Subway in Birmingham

This was the WORST food delivery experience I’ve ever had I ordered at 1:10 my order arrived at 3.05 after multiple drivers didn’t turn up I called the restaurant which took over an hour for anyone to answer the phone they said just eat wasn’t responding no driver had shown up and my food was sat waiting after contacting just eat they refused to cancel or refund the order and said I had to wait even though I had to leave at 3 for work I was late for work waiting for this. Deleting just eat.

I think i got the wrong sandwich maybe. All the wrong salad in and wrong sauce. Hardly any cold meats in. Just not the same quality as normal. Hopefully just a one off and not the sign of poor quality

Missing a major item. I don’t want a refund I want the food I ordered. There’s no way to request a delivery.

My sub and cookie was stone cold and my drink was lukewarm. Was clearly sitting on the side for a good while

6 inch was good but didn’t get my drink or cookies

Shocking there's was nothing in a box made a formal complaint with photos never be took for a mig again at 30.00 for 2 empty salad boxes

VERY SLOW, 1 hour 20, could have walked, hash browns were COLD, sandwich barely warm inside.

I ordered cheesy bits and got the spicy ones so my friend couldn’t eat them

Every time I order a gluten free subway they always send it still frozen? Why don’t you defrost the subs?

1 pack of 3 cookies missing, unsealed bag looked pre-opened, delivery guy seemed *overly keen* on making me check the receipt on the bag despite only having 1 bag in his carrier. I *suspect* the delivery guy may have taken them. also the hash browns were cold. also took 1 hour to arrive after ordering.

Delivery driver complaining about calling phone and waiting for 7 minutes .. Why not just knock the door? we have a door knocker and a doorbell. why not just do that first?

I paid for two drinks, I have not received them

Have consistently gone here for a long time, service is always good and friendly. Quality always consistently good. As good a subway as you're gonna get

Rush jobs. Don't let the sandwich finish in the toaster so comes out luke warm, nothing worse than a limp warm sandwich.. rushing me to pay before I've finished my sandwich toppings causing my sandwich to be poor and not to my style, I like extra sauce couldn't ask for it as someone wa behind me in the queue like they were more important than me.. hated I paid for the sandwich as I was rushed and it wasn't what I wanted . What's the rush you can't wait 10 seconds?!!

Your drivers need to learn where cadnam close is because they got me walking to them and they not even bothered to move from where they are they all act thick and I’m starting to get annoyed with it if I have to walk to your driver across the road from me again I expect my delivery charge to be given back to me

Received Italian instead of Hearty Italian, still ok.

The woman gave us the food out of her handbag n the Italian bread was hard and crispy

Called the restaurant and was told it’s been ready and just waiting for the Driver to pick up. The staff mentioned that the App said to be picked up at 1930-1955 but the driver didn’t arrive and then went to ‘Looking for another Driver’. Upon delivery, I asked the Drivers why they took so long and reasoned out thay ‘they’ gave wrong direction on the app and not showing and all. Not sure if it’s true, but an hour delay and blaming the restau or the app is too much

It told me the food was outside for about 5-10 mins yet still didn’t arrive for ages, my sandwich was uncut and my nachos were soggy and awful!

Waited over an hour for food. Items was missing, order was not followed. They put cold drinks on top of hot food.

Disgusting. Small portions, missed out some of the salads requested. Don’t waste your money thinking it’s healthy. The food quality is revolting. Nobody answered the call to say they missed a sandwich too. Utterly useless service

The bread was nice but the filling was not very hot; so disappointing.

I’m so annoyed there was no chicken on the chicken sub just soggy Doritos loads of sauce and tomatoes. It’s a chicken sub how can they forget to put the meat in the meat balls hadn’t even been warmed up!

I've always had a good experience at this subway. Never had any problems with food quality, a few times slightly wrong order but that can easily happen. The service has always been polite and helpful, the atmosphere has always felt relaxed.

great service, delivery was quick the sub was nice, however i did order teriyaki and received plain chicken breast with the added sauces and salad. So the menu may need changing if the stock doesn’t match. still nice food but

Driver was excellent as I had difficulties opening the gate and he still helped me get the food over the gate! Outstanding service.

Received Double Chocolate Cookies without the white chocolate chunks, if these are the new vegan ones they suck.

Longbridge subway always give us free cookies!! Especially as it was both mine and my friends bday treat. Delivery guy could not understand what I was saying on the phone which wasn’t very helpful and I did state we do not go on our break until 12.30 and it came 11 mins early. Overall the food was nice, but I definitely prefer longbridge subway and will stick to that in future :)

The sandwich tasted off compared to previous sandwiches I have had in the past, somethin about the meat smelt and tasted funny.

Worse subway I’ve ever had it was all a mess didn’t bother to cut it in half there was more salad then anything it honestly wasn’t even a sandwich it was more of salad and bread

the restaurant didn’t add peppers to the sandwich as i requested in the order notes, but overall a good sandwich

Bread was a bit hard at one end. Was OK but wouldn't order again.

Was on time, almost the correct order, found some olives in my order which I didn’t want and the bread was very stale

Food was delivered cold. Quality of food form subway has gone downhill. Person who made the subs seems to have rushed and stuffed everything in with no care. Overall disappointed.

Options such as toasted not available, yet the charge is the same. On top of that you haven't even managed to get the order correct, no chipotle sauce!!??

3 of us ordered sandwiches on the 13th of august 2022. They only got one right and even sent a chicken and bacon sandwich with vegetables as a plain ham sandwich with no vegatables. When we called up to explain we had the wrong order they hung up on us twice. Do not order from here

I order from here very regularly and was unhappy with this order as I asked for lettuce, tomato and sweetcorn however I could really taste onion on this sub. I am unhappy because I really cannot eat onion and could not enjoy my sub because of this. It was as if someone had put it on and took it off.

Food was freezing cold. Only live 2 minute delivery away. Shouldn’t be cold

The panino I got was made of dry bread and the ingredients tasted stale other than being unpleasantly cold.

Shocking management. They all just sit out the back watching TV whilst the place goes to s**t out front! Amazing how some people continue to make a living!

Fantastic as usual, driver was early too.

Part of the wrap was lukewarm, part cold. The sauce masked the flavour of everything too much. I only managed to force half down before I binned it.

Ordered ahead on the Subway app. The salad I got was completely wrong (I picked spinach, pickles, onions and corn and got tomato, cucumber and onion) and they put normal mayo on instead of vegan garlic aioli (I'm vegan so this is not good). Picked up my order just before I had to travel to work so I didn't have time to take it back. I don't know how my order was so wrong when the receipt that came with it was correct. Very disappointing :(
