who is the stoned worker behind the counter guy can’t do his job makes non stop horrible food slowest service and genuine no care for the job

Do not come here!! Unless you don’t mind a long wait, there is one member of staff on most of the time trying to serve all Uber eats just eat and customers at the same time, always food missing and haven’t had salt and pepper for over a month.

I went in for lunch with my Mum and Daughter. Only one person sat in the corner and every table was dirty and food on the floor. Thought they must have had a busy period at first. Noticed that the bin was overflowing and stank, possibly not taken out for a while. Had to change my order a couple of times as they didn’t have most items on the menu. The lady behind the counter was polite and must have been new but trying her best. Luckily I went to the bathroom after I had eaten, it wasn’t just general use from that day. Just look at the pictures! No food hygiene rating in place, just a sticky mark where it was removed.

Food was late, cold and wrong. Over an hour wait after 20 mins of order being accepted and sent for delievery. Then arrived cold and incorrect. Tried contacting the shop over 10 mins of constant calls and no one answering.

If you’ve got loads of time to wait behind all the Uber and Just Eat drivers that breeze in and demand their order then this is the place for you. Placed order in store and the lass started doing it then stopped to do another one as a driver came in to shop. Finally she did it all then it was sat going cold for over 5 mins as she attended to other drivers that came in. Another bloke was just at end of counter on his mobile and talking to the drivers. Will not be going back there again. It’s normally a treat for the price you pay but it’s gone really crap now since all this Uber stuff started. Plus it was cash only payment.

Ordered a coffee today, as I do every other day, the lad working there (glasses, skinny) before grabbing my cup to wiped his nose along his arm. Even worse that he followed up with wiping his nose with his hand and proceeded to grab a lid to put on the cup with the same hand he used to wipe his nose. Disgusting. Absolutely no awareness that he’s doing this in front of a customer. Very poor manners and hygiene under normal circumstances but made worse in view of current circumstances.

I order the vegan meatball marinara. It was clearly the stuff they had sat in their vats for several days. It was tough as old boots and simply inedible. The server coughed and spluttered throughout the assembly of my sandwich, too. The entire thing went in the bin, even the dogs turned their noses up at it.

Took my daughter for lunch, to Layton branch today, unfortunately the assistant made sandwich and took payment with same gloves on, when I asked her nicely to change her gloves before adding the salad as she was going to proceed wearing the same gloves all I got was a dirty look. So not impressed, will not be goi g back

I visited subway next to sainsburys Friday 17th August. I was first greeted and served by a polite young man. But proceeded to be treated with the worst customer service by the other two staff ( lung girls ) that we’re working the salad and checkout ( around 11:30am). Firstly the boy was serving everyone whilst the girls stood chatting. Then when the girls finally started serving, they were rushing despite the fact that there was only a small handful of customers in. I asked for extra sauce but this didn’t happen and I was not given the option to confirm that the sauce was enough. The blond girl at the checkout handed over my sandwich whilst chatting and laughing with the other girl without even so much as a look, smile, or thank you in my direction. Totally ignored me. When I ate the sandwich the sauce wasn’t even in the sandwich it was just on the paper and the salad had all fallen out. I suspect this is due to the girls being so distracted by their conversation that they didn’t load the sand which correctly. So disappointed.

Called by this morning around 8am.. really quiet as most of there stores.. charged £1.80 for a bit of egg and a bit of tasteless cheese with a bit of salad.. Total Rip off !!! Never again..

Clean, nice staff good service and polite. My local subway to i come here quite a lot, cant fault full of lovely people.

I visited the subway near Sainsbury's on Talbot road. My usual is a cup of coffee. They do a good job, but, unlike coffee shops, they do not sprinkle chocolate powder on their Cappuccino. Which is a shame.
