Only good thing is the food tasted good, the young girl ( not the usual staff member that is always here must be a new staff member never seen her before) that served me clearly didn’t want to be there rolled her eyes at everything attitude stinks clueless at her job too.

Always well staffed. food always tastes good. 4 stars as unfortunately the last 3 times I have been my order has always been incorrect in someway. I've had a delivery once and it arrived cold which is expected. Some staff need training on customer service.

Treated myself today to a 12" teriyaki was lovely well filled server was a little clueless but managed.

Waited a very long time for two sandwiches. I was getting concerned about parking time by the time we got our food and was unable to eat it there as we had to go.

On the plus side, clean toilets and not bad service, but the queues and waits are very long. I understand that Subway is the only one in the city, but still as inconvenient and small car park as possible

Absolutely awfu!!!l 30 pounds for cold chicken nugs literally did you jisy pull th from the fridge and throw them in the bag ? cold steak sandwich,cold chicken melt. food missing no customer service an absolute joke extremely miffed with this

Just ordered 3 subs which came to £26 and only 2 subs turned up! Tried calling but no one answers! Fuming as it was for my little girl and now she has to watch the others eat and not her! 😡

Just received my delivery. Food was stone cold. Hash browns rock hard and cold and the garlic bread was inedible.

£21 for awful tasteless food. Emperor wrap with just onions & gherkins, said full salad.

Can you go wrong with a subway?

Very slow service waited 25 minutes to get served. The employee at the first stage of preparing the sandwiches was very much out of their depth and seemed to be preoccupied and definitely not customer focused. The bread was bone dry and the filling in my sandwich in no way sated my appetite. I needed to buy another sandwich in the co-op store next door as the portions were so meagre. There didn't seem to be anybody actually in charge of the whole process of serving the customers. All in all a pretty bad customer experience. You'd be better off going to the chippy or getting a meal deal from any one of the main supermarkets. The big business marketing machine behind this particular franchise doesn't disguise the very limited quality of the product being sold.

You could’ve caused a hospital trip!!! the receipt clearly states that the CHEESE was for the meatball mar sub. And somehow it’s ended up on the chicken tikka sub!! (I’m lactose intolerant.) Called multiple times and no answer so also terrible customer service. Train your staff to read properly. What a waste of £30

Terrible service, ordered via Just Eat, two hours later I’ve had to drive into the shop to actually get my ordered processed. Even then I’m bumped to the bottom of the queue for walk in customers. Tragic service really.

This is a good subway with friendly staff. My only issue is that they don't always have all the items to make the sandwiches I want. Once or twice is understandable, but it's far too often from my experience.

Just ordered a steak and cheese sub via deliveroo - no steak or cheese and it looks like it’s been thrown together. This is the second time it’s been awful too.

This Subway is a joke, ordered and the order never came, didn't offer any solution I had to pick it up after an hour wait. When we got the order it was wrong I had sweetcorn in my sandwich when I don't like it. The salad with chicken had no chicken. When I came to the shop there was no excuses. Bad service, staff not helpful, poor sandwiches, sorry but this is not acceptable.

There was GUNKY BLACK MOULD all round the inside of the glass counter beside the food, the stainless steel trays that hold all the ingredients were visibly HANGING, thick with long term build up of frozen moisture and gunk and mould, all the stainless edges of the food prep area and the inside of counter where thick in solid dried on gunk that looks like it lives there permanently. Four members off staff stood behind the counter, I can’t believe they could work in that filth, and expect people to eat from it, shame on them. If I wasn’t so shocked and disappointed and eager to get out of there I would have taken some pictures. On looking at the food counter I had to tell them I could not eat from there and to cancel my three sandwiches. I couldn’t believe what I’d seen.

It's a bit hit and miss in there. The last time they had run out of a few items. Seemed a bit disorganised.

Only go about twice a year but love the butties. Butties with that little bit extra

I feel that staff just don’t read instructions properly. I ordered a chicken tikka wrap, and I wrote “DO NOT put sweetcorn on”. But I receive my order with sweetcorn. Luckily for me that is just preference that I don’t like sweetcorn, but what if someone had an allergy? I don’t understand how you can misunderstand that instruction. I myself have worked in subway for 2 years, I know what the systems are like. It isn’t hard to follow the order correctly. I always receive the wrong food, or it is made and looks like it’s literally been thrown together. If we are paying for a sandwich then I expect to get a good sandwich, especially with how much they cost these days.

Subway is a subway but this one can be variable, ots generally okay. Used to be better but recently feels like it is ran by kids who just throw your sandwich together rather than listen to what you want and make it properly. My last sandwich fell to pieces and had way too much of some stuff and not enough of other stuff....if you know what I mean? Been to much better subways, the other 2 in Macclesfield are much better.

Order takes ages to arrive. Vegan meal deal doesn't offer a vegan snack so you have to get a none vegan product. Last time we ordered we got someone elses none vegan meal. No refund offered. No replacement meal sent out. No solution whatsoever. This time we ordered our meal but the vegan sub came with cheese on even though in the receipt it says hearty Italian bread. They don't own up to their mistakes & offer no solution.

Ordered delivery a couple of times from here, always a bad experience. Sent me hash browns instead of wedges, sub wasn’t toasted even though I specified I wanted it to be (this has happened more than once now)

Consistently get orders wrong or missing items completely. The food that does arrive is tasty but not the point!

Just at this Subway. Usually ok. Today bought a drink, neatballs and chicken nacho bites ... simple enough. Meatballs warm, cheese not melted. Drink missing some syrup. Bites ok. No wooden cutlery for meatballs ... shoulder shrug response. Hey ho.

As ever, the process of making the 6" or 12", the best way. Staff were great, as expected. I fancied a change, so I had a side of crinkle wedges. Now this is not casting any blame on the staff. If the product you are given on the menu is not up to the standard expected. With the franchises by the nature of a franchise, forced to use what is supplied by the brand supplier. Unfortunate. Par cooked wedges are fine if air fried or deep fried. Pre cooked wedges, even if warmed in a combination oven, heating and microwaving at the same time. Is a guaranteed way to get soggy crinkle wedges that have weird small crunchy bits. Apart from that it was what I wanted in a subway meal, and why I went there. Free refill on the tango and an ice cube dispenser. I have to confess, I wasn't that bothered. After, or with the sub. I doubt I would have eaten much more than I actually did. Always my first choice for lunch, or sometimes dinner, if I am near an outlet anywhere in the country.

The sandwich it’s self was great, the place lost a star due to all the tables and seats where dirty and we needed to wipe them ourselves, nothing major but just looked a little scruffy

Place was dirty. Staff wiped the tables as customer sat at the dirty table then left the others. Doesn't get any better so I won't be going again!

Avoid this place like the plague. Just placed an order through uber and what turned up is disgraceful. We have a receipt from them confirming the subs were ordered hot. What turned up was luke warm to stone cold. Also ordered the nacho chicken bites. These were also stone cold upon arrival. So I thought I wod contact them. I was amazed by the respo se from the store. Firstly I was accused of ordering the subs not to be toasted. If that was the case, why were they toasted but cold?? I was more amazed by how little they cared and all they wanted to do was pass the blame to the uber driver who delivered the meals. What a load of rubbish!!! If you are allowing delivery, you are responsible on the standard it arrives. Not trying to divert the blame to a 3rd party. Its just a cop out for selling the sub standard food. Take ownership of the issues and stop trying to shift the blame. Perhaps you should re-brand as Substandardway? Absolutely diabolical service and food. Do yourself a favour don't order from here. Take your money and throw it in a bin. It is quicker than waiting for the food to arrive and binning that instead.

Food wise if was your normal subway. Couldn't complain. Staff were friendly. On the othe hand the place was dirty. Toilets are disgusting and can't have been cleaned in a very long time. There's no excuse for it in a pandemic or any other time. Tables, food prep area all dirty. Shouldn't have a 5 star rating at all

I mean what can you say about subway that you don't already know. If you are from another country and have not heard or experienced subway before then it is the best nationwide sandwich shop for sub style sandwiches in the UK. Could not recommend more.

Don't ever order from this Subway they got my order wrong I ordered a food long tuner and they gave me a footlong steak and cheese

I always used to use the Subway on Mill Street, Macclesfield but since the West Park branch opened I've only used here because it lovely & clean compared to the dingey looking Mill Street branch. There plenty of seating & lots of space to move around,the food is always great & the staff are lovely & friendly. I highly recommend the West Park branch.

Nice staff, but useless. Ask for one thing, get some thing different. Asked for salt and pepper, didn't get any. And Asked for Siracha Sauce, and got Tomato Ketchup. 🙃.

Poor customer service requested too use voucher for free sub too be told extremely rudely how they will not and can't process at this particular subway too go through the app and find where too use your claims even though there are posters advertising the subcard too earn a free sub get real and take posters and advertisements down when we use there all the time and never had any trouble doing so and the rude person was the manager so some staff adjustments needed too

Even during a pandemic the staff were helpful... I was served by a very polite young man who gave me three breakfast rolls and was chatty even on New Year's Day.

Staff are great and brilliant with customers remember people orders if they've been there before and happy to build rapport with regulars. Manger needs to cheer up abit and also listen to the customers, gave off a "Im to busy for this Sh!T" vibe. I know being a manger comes with responsibilities but if you serving, main concern is to people paying the bills.

Due to unexpected circumstances, we found ourselves in here for a long breakfast. The food was standard subway stuff which was absolutely fine. The staff, though, were lovely and turned the experience into a very pleasant morning.

Implemented covid rules well, no indoor seating available at the moment but face masks are required and adequate signage on the floor to ensure you can queue responsibly. Tables have been placed near the counters to ensure distance between staff/customers as well. Food quality not been compromised.

Store opened at 9am, went in at 9:20am only to be told they weren't ready and would be another 20 mins. Went back later for a breakfast sub to then be told they had no eggs. No sorry or another option. Seems to be a theme in subways in macclesfield that some of the staff don't give a sh*t. Well that's alright because i won't be going back again.

Treated my grandson to his favourite roll. Nice and clean, service was good, but then it was not busy. He enjoyed his roll (ham and cheese) so its a thumbs up from me.

Poor service. Arrived at 7.50. Staff straight away said no hot sandwiches as they had already shut off the oven. When being served they said "what do you want" in a rude manner and rushing us along, clearly wanted us out. One server was more concerned about making her own sandwich and chatting with our server. This was distracting her and ignoring us. The sandwiches were made poorly. Complete mess

poor. they mix the foods and don’t wash their utensils . the people that work their are different every time i go and most don’t have a clue what they’re doing

It’s a subway. There all the same. Southwest sauce is a must, if your hardcore add chilli sauce and jalapeños for good measure.

It's all you would expect from subway although it does have ample dine in space. Foods always fresh and tasty. Introduced a saver menu. Highly recommend hash browns with chipotle sauce on side for only a quid

Regretfully I made an error on my recent comments in that I gave it 2 stars which was a monumental error. I hit the send button by mistake. I give this establishment 5 stars and cannot speak too highly of it. The food is always fresh, the coffee is great and the cost is most reasonable. We use these establishments on a regular basis and we are never disappointed. Strongly recommended and my apologies to the company for my earlier error

I prefer the subway near Westpark than the 1 in town as the 1 near Westpark is clean / Tidy everytime I go in there & Staff friendly & Polite / Most of all the toilets are kept clean.

Lovely staff, clean premises & excellent service. Parking is very limited, tight & only 30 minutes stay which is enforced.

Cheap food with great discounts for a large chain fast food restaurant. With indoor seating it is warm and a good place to eat. There is a large selection of subs for children too. It is kept clean and the staff are nice, the view is not ideal and it can get a little cold in the winter but it is great for a quick bite and is close to the bus station

Quite a busy place especially 12 till 1. Most of the staff are pleasent although there seems to be a quick staff turn around. Very hygienic and organised. Good food

Indifferent service on the whole. Being ignored by staff bad enough but being ignored by the main company when you complain about poor service to them (twice) and tweet them (once) is just tantamount to saying we really don't give a fig. Two stars about right.
