Subway in Liverpool

A decent enough place that severs standard subway food , friendly staff that are fairly quick at filling the order. There can be a wait at busy times. One day there were a lot of litter in the restaurant and dropped food. But to be fair that was a busy day. Usually the place is clean.

shocked at the cross contamination the workers blatantly ignored, putting other peoples sandwiches and drinks on the paper which they then used to wrap my own sandwich. Workers didn't seem very engaging either and were very minimal effort making the sandwiches, literally gave me about two pieces of pepper. Disappointed.

I ordered a Fooltlong Meal via dilerveroo, it was super quick and really delicious. The person to make my order had left me a little note apologising for not having the drink I ordered and instead gave me extra cookie!! This was really nice of them and I hope they know I appreciates it.

Food was fine as Subway usually is although the guy serving us wasn't too bothered about customer service so he obviously didin't mention that kids eat free if you buy a Footlong while we ordered our sandwiches. The offer is advertised online and on the app though staff at most Subway restaurants don't seem to know about it so we only found out at the till and it was too late.

There’s a lady who works there called Natalie. She brightens up everyone’s day. A truly genuine and kind person.

I've always loved Subway, and this location was no different. Great service. Can eat in, or make a short walk to some benches (there are some near the river front or by John Moores University).

Staff are very friendly, amazing customer service and understanding with unusual orders. Food was amazing, would come here again. 10/10

Staff are very friendly and very family oriented. Always made to feel welcome. Food is always fresh and prices are cheaper any other subway I go too. Cookies are to die for and are still 3 for £1.00 Subway Hanover St is by far the best subway in Liverpool

I visited Subway Hanover with my family in the early evening. There’s a lovely atmosphere from the second you walk in. It’s nice and relaxing. The staff were lovely too. They were friendly and welcoming, looking to really be enjoying their work. They chit chatted to each other and made jokes with me and my family. They were also very patient with the little ones, which was fantastic to see. We enjoyed our food and were stuffed after. Was a little more expensive compared to other fast food restaurants, but the service honestly makes it worth it. Best subway in Liverpool.

Came for a quick bite around 4pm. The gentleman on at the time was very polite and helpful. Explained the sandwiches to me as a lot has changed since I last came to Subway. I opted for the notorious bmt. It was very nice indeed.

Couldn't of been more orquard walking in to what looked like the staff kissing by the staff door inside and then it being really uncomfortable getting served while they were very flirty with each other. Talk about professionalism from what I understand of customer service keep your relationships for out side of work hours. Couldn't even sit in to enjoy my food because it was so uncomfortable.

Lovely staff, especially the two girls on Saturday afternoon who were very helpful (and have been in the past too). Found out it's a family owned independent store, which pleases me when l go there to eat there...the only one I'll go to TBH.🥖😍

Came into this subway today and there was these 2 older women infront of me, it made my day how lovely the staff were to these women and me. Had a bit of a laugh at some of the jokes made and it cheered my day up. Thank you to these staff being lovely to your customers instead of standing miserably like most do.

Insanely rude guy working the till, shouldn’t be allowed to work in customer service

I stood for 20 mins to get served yesterday !!! Hardly any salad options , staff moving at snails pace, unfriendly don’t go.

My visit on the 23rd December 2021 at 2:40pm. Staff absolutely amazing! All a massive credit to the store! Fast & friendly customer service. All lovely and polite staff members! Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Well done to the staff x

Lovely staff interactions in the brief time we went here before catching the train home. Hygienic, distancing, all still wearing masks and friendly which is great to see!

Well, ok if you are in a hurry,and don't have time or energy for something proper. Don't forget all the documentaries, how fatty the bread there is, so not the diet option.

Love the subway in Hanover Street food fresh and staff nice

Staying at Liverpool for a little mini break, went up Hanover Street and found Subway and it had seating which is great, needed this as both disabled, this was 10th February early in the morning the man serving was GREAT! He did us lovely subs a mega melt and a roast chicken with tea and coffee, everything is clean and tidy also we asked about where to go for a steak meal and he told us and other information he was fab! Definitely come in again when we next in Liverpool brilliant Subway highly recommended

Subway speaks for itself, if you want a half decent sandwich make your own, if you're out on the go this is fine.

Not too keen on most fast 'processed' food places, this type of store is my least favourite. Fresh salads, "yes", processed junk meat, "Nooooo!".

Would not recommend the branch in St Johns Precinct in Liverpool, sandwich was wet and cold.

A steak sandwich was just a little bit steak and you did not really feel the taste of steak so why is it called steak? I chose this kind of branch every time I really regret my purchase because there is nothing new and tasty there, but the Myrtle St, Liverpool, L7 is really the best.

Staff always very patient and helpful. I'm vegetarian and they always change their gloves for me. I love their meal deal. The staff always seem to get on well and look as if they're enjoying their work and this helps to create a nice atmosphere. Quick service.

Pretty standard subway, staff served quickly and food tasted nice. Seating a little dirty but we did visit just after lunch

I like going here as it doesn't get too busy and you can always get a seat.

Good overall, bathroom facilities were only thing somewhat lacking.

Big Subway fan, Hanover Street has to be one of the best Subways in Liverpool. Always fresh ingredients out! Sandwiches always well prepared, Staff couldn't be anymore friendly and helpful.

This Subway is equipped with plenty of tables so finding a seat even during the busy lunch period is usually possible. There is sometimes a queue ay lunchtime but the staff are efficient so any wait is usually very short. A toilet is available for customers.

I wouldn't go here again the food was good but you can clearly tell that they are watering down there drinks.

Very friendly Subway and a decent size salad

A pleasant place to grab a bite to eat, the staff are friendly and the submarine rolls and salads are as you would expect.

Always tasty and served quickly when you need it.
