Missing Tex Mex and charged delivery

Missing a sandwich from order. Tried to phone continuously and could not get an answer. Had to reorder and pay for another one as it was for my daughter

The delivery was absolutely fine, subway mixed up the beef and the chicken within the orders making the order un correct. Leaving us as the customers unsatisfied with our order

both breads wrong. allergic to some herbs so unable to eat the bread given when ordered italian. had to be binned.

I had the Tex Mex. I don’t think it’s their best sandwich. Service awesome 10 out 10 but sandwich flavour or recipe not sure about :)

Missing items on our delivery no one answering the phone one coke zero one normal coke and chilli Doritos not delivered . It's now Monday evening and no one has got back to us

Driver was terrible. Repeatedly told me the order wasn’t mine, because he didn’t read the house number properly.

Order was delivered to the wrong address and then we were given someone else’s order too

This was unacceptable i ordered a meal and and only received my sandwich not my crisps or drink, unacceptable!!!!

Nachos had next to no cheese and was burnt, smelled awful.

the filling for the sandwich wasnt even on the bread, the nachos had very few toppings on and didnt look as advertised, wrap was the only thing that was fine

Waited an extra 20 mins than originally said for a completely different order than what I wanted. Can’t even contact only option is a refund for £8 when I spent £20

ordered footlong, got 6 inch, none of the rest of my sandwiches toasted as requested. if you gonna charge alot for a sandwich atleast get the order correct.

No delivery tried to get money back driver claims tried to contact me. They did not attempt to deliver to correct address and no one contacted me order was over £20 what a rip off had to go and spend again to get food needless to say not with just eat

This is the third time of ordering meatball sub and tub of meatballs where they’ve been dry-no sauce added, which totally ruined them 🙁

can tell it was made by someone with zero pride in their work, was packaged terrible the chips were crushed to pieces, sandwich itself tasted weird like the meat was spoiled

the actual subs were okay but we were missing part of our order for 3 cookies. also they had put 2 cold bottles of juice in the same bag as the hot subs, meaning the subs were cold by the time they got to us, this is definitely something that can be improved.

Every sandwich was drowning in mayonnaise. It wasn’t pleasant.

this is the second time something has been left out of my order, I knew I should have put a note to my order again as it worked last time, don't think I'll be ordering again for a while, it's the same thing missing every time 😔

Not one bit of meat in the salad despite it being a BMT. Hardly any toppings on the nachos either. What a waste of money

Didn't get the 3 cookies I had ordered with my meal deal, and attempted to ring the store 8 times and no answer, as soon as my delivery arrived. To say I was annoyed is an understatement

Literally half my order was missing and when I tried to contact shop no answer phoned over 7 time absolutely shocking this is one way to make a profit i understand possibly forgetting to put one item in but not half an order very poor service!

Changing order times constantly n foot was stone cold

I ordered two footlongs one was a meatball marnina and other was chicken tikka, with chipotle, I received a footlong with chicken tikka footlong, bbq sauce chipotle sauce, peppers and lettuce never asked for any of that and the way it was packed was an absolute mess, wouldn’t even feed my dog it!!!

Standard of nachos and Philly steak sub was nothing short of abysmal. 2 or 3 small pieces of steak on the full foot long sub and nachos were not Dorito heatwave which I ordered.

Nachos stale as if crisps had been left out for about a week. Meatballs not even warm enough to melt the cheese . The actual sub was okay

Delivery driver tried to give us wrong order - gave a £37 order to someone who had a £10 order

This is not a reflection on the delivery drive as he explained why my order was late but at shop level & with this app.

An order was handed to me. I know it weighed more than one item. Looked at the receipt and it had something with Chicken Tikka and was for a Lucy M. Advised the delivery driver and he took the package and left. Any idea where my order is?
