Subway in North Lanarkshire

Popped in today as my son wanted a sub. The three staff behind the counter rude and unhelpful. I went to pay with my points as I have over 1700 to be told I couldn't?! Why ?! Won't be back to this store in future.

Took my partner and 3 children to subway for lunch which ended up being over £30..... Absolutely no offer of any meal deal, we don’t go that often where we know the prices and offers. Would’ve been cheaper going to McDonald’s, Burger King with Change to spare. After going back to the car in sheer disbelief, we checked online and would’ve saved money if we’d been offered a Meal deal for the subs instead of going separate for everything. I suggest that better training is provided to your subway team on actually explaining offers and actually speaking to the customer not just for Family’s but for individuals too. Absolute rip off.

I love Subway, and I go there as much as I can without over-indulging. I love the variety of bread, and meats. I could eat there until the food came out of my ears. Unfortunately, at this one have a distinct attitude problem and I find it frustrating. I work in customer service myself so I get how difficult it can be sometimes so I try to be nice to other customer service staff but with this lot its damn near impossible. Every time I have been to this one in the last year they have gotten my order wrong every time because they aren't properly listening or paying attention to what's going on because they are more focussed on getting you in and getting you out as fast as possible. I kept trying because other people didn't seem to have these issues, and I thought maybe it was just me - something that I was saying or doing. Perhaps I wasn't being clear enough. I was in again today, and once again because of their focus on pushing me out the door they got my order wrong. I ordered 2 sandwiches. One footlong, one 6 inch. One was a ham salad & not to be cheese and toasted, and no sauce, and the other was to be a BMT and have cheese & be toasted. I also ordered 2 double chocolate cookies. The fellow next in line ot me was also getting a ham salad sandwich but cheese and toasted, and some other toppings. When I was paying I caught the staff member moving the two ham sandwiches out the corner of my eye, so when my order was handed to me I questioned that my order was correct. And the attitude and cheek I got in reply was completely unwarranted, in my opinion. It isn't my fault that they got themselves into a more hurry less speed situation that meant they were making mistakes. And I questioned because of my prior experiences here. I won't be coming back to this one. I'm tired giving them the benefit of the doubt, and trying again and again. There two other Subway options in Cumbernauld where I don't have the issues that I have with this ones. I highly recommend Subway. With this one, only go in if you are literally going to be the only customer. It's the only way you can guarantee you won't have to deal with mistakes, or attitude. Otherwise run away. If a queue forms behind you abandon ship. Go to another one.

Nice food, fresh salads. It's cheap and best for lunch and snack. Always busy, but manage to get my food

I don’t normally eat Subway subs however, my visit to this store was excellent all the staff were lovely and polite especially the lady taking my order, she was so helpful as I was unsure of what to order. Would highly reccommend and visit again.

Me my son and my daughter nipped in while shopping, all 3 if our orders were wrong. The woman serving us couldn't understand us properly which is why she put the wrong stuff on our sandwiches. They didn't have the bread we wanted and the one she gave us was all hard and fell apart before we managed to eat it.

Considering choices was found to be ok. Too many bread choices not bad choices of fillings. Just bland sometimes.

Was in today and girl who served us was not the happiest at work, not a smile not a thank you and threw the sub together, maybe a wee customer service course order of the day I think.

Good food and easy to order what you want. Great portions with plenty of options. Will be back soon.

It's always busy here which means queuing out the door. Store is very small with only 3 tables seating 4 people so best option to take away. Usually good but order messed up last time we went giving me cheese and jalapeño which I can't have.

One type of Subway is overstaffed and inefficient, the other is sharp and lean. This is one of the second kind. Great staff, organized, and the usual good price. Clean, a bit draughty as it's near the main mall doors. Usually able to find parking. Wifi can be a bit iffy (my devices flit between the Greggs and Costa wifi next door), but workable. Pleasant when you get the quiet bit of the morning... ;-)
