Subway in Ballymoney

Visited subway on Wednesday food was 100% sometimes I do find the staff in there can be abit scarce with the fillings but food was good. The new look is great. This is probably my 3rd visit in 2 months. Everytime I've had to ask the staff to clean out table of crumbs and sauce they don't seem to have someone free to go and clean a table once it's empty. Another thing that really bothers me is I order 3 separate meals and they put two of the subs on 1 plastic bowl why? I don't get this why would 2 people sit and hover over 1 plastic bowl makes no sense and it's been done on all 3 occasions it makes me think they don't have enough plastic bowls or they can't be bothered cleaning too many 🤔 if they could just sort out these few issues it would be a great place....possibly understaffed. I think it changed management recently so maybe not being run as well

Ate here a few times - you know what you are getting and does the job. one on occasion it was quite busy and they had ran out of their potato crisper things (I hate these, but kids like them!), not a major problem unless you have kids that only really want these from the menu. However, otherwise as to be expected.

Super helpful staff volunteered to look through the bins to find our missing car keys! A saturday evening near closing time, I'm sure it was the last thing they needed. Thank you so much ladies, you are very kind.

I love subway & particularly the ballymoney branch. Lovely friendly service & great subs. Love the tuna sub on tiger bread, with plenty of sauce choices & the best coffee anywhere A big Thank you to the staff , they are the nicest bunch of people & honestly if i was to open a restaurant or any business that required dealing with the public, id be poaching the girls that work here & begging them to work for me. ✌

I love Subway Ballymoney, or at least i did! I noticed one particularly miserly change recently though, obviously put in place by the current franchise owner of this particular subway! I'm talking in particular, about the Meat Feast Sub, which was usually served with 3 whole meatballs but now they serve this sub with just 2 whole meatballs & then cut them in half & spread them on the sandwich! This is not the fault of the lovely staff who work at this outlet but its most certainly the fault of the franchise owner, who is clearly cutting corners ! Therefore please take note ! If you wish to keep availing of my custom & many others custom, then please rectify this, its miserly & extremely irritating! Ill give you time for this to be brought to your attention & then perhaps i can put you back on 5 stars! Its the principal , i hate being treated like I'm stupid or worse, an absolute mug!

Cleanest Subway I’ve been in, staff are always helpful and polite. Ever have any problems, couldn’t recommenced this Subway enough.

I go to this place every day when I can. The staff are the most pleasant people I have ever met. They treat me like a queen. I couldn't say a bad word about any of them. I am disabled and they go out of their way to carry my tray to my favourite table if I can get it lol. I am also vegan and they let me keep my dairy free cheese in their fridge for my sub (not many places would do that). I have eaten the same sub for years now and never once have I not enjoyed it. Lately they got vegan pate and it's delicious along with my cheese and loads of great salad stuff. I can't believe that anyone could say anything bad about this place or the staff.

A regular stop for both breakfast and lunch. You always know the service will be pleasant and friendly. The food is always good and the facility is always clean. The other thing is good about Subway is the options. A six inch is perfect for a light lunch while a foot long is very filling. Probably my families favourite place to eat in for sandwiches.

I would go here a lot. Service is always good. Food is always spot on. The subs are always great tasting and and staff are friendly.

Subway speaks for itself and we all know what's on offer, but I can recommend this place which was very clean, with welcoming and helpful staff... and seemed to be a popular venue for single eaters, couples and family groups.

Well I visit Subway quite a bit here and there, it's a great place to get a vegan torpedo roll . The salad selection sometimes looks like it's not as fresh as it should be though the place is reasonably clean. A couple of times I have felt the staff aren't particularly friendly though it's really hit and miss.

Have to say I met the most friendly staff in Northern Ireland today. Called in for a bite of lunch with the family and we got great service. When the youngest started playing up a bit one of the staff entertained him so we could finish our subs. Couldn't have asked for nicer people. Worth a visit if you have kids.

Great service great food and definitely priced well for a health family meal we will definitely be a regular visitor from now on.

Great choice of food, very well presented. Food the staff so helpful. Lots of healthy options, which is great if you are on a healthy eating regime.

Had a roll with hot meatballs . It was just ok but was not expensive. Would not rant and rave about it but it filled a hole...
