubby had a 'large' capuccino, both were served cold and half full (paid extortionate £4.30 for each 'large drink') My latte was served with no cream as they had 'ran out' but I was still charged full price! Costa Fortune for rubbish. AND the place is filthy, seats have visible ground in stains and there is a stink of sour milk! We ought to have known!

Went in for a fix. Can't beat chocolate and a latte. Yummy 🤪

Costa coffee are currently running a promotion for 50p coffee if you have the app. Unfortunately because everyone is wanting one the apps not working properly, however if you show the email saying your eligible, and your app home screen showing the offer then this outlet... Won't help you at all. If you want a Costa on your A1 journey GO TO A DIFFERENT COSTA.

miserable staff, ordered a white hot chocolate asked for marshmallows as it usually comes free with it. found out they charged extra

Always too much coffee served in a bucket sized cup.

Dreadful coffee, seating area dirty. Some staff friendly others seem to be disengaged. Sadly this place has really gone downhilll almost as if the manager has given up.

Stopped here on our way back from Yorkshire, can only report as I found, the toilets were clean, Greggs staff were friendly and welcoming, Costa coffee was good, it was not very busy, did notice tables needed clearing...

Coffee machine and equipment looked in need of cleaning. Only 1 person working, I guess he was new. Coffee didn’t taste the same as usual, carnt explain why. Disappointed

I waited 5 minutes to get a coffee because the girl there was too busy chatting with her colleague. Then I asked for coffee without milk. When I was given coffee with milk and refused to take it, she looked at me as if it was my fault.

Just took a break for a drink and so as per usual visited costa. As I’m not too keen on hot drinks I wasn’t aware of the difference in the drinks. I asked the cashier for help and to recommend a drink which my dad would like. He was very friendly and polite. He suggested I buy the cappuccino as it tasted a lot better than the latte. He also split it into two cups for me to try alittle out my dads and honestly I will start drinking this during this cold weather. Thank you to the cashier for his kindness and hope the management can see the excellent service he had provided. Keep up the good work.

Great, happy and polite staff. Good coffee at a not too high price. They washed my reusable mug, even though I hadn't asked for it to be done. Mega, thanks Chloe & Rob. 👍🏼 🙂

Overcrowded but did the job with a quick coffee refill

Tables full of dirty pots and plates, serviettes. Just a general lack of tidyness, the manager messing around with a mop and chatting up the female baristas, his faced dropped when was presented with a trayful of pots and told he needed to take an active part to get the area cleaned up, would not recommend this as a stopover in the A1
