Subway in Milton Keynes

Nice and friendly staff. Good service, clean and hygiene conscious, i.e; it was good to see the “top-glass down” and “covering the food” when we first walked in and keeping the food fresh, which is so much appreciated, thank you. Because in “other” Subways that we've visited before they had the food uncovered which diminishes the freshes, as well as leaving it open for anything to get on it like dust and/or insects.

Teriyaki chicken 6incher was lovely, restaurant could do with a bit of a tidy. £6.99 for a meal isn’t a bad shout and quiet enough to have an informal sit down meeting.

Service is great, staff all really friendly

I came to this Subway in the morning and my experience was perfect. The store was extremely clean, the server (who I assume was the manager) was very polite and the food was very good and it they actually put effort into how it looks. Incredible experience and would definitely come again!

It was the best subway I have ever gone. Usually in subway staff are aggressive but here they were very polite and with a smily face.

The food is very good here no dried salad. I wish the guy in glasses think he manager would actually cheerup. Guess miserable loves company.

Always a hit. When you ate hungry thrre is only one way, Subway. Heed my advice and dash off to Subway and satiate your hunger, the taste is a bonus.

I ordered via Deliveroo. Got the most stale/dry subway sandwich I have ever tasted. I ordered a footlong Philly Steak sandwich. I never got any cheese despite paying an extra £1.35 for Monterey Jack. The meat was gristly. The bread was stale. Horrendous. Never using Subway again. The standards of Subway are slipping. Overpriced and terrible.

This is the best subway I’ve ever been to so far. So clean, customer friendly, quick service & they serve the most delicious fresh cookies ever.

The place looks rundown from the outside, the food is on par with your average subway but the staff seemed deflated and the manager was doing his paperwork in the seating for customers. I think this place needs a revamp and to change the layout to make it more welcoming.

Guy whoever they’re on 15/11 at 2:30 PM need to learn how to make a sub by not literally throwing salad on the sub. We were so hungry, otherwise we could’ve just visit some other restaurant. The way he does the sandwich , my colleague binned it.

They do not take any discounts/vouchers of any kind, and have told me that the nearest subway that takes discount is miles and miles away. It's still a subway and they should take vouchers. I'll make sure this message gets passed on Incredibly rude and arrogant service, telling me if I didn't like it that I could starve

Me and my partner went into the store today, I’ve never had problems before. However today, has ruined the experience for me. When we enter, we didn’t get any hellos, we did not feel welcomed at all. My partner is a vegetarian, we wasn’t aware they they do not do meatless meatballs anymore so we asked for a meatless meatballs. The young lady (employee) started to portion up some normal meatballs, I confirmed with her that they were meatless. This is when she stated they didn’t do them anymore. When I mentioned that my partner was a vegetarian, she signed and rolled her eyes. She did this again when my partner asked for a wrap instead. The other employee was nice however we felt rushed. They also ignored me when I asked for my receipt. They forgot to add items into our food/bag. Unfortunately, I didn’t double check today as I felt so rushed and not welcomed. I needed to leave. Safe to say, I will not be returning back anytime soon. I’m not one to moan or leave bad reviews but having my partner feel discriminated for being a vegetarian is not okay. Even when I asked what seemed to be the supervisor, he played it off as tho the team were okay to be rude and mention they work long hours. I’m part of a management team also and I have a team myself, they and myself would never allow a customer to feel the way me and my partner did today.

Shame there isn't an option to give 0 stars... 2 of us went there today and it is vile... firstly the manager sits on the table next to us and begins coughing alot.. decides to then attempt to go behind the counter before washing his hands..then decided to memtion he has a bacterial infection...why would ypu even be in the building.and as we are eating our subs other staff members are coughing behind the counter!!! No washed hands!!!! Made us stop eating after pretty much wasting money on food! Will NOT be returning!! Everyone be careful when you eat here you could have there germs all over your subway!!

The Subway concept is pretty well known by now and the restaurants all have the same style decor. This was no different and was clean and in good shape. I had received through the letterbox a set of coupons and opted to use buy a 6" inch sub and drink and get a free 6" and try some different sauces. The chap behind the counter briefly explained the terms as others had somehow misunderstood its use. Very friendly and polite service, a varied selection of sauces and greay tasting fresh sandwiches.

It's a subway, and you get the expected subway experience. The usual sandwiches, the usual decor and friendly staff. Nothing expected here, for better or worse!

Love Sub's! Customer service is good - food delivered speedily. For children who don't like vegetables - parents can turn a blind eye and ignore their choices for a meal. Drinks are free refills and there's nothing to dislike. I'd like to have music playing in the background and I'd like to see an international option like A Mexican Sub or Sea food Sub. Otherwise nothing changes and then how to stay relevant and up to date.

The Subway thing is that it's predictable. One outlet is intended to be much the same as any other. It would be bonkers to suggest that one is appreciably different to another, because that's not what the business model is all about. So, Bletchley's Subway is my local outlet and saying more seems unnecessary. The staff rotate. Some are friendly, some conscientious, some marking time and all just getting by. Which is why it's important to be polite to them. They stand and serve customers who are incapable of social grace; who have lost the ability to say "please" and "thank you". The regular staff are good people, working hard. Remember that, and be nice.

Subway is a great place but the constant turnover of staff mean its sometimes disappointing, especially they're rude staff like today.

My son and I enjoy subway but standing next to an open bathroom door (that smelt) in the food queue not appealing and my sons subway the bread was stale on this occasion.

I was in many subway places but here in Stacey bushes is not ok young kids serving they don't help eachthere waiting 25 min and I ask for a subway of the day and they didn't now the ingredients for a subway of the day just they tell me you can choose what you want .Disappoint about service and the clean inside

Well I have to drag myself away from Subways. Love em. Now I only have the Salad. Everything on it. Healthy and tasty. Milton Keynes Bletchley staff are great. Very friendly. Very obliging.

In the franchised world of Submarine sandwich’s Bletchley’s Subway is pretty standard, offering the same level of choice and service you would expect. In fairness, I was impressed with the guy working behind the counter’s engagement and efficiency as he advised the best deal whilst putting together the sub and getting the coffee sorted, while his female colleague had the difficult ‘skulking off in the rear of the shop with her mobile’ job! The place wasn’t spotless and the tables had a few crumbs and bits on them but the general level was ok, but would be the thing that needs to be looked at. At three quid for a mega melt and a coffee I don’t really think it was too bad.

Dreadful service , food and the place was filthy .... always used to be a nice place to grab a sub ... not anymore , rude staff , awful food and the floor and tables were filthy dirty !

Love this place, fantastic staff who give great customer service every time. Clean and tidy and the Bletchley store had a toilet. If you don't know what you want they'll help you decide and at times had a community feel about the place with genuine people

Not to be dismissive but it’s a Subway. You know what you’re getting, the place is clean and the staff friendly.

Fast service....not very friendly though

subway again delevers consistant food and service and points on the subway card but the prices change by location and although you know what youll get it was a little dissapointing that the prices were 20 % higher

The Bletchley one and the c.m.k are mint. You do take a chance though using a subway you don't know. The quality control varies a lot a different outlets. When it's good it's good when it's bad it's bad.

Come here every other Saturday for breakfast and occasionally for dinner. They never fail to please. Love the food!

If you like this kind of thing then its for you, we have tried it twice and sampled different things and both times we were disappointed.
