Fills the brief of a services but I can't not mention the state of the hand driers in the ladies that have clearly been accumulating grime for a very long time. Thankfully there was an alternative hand dryer but quite why something hasn't been done about the crud for so long is a mystery. Ladies: don't be fooled and think you need to use this drier, there are two more around the corner!

Dirty fifthly place.Rats as big as cats running around in the day time.Toilets had no soap no hot water even the hand dryers blow cold. Went into Greg's I could hear the ignorant staff talking and laughing in the back, stood there for a while then walked out. Its a terrible play to stop. People read the reply from knuttsford service's it's the same reply they give to everyone. They don't give a dam

Massively understaffed. 15/01/25 07:45 15 people queuing for Greggs and only 1 yes 1 person serving customers, this is a theme with Moto who blatantly refuse to employ enough staff to run the site properly. Absolute joke. I’ve seen 7 people walk away in 5 minutes because of the queue, how is that acceptable to Greggs to lose revenue like that because of incompetence

Plenty of parking, good facilities

Gents toilets are abysmal. Disgustingly dirty. 2 door locks brocken, one stall with a lock with no paper. Sinks a mess. Holes in the ceiling. No one at the Costa desk when I went to gey a drink. Carpark lighting poor.

Decent place to take a break from driving. Staff at the Costa friendly.

Everything was closes when we came through at 3.50am but the toilet was clean and the place smelt vety clean.

Sad to see that the website doesn’t provide accurate information about the services open on Christmas Day. Whilst it is absolutely expected that service is limited, I would have liked to have accurate information from the website.

Visited the BP / Greggs M6 Northbound on the 12.12.24 5.27pm was going to purchase a pasti from Greggs noticed a female staff at the counter was on the phone looked at me but made no acknowledgement, while on the phone she was biting her left hand fingers and fitcheting her nose. After finishing her phone call, she held the phone in her right hand and advanced with her left hand. I decided not to have the pasti and left the premises . Can we have some basic hygiene in place please till operator 70023673 shift 6261 till 2 thanks

Rubbish place, burger king was a very expensive waste of time and money

Stopped at Knutsford (Northbound) to change my baby but the facilities are poor. The baby change room is very small, getting my pram in was difficult so if you have a double buggy you have no chance. There appears to only be an infant toilet inside the baby change so I had to ask for the radar key to use the accessibility toilet but the staff were really rude about it. It would be great if the baby change could be made bigger, with a toilet for parents to use so that we don't have to take up facilities meant for others.

Oh my dear God. Where have I just been? Moto Knutsford Northbound. And I need therapy. In the past decade, service stations have made genuine strides. Drive-thrus, farm shops, touchscreens—glimmers of civilisation as you claw your way up the motorway. But Moto Knutsford? It’s a time capsule. A very bad one. Imagine the 1970s, but take away the nostalgia and add a vague sense of dread. The toilets? Oh, they’ve taken inspiration, it seems, from a football ground at the height of hooliganism. A place where you don’t touch the walls, the taps, or your own reflection. The shop is a bleak abyss of overpriced tat and tepid sandwiches. The food options? There’s a Burger King, naturally, as if someone in the 90s decided “job done” and clocked off. The rest? Holes in the ceiling—a surreal architectural feature I can only assume is the result of desperate souls tunnelling their way out. There’s a bridge connecting the north and southbound sides, but honestly, crossing it feels like a gamble. And then there’s the Travelodge squatting in the car park. Strangeways chic, with all the charm of a detention centre. You half expect to see people on the roof, waving signs pleading for rescue. Unless you’re running on fumes or about to suffer a biological emergency, keep driving. Hold it in, grit your teeth, and pray for the next service station. Anything, anything, will be better than this.

Too small, limited range and toilets no very clea

It's does nothing for the reputation of its grim up north. Just stopped for a bite to eat, got a burger king, very disappointed. To say it's small and basic is an understatement, and seeing as it was ment to be cooked in front of me, it just had a temperature, avoid unless you're no option.

I was having a bad day, and I went to go get a burger from Burger King and this lovely girl named Tilly was smiling and chipper which made my day a little bit better

Came here in the early hours of the morning. Went for a wee (excellent clean toikets) and a sausage sandwich and tea. The lady serving was very friendly and helpful with advice on my Costa card that I seldom use.

The scruffiest services on our long trip down south. Felt dirty and unkempt

As a disabled person I found it very nice. Disabled toilet was immaculate. It was also so nice for everything to be on the flat no steps. Got 2 meal deals in WHSMITH which were yummy and not to badly priced.

Everything was fine apart from one loft worked and one didn't. As someone who can't use stairs. I had to struggle tirelessly to get back down the other side of the bridge. No staff offered to help. It was dealt with poorly.

Unfortunately my second visit this year and it's still a dump. Most of the cubicles in the toilets we're locked despite the place being empty and there was no loo roll in the open one. Gonna guess they were locked up to save cleaning them all. Sorry but room for improvement is an understatement.

Lots of shops at this services. Got a smiths. Costa. Burger king. greggs. Pret. Kfc. Marks and spencers. Toilets could do with a makeover to match the other side on the mamchester bound side. Unless you love the smell of stale overlaid urine.

Standard motorway service station

Not much to say really, One motorway service station is much like another, but a welcome sight when your fuel gauge is low or weather is bad and you're riding a motorbike. On this occasion it was both, so stopped for a refuel, shelter & warm up, toilet break and coffee. Everywhere looked clean and was a helpful and enjoyable experience. We'd be lost without them.

Parked for the night, was facing the motorway with a view of used trolleys, (not a bad thing) its was the amount of rats running around in and under the trolleys, I sat watching for around 5 minutes and counted around 20, could do with a few traps!! Other than that good stop for fuel. If look closely at the pictures you’ll see the rats running under the trolleys..

Golf clubs got stolen out of van while there! the car park has no cameras I would avoid this place

Toilets were stinking, the bins overflowing and very little seating for the amount of people who visit here. I'd recommend you truck on past to the next stop if possible

A regular service stop for me when going to an away match with Stafford Rangers. Parking is really close to the building and the lift to go up stairs has finally been fixed which is good news. Don’t recommend getting a drink inside as there is not many places to get one from. Costa Drive-Thru outside is decent though I would come back to this service station again 👍

Service station on M6. Got a shock when I saw the price of the petrol. Topped up the minimum amount I needed and went to Tesco's to fill the tank after I got home. Remember to fill your tank before going in a motorway

tun down poor toilet's dirty needs to be totally rebuilt

A bit run down and dirty. The site needs an overhaul, Upstairs particularly shabby but when you need to stop needs must and all Motorway service providers know this.

Just been to the fuel station to use the toilet. It is absolutely disgusting!!! Filthy from floor to ceiling. Ladies toilet overflowing had to use the gents. I complained at the desk to which I was told it had just been cleaned which is a nonsense. I live outside the UK now and notice every time I come back how bad the standards are especially in service stations. It's not fair, extortionate prices and and abysmal services, you should be ashamed!! I received your response but clearly you don't do anything about it as there are numerous comments prior to mine

This services stop was probably as good Newwark Services is mow, but 10 years ago. Now. It’s on its way to being as Scotch Corner has been for decades. Smelly toilets, broken or “out of order” toilets. Slippery floors told all I really needed to know about this place. All right if you just want fuel, but I won’t be back unless they start to care about maintenance as the basis for quality customer service.

Clean, well laid out and plenty of choice for food catering to all needs. Toilets clean and plentiful and parking was easy. Can recommend as a good place for a short stop on a journey.

Convenient place to take a break after long driving

One of the dirtiest, unhygienic motorway services I've been to in some years. We make the journey from Bristol to cairnryan and then back most years. We try to mix up where we stop. Nothing seamed to be cleaned on any table/ chairs. Multiple toilets were overflowing/ a state. A shame more than anything.

Overpriced all motorway services are like leeches

Partner is currently being sued by this company for apparently breaching the terms and conditions of the car park. Court claim L0KF8C0P. Don’t risk it using this location. Just use a different service station.

The toilets are a special kind of awfull. Toilets either don't lock or are blocked, no soap, a dribble of water from the tap and the smell, they clearly are not cleaned often at all

typical service station, has a few extras like a pret, m&s, greggs and a few more. good selection still awfully expensive as anywhere else. Think £3+ for drinks and most food £4+. Can recommend the greggs but it is situated in the bridge above the motorway. Toilets were also blocked on one half so bit of a pain to cross just for a toilet.

Horrendous services. Baby change out of service. No soap in any toilets, filthy and foul smelling. Queues everywhere and I could quite easily describe it as hell on earth.

Fairly standard services, but the toilets are substandard - the men's weren't too bad, but the ladies toilets were 'disgusting', as reported by my wife - there are only 5 cubicles and she had to queue for nearly 30 minutes to get in there...
