Good wee coffee shop, right in the centre of Ballymoney, with reasonable prices

Had a lovely bowl of f soup and a salted caramel latte, really friendly helpful staff and nice atmosphere.

A really fresh and pleasant spot with warm and welcoming staff. The place was really clean, bright and well presented. The music was a little loud and intrusive but hey I'm 50 what do I know...

Our food was hot as our drinks but the teapot we were given, I feel, was dangerous as the lid didn't close and there was no knob on top to try and keep it closed. A lovely play area for kids at the back gave two little ones great joy

This restaurant has no menus?!? The tiny toilet is on the second floor, so if you have mobility problems and are struggling with claiming steep steps, better wait until home. Despite the sticker, "Wree WiFi spot" at the entrance, the WiFi did not work. The staff declined to share the WiFi barcode after their password didn't work and also refused to try and restart their WiFi router with the words, "I just work here." Other than that, the food and the rest of the atmosphere were decent.

Good food and drink. Decent price. Unfortunately staff were quite rude and didn’t appear too keen to help.

Sausage roll, ham and cheese crossiant, chai latte and strawberry banana smoothie in photos (September 2023). Also not pictured had bacon cream cheese bagel and iced latte. Friendly baristas, tasty breakfast vibes and reasonable pricing. Good stop for travelers between Giant’s Causeway and Belfast with clean, individual unisex toilets. Opens a littler earlier than other coffee shops too (8:30 as opposed to 9am), and we didn’t have a hard time with free street parking.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Carried tray to table which was much appreciated. Visited Sunday morning and were able to sit in relaxed atmosphere which was lovely.

Had time to spare, so called in for a enjoyable Cappuccino coffee. Although it was busy was able to get a seat downstairs. Great selection of cakes & bakes Staff are friendly and polite. A good place to stop and chill-out for a moment😀

I found the staff to be ever so friendly and can enjoy a bit of banter too. Especially the young fella who served the last time I was in. I think however Ground really needs to upgrade their seating etc 🤔😊

Good selection of food. I had a Christmas toastie which was so full of turkey, ham, bacon, cranberry and something else which I can't remember that I didn't needy tea that evening.

Super friendly team coupled with good coffee and food make this my favourite cafe in Ballymoney. Their flat white is among the best in the business. The baked goods are lovely especially the caramel brownie and the raspberry and white chocolate muffins. It's a good stop for morning coffee or a light lunch.

Terrible customer service when i called wondering if they sold boba tea.

This is a good small chain coffee shop with lovely staff and a nice vibe. The store is clean and there is a good range of baked goods and teas to try. The coffee is also very nice. The store has two floors and is often busy. One of the only issues with this chain/ shop is that the food and drinks are slightly overpriced in comparison to other independent coffee shops.

Ground Ballymoney is a weekly trip for me, with it's relaxing environment and friendly staff, it's a truly relaxing place to be. It's so nice to know that the staff are listening to every word you say. This was proven to me yesterday when a staff member asked me how I was doing, asked me if I wanted my usual and then started to talk about an exam I have coming up. I'm always guaranteed to leave Ground Ballymoney with a smile on my face!

Absolutely love this place. Every staff member makes me feel like one of the family. Best coffee anywhere. I get my lunch there every day they are open Wish they were open on Sundays too. Can't say enough good about this place. Only down thing I have about it is that I seem to be the only one who loves the brown baps so they can't stock them just for me unfortunately. Other than that I just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS PLACE. Jackie xx
