Delivery driver was very odd and rude putting his phone screen in my face sadly I could not understand a word he was saying , he then stormed off and sat outside my house for 20 minutes very intimidating !!!

Always good food, exactly as ordered, fresh and delivered on time.

Didn’t get what I asked for 3 items were missing!

Wouldn’t let me select not delivered so had to put over an hour. Driver sat down the road didn’t even enter carpark. I then went to message via the just eat app and the driver had put the order as delivered so I couldn’t. Rang Subway to report this to see if they could assist in any way at all to which they refused to do anything and just told us to request a refund via just eat which I have done. Absolutely disgusted at the lack of service by both subway and just eat on this matter.

No cheese on it no mayo no southwest sauce on it. Most things missing of it

Didn’t receive order at all, stated it was delivered at 20.14 but it didn’t arrive. Ordered it to Whiston Hospital for my poorly husband… it’s disgraceful

I ordered a foot long cookie, was nice but wasn’t baked through properly so I threw up.

Salad box half empty! After paying almost £10 with delivery!!!!

Don’t know what the people in the shop were doing today but I’ve just spent nearly £10 on a 6in meal deal to get a shrivelled up sandwich, it was burnt to a crisp, half fell on the floor the other half is inedible.Also the chicken bites were just thrown into the bag. Whoever did this should be ashamed of themselves to send out food like this. Last time I will order from here.

I came in friday 14th june 24 at 6pm,there was only 2 lads working and it was really busy. I was so impressed how they dealt with the queues and the orders with such professional attitudes they were so helpful and gave each customer the full attention and service, massive well done to these 2 young lads

I have been given someone else’s order I am not happy with I asked for chicken bacons lettuce sweetcorn bbq I have been given a tuna sub that I am allergic to tuna so could of really harmed me I would like a refund

Terrible staff. Don't expect first class customer service from fast food chains but this is just bad. Shop empty and left standing there whilst the two staff in back room arguing over who should serve me ! Girl was sooooo snotty!!

Does what it says on the tin. If you want a decent sandwich this is a good place to get one, the way you like it.

My sub didn’t have some of the items I asked for on my order on it it didn’t have the chipotle south west and didn’t have cucumber or crispy onions so quite disappointed to be fair and usually come to this subway regular an no issues

I ordered it came it was not my order I gave it back to the driver then phoned the shop the woman I spoke to trued to blame the delivery driver saying he was talking and took the wrong order I told her it was my name on the order but what was in the bag was for someone else then she said I can’t help you you need to get in touch with just eat for a refund then reorder I am still wait for just eat to get back to me witch is a joke I will not be using this app again ever

I ordered 2 salads in one day on both I asked for NO lettuce as I'm allergic to it on both occasions there was lettuce on them it took me ages to remove it why bother asking us what we do want and don't want if your just going to put it in

Never received half of my order and girl on phone wasn’t helpful at all.

Never had an issue till now. Ordered sub and hash browns and was literally given just bread and no hash browns. If you have no stock why not just cancel the order or call and let people know? Also 4 cookies and 3 Pepsis does not compensate the order being wrong 😂.

The restaurant looked clean and seemed fairly modern. Unfortunately I tried the new chicken wrap. The server took the heated chicken out of the oven to discover it was hot and dropped it spilling some of it. So she added more cold chicken into the wrap and then put the whole thing into the oven again. The result was that the salad in the wrap was cooked. I don’t know about you - but hot cucumber and lettuce are not really my kind of thing. They could do with someone in charge who knows what they’re doing. I don’t think I’ll visit this Subway again.

I came in and the girl said nothing to me while she made some online orders up & left me standing in empty shop for 5 mins , then she said with a miserable face “ what ye avin “ made me feel like I shouldn’t be there! Then 2 other girls came out from back and same faces “ miserable “ like they don’t want to be here , it takes alot for me to write a review but these people shouldn’t be working with the public! I won’t be coming back here ever!

Food is great but the steak cheese melt wrap seemed tiny. Also, I know everything is getting more expensive but do you really need to skimp on lettuce?

Great place and amazing food... but walked 5 mins to get there and they are closed at 9am.... when they are mite to be open..
