Subway in Liverpool

Terrible service No eggs at 10 am !!! No large coffee !!! I even had to use a straw to stir my coffee😡😡

¡Guauu! Alisha y Axel, merecen medallas por la forma en que se manejaron a sí mismos / clientes durante un turno muy, muy ocupado, donde claramente, ¡no había suficiente personal de guardia para satisfacer la demanda! Estos tipos fueron increíbles en todos los sentidos y no dudaría en emplearlos yo mismo. Bajo la enorme presión de los clientes irracionales, simplemente continuaron con el trabajo e intentaron mantener la cola en movimiento lo mejor que pudieron. Enhorabuena a los dos por continuar, donde otros podrían haberse dado por vencidos y no les importó menos. Un crédito para Subway, ¡lo son!

Aunque el personal era muy amable, creo que tenían poco personal, así que tuve que apresurarme tanto que los estándares cayeron. No pude comer mi panecillo ya que cada bocado que tomé variaba en calor, por ejemplo, uno estaría tibio y el siguiente helado: creo que el pollo teriyaki no se había descongelado por completo, por lo que cuando se calentó / tostó ciertas partes estaban calientes y otras no. Estaba aterrorizado de tener un malestar estomacal en el avión, así que pon la mitad en el contenedor. Por lo general, disfruto de un metro, pero nunca visitaré el del aeropuerto de Liverpool.

Poor service. Why wear plastic gloves when you don’t take them off to handle food then handle money or anything else. Poor

El peor servicio que he recibido en un metro. El personal no pudo ser molestado en servirnos, fueron abruptos, rozando la mala educación y dieron la impresión de que habían nevado, a pesar de que éramos los únicos que esperaban, ¡nos dijeron que esperáramos ya que estaban tratando con una entrega de alimentos! ? !

Staff weren’t interested in serving me! They were too busy chatting to each other! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!

Pedí un sándwich y una taza de café. Siendo fanático del metro (ya sabes lo que obtienes), no esperaba ningún problema. Pedí jalapeños y pepinillos, pero obtuve aceitunas. . . Por suerte, me gustan pero no fue lo que pedí. La peor parte de mi pedido fue el café Americano: después de 2 sorbos, tuve que deshacerme de él porque era un agua oscura con un sabor horrible. Estaba comiendo lejos del lugar, por lo que no tuve la oportunidad de enviar mis comentarios al personal. No compraré café aquí.

Really cheap prices for the airport £5 for sub drink and crisps. Food good quality and service great.

Chose -12” sub to share. Staff really friendly, clean work station & couldn’t fault them. Just great value!

Para la mayoría de los lugares en los aeropuertos, un bocadillo es entre £4 y £9 que es estúpida pero como están en un aeropuerto y estás limitado a lo que puedes comprar a veces no hay elección pero metro no está como éste, ya que cobran el mismo como cualquier otro metro. Tengo que admitir que la calidad no es tan buena como la que hemos visto antes pero era comestible y sabía bien. El personal era amable y el lugar estaba bastante ordenado.

Super Subway (I am not normally a fan of the butty's) but the coffee is excellent at £1.60 and tastes rather good ...... not the crappy fast food bitter type .... but genuine and enjoyable ...... loads of seating in the terminal building ...... if you are just visiting the airport ...... make this your coffee stop.

Arrived Friday morning from Isle of Man. Absolutely starving so ordered a Subway sandwich which was beautiful. However, whilst sitting eating it, we realised that the place was absolutely filthy, not only with unclean tables, but the floor had clearly not been swept let alone scrubbed. Before anyone tells me that the staff would have been too busy, I’ll just say that this was early morning, there were only two other customers, and the staff were just standing around talking. The muck on the floor was obviously not ‘fresh’ muck and as we left we could see where the main course floor had been scrubbed and the Subway part had most definitely not.

Sub standard subway , staff are quite mouthy and don’t exactly look the most hygienic if I’m honest .. along with the onion that looked like it was cut all big Chunks off the base off the onion. And lettece that was definatly out for over a day as it was turning brown . But yea cheaper than the other food outlets on the airport but that’s no excuse

Once "airside" in any airport, all the food & drink outlets normally see this as an excuse to inflate the prices as you are limited to what you can bring through security. This was not the case with Subway.
