Subway in Aberdeen City

I'm a regular customer at Subway Cults - it's my daughter's favourite takeaway! Their footlong subs are fantastic, freshly prepared using amazingly tasty fillings and crisp fresh salad and vegetables. Royal and Shaun offer a very warm welcome every time I visit. They are both extremely polite, friendly and helpful and are everything you would hope for as a customer. Nothing is too much trouble. They always check any offers or discounts I am due and leave me feeling that I'm really getting great value for my money. To be greeted in such a friendly manner, ensures that I'm a regular customer. I'm even given a friendly wave if I'm just walking past. Great food, fantastic service, brilliant value for money and two genuinely nice guys. Highly recommend!

The staff in Subway franchises turn over all the time, but it's a privilege to see that but Shaun has been there a while now and is an excellent guy, very friendly and helpful. Glad to see he is assisted by Royal now. What a great double act.

Came 45 minutes late and also forgot to bring my coke and the food is cold absolutely shocking

Great food delivered promptly by a friendly driver

Came in after work for a takeaway and Royal made us some great footlongs impressively quick. Would definitely come back!

My meal deserves no stars! Food totally inedible and went straight in the bin. Will not be ordering from here again.

Huge queue of people waiting and faffing about with just eat couriers instead of prioritising real customers left to go grab Sainsbury sandwich instead. Normally good though so bit annoying.

Driver was very polite, apologised for being late, when he was actually early.

Food was just chucked in bag , cookie box wasn't sealed so cookies everywhere, lid not on meatballs properly.... as for wrap thing , whoever made it couldn't be bothered to wrap outer packaging. Thanks !!!

My food order was delivered with my items missing ingredients however the bottle of coke was really delicious

My nachos had barely any any cheese and about a tea spoon it salsa! My side of meatballs had no cheese when I asked for cheese on top! My wrap was cold! I paid for large wedges and only got a small! Disgusting food and you should be ashame sending that order to someone

Ordered at 14.41 didnt recieve until 16.09 Food was cold didnt get my dip with the crinkle wedges. Really disappointed.

I didn't receive my Cadburys caramel muffin so I would like that refunded if possible but other then that I really enjoyed my meal

Ordered the new all day breakfast sub and both were missing hash browns which was very disappointing.

Did not get everything we ordered, and was not toasted as I am paying for what was ordered I do expect it all here unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened

if i wanted my sandwich toasted i would have asked for it

Not happy at all. Ordered a chicken tikka salad. But where’s the chicken?! Little crumbs definitely do not count and I didn’t get the caramelised onions I paid extra for.

Ordered two sandwiches. Both were right fillings, but one was supposed to be a footlong and we only received a 6”. Also ordered to arrive at 12, but arrived at 12:20, so was quite late. Apart from that everything was ok.

Wrong drink in order, drink was right next to the sandwich meaning the sandwich was freezing cold...

Not happy with good hash browns were stone cold and obviously not been out in the oven

wrong drink delivered with order ; ordered 1,5 l orange tango and received a 1.5 l pepsi max cherry which is something i totally dislike so will be poured down the sink and has now been a waste of money

One sandwich was missing lettuce Another had red onions in it which weren't asked for. The drink with the meal was wrong as well as the cookie.

There was a sauce in the side I ordered, the lit wasn’t put on properly therefore the sauce was all over the inside of the box. Unacceptable.

I ordered at 9:55am and food didn’t arrive until 11:50am. The food must’ve been left out for over an hour as it was very cold to the point it’s not even ideal for eating. Phoned the restaurant to find out why “Driver assigned” had been showing for over 30-45 minutes and they known as much as me, “driver just hasn’t shown up” I ended up getting food elsewhere. I hope to get a refund as it’s a disgrace for customers to be left waiting and watching “driver assigned” for over an hour and feeling like nobody is resolving anything.

Ordered Dorito nachos with salsa and cheese and received a box of plain Doritos, hash browns were cold, tough and never came with the dip requested.

Paid for 6 hash browns and got 4, ordered large ridges and there were hardly any in the box.

My sandwich wasn't toasted as instructed, so I had to scrape off the salad and toast it at home. I don't like cold sandwiches so had no other option or I wouldn't have eaten it. Really disappointed.

Ordered two meal deals. Only got the sub no juice, cookies, crisps to complete meal deal. Summer holidays was a treat for my boys not often get takeaway etc phoned the number for restaurant line got transferred to another number a man who answered said call was diverted to him he said was store manager there was nothing he could do about it. I had to get in touch with just eat. Would just be nice to get the items that were missing from the order and what I had paid for that’s all.

Two sandwiches were made wrong. Sauce in a sandwich that wasn’t meant to have any and another had all salad and sauce wrong.

Sandwich was good however salad box wasn’t even half filled. Also got the wrong crisps which seems to happen every time I’ve ordered

First time ordering here. Im not a lover of meatballs but thought id try these and they were delicious. My sub was very tasty and veg was really nice. Cant complain so would order from here again.

It's good food, but I always have to ask for more lettuce and spinach. I order the veggie delight and it always feels barely filled. When I ask for more they add more so no real complaints, but a less confident person may just say nothing and get a sparse sandwich. I come from NJ, USA so subs there are more of a thing. Other than that, tap water is free, the service is always polite, you just tell them what you want and you get it :) Just tried the nachos and added jalapeños and it was yummy and a good portion.

Ordered from this subway a few times and they always forget something then never resolve it. Will try the bon accord one in the future.

I feel like every time I order from the cults branch it’s be offal. We ordered nachos and they came with out the sauce and cheese, the salad did not have much cheese or sauce as usual wish we did not order from you

Sauce was wrong on one of the subs.

Sandwich wasn’t wrapped properly, most the filling had fallen out and was missing the sauce. No cookie or Doritos either - as ordered. Shocking!!
