Adam deserves a massive pay rise. I came here on Mother’s Day for lunch with my mum. We got to the door to find it queued all the way to the door whilst Adam was there all alone serving. He was calm, professional and still friendly even under the immense pressure he would have felt being alone with the demand he had. The queue moved forward and more people came keeping the queue incredibly long. The speed Adam was working at and under the pressure was absolutely outstanding. The volume of people was unbelievable and they just kept coming. Adam was even having to take care of the online orders coming in amongst the queue of people and some of the orders coming in online were for 6 different types of sandwiches. My guess is that someone called in sick that day and this lad was stitched up by subway by making him work alone. He should have been paid double pay at least for that shift. I genuinely left there feeling guilty for him with that never ending queue. What a hero he was to subway that day. Subway, please do feel free to get in touch with me to to discuss if you like or check the cctv of that day at lunch time. That lad could be your greatest asset yet and you probably don’t even realise you have him. Well done Adam, keep up your amazing work.

Would like to recommend Subway in Stonehouse for cleanliness and allways happy and cheerful atmosphere and go above and beyond

We had broken down on the M5 and waited at this services for recovery. We walked in 10 minutes before closing however Aaron was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Well done for the excellent customer service. Thank you.

Walked in about 4.30 with my young son only to find the staff kissing and touching inappropriately. Not the sort of thing a six year old should see! Left without even being acknowledged. Time and a place for this sort of behaviour. Certainly not a workplace! Very unprofessional!

This is a standard franchise Subway in a Euro Garage so it is what it is, being just off the M5 helps it too. The staff I have been served by on acouple fo occasions Tom and Keeley have both been very friendly and helpful. The store is clean so not much more to be said

We popped into Subway for a bite to eat after arriving at the nearby Travelodge and also grabbing a Starbucks. The member of staff was friendly, but we were a little put off by the dirty sandwich making shelf and the cross contamination between salad/meats in front of us. There was no-one sitting in there but both tables were dirty with remnants of other peoples subs and the floor had also not been swept/cleaned in a while. We decided not to sit in there and instead took our subs back to the Travelodge. Staff need to be a bit more on top of the cleaning as it was quite off-putting!

After weeks of lack of food on offer, broken machines and staff upset, we went on Tuesday for breakfast at about 8:45am. On the door was a paper bag with open at 8 crossed out 9 crossed out and finally saying 10 am as no food or bread. For goodness sake it must be easy enough to order food and cook bread. We attend this subway approx 3 times per week following a 5 mile drive each way. We believe in supporting small outlets but this is the final straw. Poor, pathetic service.

Absolutely appalling service from Subway. At 5:30pm we showed up to the doors locked. The girl came and opened the doors and looking grumpy opened it for us. When asked if they were actually servicing food she said “I can only serve you take away because I have “Things to do” and can’t let us sit in the store. Pathetic. Sort out your employees and put enough staff on at dinner time to serve your customers.

The slowest service in a Subway ever. Add this with all the flys everywhere, I would stay away. Also they were out of stock of a number of key items.

This is quite possibly the worst subway in the area, the staff first of all are moody, lack any manners and seem more interested in talking into each other than serving the people in front of them who buy their products which in turn, pays their wages. The store itself is dirty, there is always wasps and flies in there, have never seen them clean the dirty and worn tables or the floor which is always covered in all sorts. The last few times I've been in, they have had no tomato, no bacon, no meatballs and worst of all - no bread, a subway sandwich store with no bread. In one trip alone, 3 people walked out while I was there. Staff don't apologise or offer any alternative. Also their portions for the salads (as there's no bread) are about half the size of any other store. Would much prefer to take the trip into town rather than eat here or the starbucks next door.

The place is filled with wasps. In the windows. Flying around the food. Lots of dead ones in the windows. And I don’t just mean 3 or 4 but 15+. I ate here daily and the corpses of all those dead wasps and flies were still left around. Put me off going back.

Stayed in the stonehouse travelodge and had a subway for breakfast. The big beef melt was delicious as usual and the staff friendly and helpful

Not worth the effort to order use. Go next door to Starbucks, it's abit more expensive but 100% better. The service is poor, never any coffee, staff unhelpful and worst of all they rarely think to change their gloves unless you ask them to. Avoid it unless your starving and it's the only place open.

Efficient service from Ashton who was friendly and sorted out our order. Enjoyable salad and sandwiches

Pulled off the motorway for a break and found this place. Usual foot long quality sandwich. Staff OK. Sat outside before continuing with the journey. Good place for a break when driving.
