Extremely nice staff, they made extra effort to greet us and took great care making our food. Really clean services all round and great location as well as a great atmosphere. the driver never delivered my food!

The Indian lady who was working there around 8pm is probably one of the worst employees of subways I have come across. She served me a foot long stale bread, on top of that she put filling for half a sub in a foot long sub. She was extremely stingy with the fillings, when I requested for more she said she already put extra in. I have the subway app and she refused to scan the barcode. Not sure why but I just wanted to get out of there ASAP. I’m a regular customer of subway and this lady was disgusting and ill mannered! Never visit this subway as their subs are extremely stale!

Vimal gave us very good service

I came looking for something to eat, the worker was very helpful in helping me decide and was kind. The shop was clean and the music wasn’t too loud but loud enough to hear. I would definitely come back!!

Ordered through Deliveroo. The person who made my sub missed half my order notes and gave me a half-done sub with ingredients missing: not toasted, no cheese, so many fillings missing. The white chocolate macadamia nut cookie tastes very old and out of date, especially the chip chunks inside it. It made me feel quite sick… It tasted days old. I called the Shoreditch branch to complain and the woman with a strong Indian accent picked up. She found my order and I said that my order wasn’t done properly. She says that her colleague made my subway order. It was a 12-foot long chicken tikka sub and rather than reassuring me, apologising for the mistake on their end, or that she’ll take down what I said seriously and asking if there is she can do for me as a customer, she starts arguing over the phone and speaking over me. She did not take my complaint seriously and she is defending her colleague rather than addressing my issues, and saying they’ll do better next time. She says she can’t do anything about my complaint. She is trying to belittle me and tell me that her colleague did the sub properly, when I’m the ONE who knows what I ordered and I’m the one eating the food. Before I could say anything else or that fact I could even speak, she cut the phone and hanged up. I am disgusted and appalled by her behaviour. 😡 I don’t care what culture or what background she comes from, but there’s too many Indian and Pakistani workers in public food chains and restaurants who have ZERO customer service skills, professionalism to them and experience to deal with people. The rudeness they bring is uncalled for. She cannot bring her subpar attitude, personal issues and behaviour to a place where you are publicly working to serve food to customers, who have EVERY right to complain when their food isn’t being prepared properly and being halfheartedly done. If you are the manager of this branch and you are reading this review, I hope you take it seriously. Because this is too much. This all happened on 25/12/2024 between 3-6pm.

BY FAR the most friendly Subway I've visited in London, and I've done them all in the wide area. They stuff their subs good and tight so they don't fall apart when you take them out.

Refused to honour breakfast deal (sandwich and coffee). Said that it doesn't matter what the board above their heads say, they're charging for each item separately...

I ordered a submelt, footlong cookie and footlong churro. The churro was hard and I couldn’t bite it and the chicken in the submelt was dry. The only thing that saved it was the cookie but even that was a bit hard. Disappointed
