Subway in Birmingham

After work we are so hungry and went to grab 2 footlong we asked for one and they gave us completely different. At 11:30 they are in hungry to close rather than serving to customer . Please take care when you give like that if anyone have allergies it will be affected a lot .

Tried the Footlong Churro (£3.36). disappointed. very salty and overpriced. also the cookies taste stale and weird.

I think it's a lot to pay for such a small amount.

12 pack Cookies; Asked for Dub Choc instead of Macadamia (allergy), was sent ONLY Macadamia. Spiteful passive aggression??

I work in a hospital and normaly the delivery guy calls me and delivers it personally but this time it was just delivered tobthe porters and i was called by them seeing my mobile no on the order. I am realy unhappy about this experience.

Marked as delivered but we never received our order. No option to report it as not delivered. No phone call. No delivery code given. Restaurant doesnt answer the phone.

Good food, though the person making the sandwiches couldn’t care less about ease of eating and kinda just tossed it together and it just fell apart immediately when trying to eat

No order was received. Called the restaurant to enquire but they said it's out of their control. Requested a refund now and won't be ordering again.

This was the WORST food delivery experience I’ve ever had I ordered at 1:10 my order arrived at 3.05 after multiple drivers didn’t turn up I called the restaurant which took over an hour for anyone to answer the phone they said just eat wasn’t responding no driver had shown up and my food was sat waiting after contacting just eat they refused to cancel or refund the order and said I had to wait even though I had to leave at 3 for work I was late for work waiting for this. Deleting just eat.

I think i got the wrong sandwich maybe. All the wrong salad in and wrong sauce. Hardly any cold meats in. Just not the same quality as normal. Hopefully just a one off and not the sign of poor quality

Missing a major item. I don’t want a refund I want the food I ordered. There’s no way to request a delivery.

My sub and cookie was stone cold and my drink was lukewarm. Was clearly sitting on the side for a good while

VERY SLOW, 1 hour 20, could have walked, hash browns were COLD, sandwich barely warm inside.

I ordered cheesy bits and got the spicy ones so my friend couldn’t eat them

Every time I order a gluten free subway they always send it still frozen? Why don’t you defrost the subs?

1 pack of 3 cookies missing, unsealed bag looked pre-opened, delivery guy seemed *overly keen* on making me check the receipt on the bag despite only having 1 bag in his carrier. I *suspect* the delivery guy may have taken them. also the hash browns were cold. also took 1 hour to arrive after ordering.

Delivery driver complaining about calling phone and waiting for 7 minutes .. Why not just knock the door? we have a door knocker and a doorbell. why not just do that first?

Have consistently gone here for a long time, service is always good and friendly. Quality always consistently good. As good a subway as you're gonna get

Rush jobs. Don't let the sandwich finish in the toaster so comes out luke warm, nothing worse than a limp warm sandwich.. rushing me to pay before I've finished my sandwich toppings causing my sandwich to be poor and not to my style, I like extra sauce couldn't ask for it as someone wa behind me in the queue like they were more important than me.. hated I paid for the sandwich as I was rushed and it wasn't what I wanted . What's the rush you can't wait 10 seconds?!!

Your drivers need to learn where cadnam close is because they got me walking to them and they not even bothered to move from where they are they all act thick and I’m starting to get annoyed with it if I have to walk to your driver across the road from me again I expect my delivery charge to be given back to me

Received Italian instead of Hearty Italian, still ok.

Called the restaurant and was told it’s been ready and just waiting for the Driver to pick up. The staff mentioned that the App said to be picked up at 1930-1955 but the driver didn’t arrive and then went to ‘Looking for another Driver’. Upon delivery, I asked the Drivers why they took so long and reasoned out thay ‘they’ gave wrong direction on the app and not showing and all. Not sure if it’s true, but an hour delay and blaming the restau or the app is too much

It told me the food was outside for about 5-10 mins yet still didn’t arrive for ages, my sandwich was uncut and my nachos were soggy and awful!

I’m so annoyed there was no chicken on the chicken sub just soggy Doritos loads of sauce and tomatoes. It’s a chicken sub how can they forget to put the meat in the meat balls hadn’t even been warmed up!

I've always had a good experience at this subway. Never had any problems with food quality, a few times slightly wrong order but that can easily happen. The service has always been polite and helpful, the atmosphere has always felt relaxed.

great service, delivery was quick the sub was nice, however i did order teriyaki and received plain chicken breast with the added sauces and salad. So the menu may need changing if the stock doesn’t match. still nice food but

Longbridge subway always give us free cookies!! Especially as it was both mine and my friends bday treat. Delivery guy could not understand what I was saying on the phone which wasn’t very helpful and I did state we do not go on our break until 12.30 and it came 11 mins early. Overall the food was nice, but I definitely prefer longbridge subway and will stick to that in future :)

Worse subway I’ve ever had it was all a mess didn’t bother to cut it in half there was more salad then anything it honestly wasn’t even a sandwich it was more of salad and bread

The sandwich tasted off compared to previous sandwiches I have had in the past, somethin about the meat smelt and tasted funny.

Options such as toasted not available, yet the charge is the same. On top of that you haven't even managed to get the order correct, no chipotle sauce!!??
