Just been in for coffee and the woman who served me was rude and seemed like she had a massive chip on her shoulder there's no need to be like that I know it's raining and miserable outside but come on!

Waffle fries were amazing sandwich was lovely definitely recommend to friends and family

Food was cold, specifically asked for chicken and cheese to be warmed. Meatballs were cold and hard

My girlfriends sandwich was perfect but my sandwich wasn’t cut properly and my sandwich was broken

It's subway. Pre-ordered food, but they don't start making it till you get there, so that's a bit pointless 🤷

I'm a regular at this Subway branch, often dropping by on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The staff here is incredibly friendly and their customer service is top-notch. The only improvement I could suggest is extending their evening hours since they tend to close a bit early.

Hash brown came burnt but were soggy as they arrived. Sandwich had hardly any Mayo on. Wrap was average. Disappointed

Like every other sub way. Food.it ok for what it is.. I find it a bit salty and heavy but generally ok food. Better elsewhere. I call in to a sub way if I can't find anywhere else.

Generally pretty good and decent staff, bit worried that certain staff don't understand the risk from handling gluten free/ vegetarian orders, then handling regular bread, plus meat with a pair of gloves and the going back to handle the vegetarian/gluten free items. This isn't usually an issue at other pure subway stores. I did intercede and ask them to change gloves, which seemed to startle a bit, but it's something you just wouldn't do. I know severe coeliac's wouldn't attend subway, but it is very basic food handling!

Ordered a subway with my partner for lunch and this is how my sandwich shows up. My partners sandwich wasn’t even in our delivery. I’m really not sure how someone could mess up making a sandwich this bad. Regardless of wether the staff member making this was being lazy or having a bad day, this is not acceptable. Quickly thrown together and a waste of money.

I go to this subway on a weekly basis and I always leave not only with a great meal for my lunch, but a massive smile on my face from how cheerful and friendly all the staff are. Even during busy times, the staff go above and beyond for their customers and all the staff I work with always end up with a great lunch! Hands down the best Subway I have been to.

Ok. Ran out of breakfast hr n half b4 it was due to finish. Wanted egg & cheese but ran out of egg. So ended up going elsewhere.

Fast and good service, clean place and tasty sandwiches. My experience with them is maily at breakfast time.

Had no eggs. Got a bacon 6 inch was not 6 inches but not nice coffee was bitter will not be going there again the worst subways i was in by a country mile.staff need more training.

Went in today, ordered a footlong tuna Italian herb and cheese bread, one of the 4 female staff today 27/7/19 at 12:25pm who was dealing with the meat section served only 2 scoops of tuna on a footlong? Hold on, isn't that supposed to be on a 6 inch? Yet you charged me the full price! Not only that, i ordered a tuna salad and they never gave any poached eggs which is clearly listed on their menu. Later until i mentioned it, they put them on the salad. Disgusting service as they handled all different meats and i asked for tuna which naturally they should be changing their gloves! What practice would you call this other than cross contamination?

Most measly salad portion ever. I'm sure the guy thinks the cost of the lettuce is coming out of his own wages. Weve been regulars here for years but after today I will take my staff's lunch orders elsewhere. Pffft!

Don't do omelette egg breakfasts

i travel a lot in my job and like subway but the staff at this restaurant were rude unhelpful and to tell the truth did not know proper hygiene standards. I am a secret shopper and pick up on a lot. when dealing with fish product or spicy food gloves should be changed the male member of staf didn't chance his once in the 10 min period I sat having my lunch. do not go here and if they own other franchises boycott them because it is sub standard not subway

The team here have good banter and are always welcoming when I go. The place itself is always kept clean even when the busy lunch time rush is on.

Yes, just another subway with regards to menu, pricing and layout. One thing that stood apart with this branch was the friendliness of their staff, not the slapped on 'smile for the camera' kind of friendliness but a genuine make you feel welcomed kind of friendliness

Appalling customer service, I’m only giving 1 star because I can’t give 0 stars. My son wanted a 6” plain cheese sandwich and the gentleman serving us put 2 slices on, when we asked for a few more slices he said he couldn’t do that without charging for it, we made the point that he wasn’t having anything else on the sandwich but your man was adamant. Well done you’ve just made an 8 year old boys day. You’ve made an almighty profit on that one sandwich, but you’ve lost out on all the future ones. Computer says no.

nice subway relatively clean fairly busy the team that where on worked very efficiently would recommend visiting had the seasonal turkey sub this was just ok not a wow one

Decidimos hacer un cambio desde una ensalada/sandwich y optamos por la 'edición limitada 'nachos. . . . . . Elegí el bistec y el queso opción realmente no tenía como los nachos estaban duros, la carne seca y sin sabor. No había salsa o crema agria en oferta que habría tal vez ayudó el producto en general. Precio de £3. 00 yo personalmente no creo que fue una muy buena relación calidad-precio, una bolsa estándar de Dorito's con una cucharada pequeña de carne y un puñado de queso rallado, y cinco jalapeno.Como he dicho que normalmente venga después de haber disfrutado de mi almuerzo, pero esta experiencia fue un poco decepcionante. . . .

A brilliant place to get a lunch time roll with lots of fresh salad. All freshly made a filling. The lunchtime special of a 6 inch subway and a drink for £3 is a bargain.

Ordered a dozen bacon and cheese long rolls for an early breakfast meeting to be held at the last minute. I drive by this Subway on my way to work. Called and ordered and left home, ready within 5 minutes of getting to the shop.

Not open peak time on Saturday yet says open until 9pm online.. closed at 6:30.. pointless.

Not fond of their subs as the bread normally has unfortunate consequences on my digestion (yours might be different). I love the thought of them but I just can't eat them. They do salads which can be good but I prefer the family-run Traditions sandwich shop near to the train station as the salads seem more natural. Parking is also an issue. Youths seem to hang out here although the management seem to be doing something about it.

I love this Subway, as even though it often gets busy, you are never waiting for too long. The food is tasty, though a little expensive. If you wish, you can eat in, or you can choose to take your meal away and eat it elsewhere.

Ok, never seem to have certain things in like Meatballs which I would presume is quite popular...!!

Can't believe they don't sell mango chicken anymore. Apart from that, it's your standard Subway.
