£8.95 for a "large" pakora. Only 1 small sauce. Hardly any chicken.

Been here before always decent, lamb bhunna and garlic naan tonight £15 couldn't eat the meat as to tough obviously reaheated, won't be back

Absolutely rotten . Ordered 12 inch munchy box to half with my girlfriend it arrived with a tiny few strands of Donner meat hardly any chicken pakora pure solid bone dry. Half empty the box box just pure shocking man don't phone this place it's absolutely disgusting just under 20 quid had few bites Donner was freezing we just binned it waste of money trust me man it is boggin wouldnt feed it to my dog

Got a munchie box on new years day, tasted nice but today 7 of us have food poisoning, clearly take risks on food safety at the expense of the customers health!! Not impressed at all

Absolutely horrendous place to eat. Ordered a 12 inch muchy box but the portions felt like it was more like a 3 inch one. Absolutely dismal portions only a handful of everything. Rivals all give bigger portions compared to this stingy place!!

Foods tastes nice but the attitude of the girl who answered the phone is disgusting! They sent the wrong pizza and when I said that she went "eh what you mean, you ordered doner meat and spicy chicken". When in fact I ordered spicy mince. The attitude was a disgrace to then tell me "well we will send one out, don't know how long you live 20 minutes away". Then hung up on me!! I actually had to phone back and ask if they want the wrong pizza sent back! If you have zero manners then you shouldn't be answering the phone! If you're speaking to customers like that, you either have no people skills or hate your job! No apology of their error.. yet hanging up and telling me she doesn't know how long it will be just is laughable! Might add.. I live 11 minutes away from the shop.. not 20! Oh and she then called back to say they want the original pizza back.. so if you get a stale donor/spicy chicken pizza tonight then someone's already been sent it. Certainly won't be back as I'm not being spoken to like that.. because of the shops error!! I had heard by others of how this girl has spoken/taken orders before but now I can understand why people avoid the shop! As stated, it's a shame as the foods really nice but needs better staff! Oh and they’ve deleted my review from just eat! Trying to hide the truth!

Well a donner kebab incl delivery £10!!! Wow Pitta Bread way overcooked inedible salad miniscule as was sauce half a tiny tub and had to recook donner in airfryer not great at all

DISGUSTING!! my order was a chicken tikka pizza with onion ( the warrior special ) pizza came with RAW chicken and ham with no onion totally unacceptable Chicken tikka main meal that was swimming in water on the plate once served Garlic nan- don’t know what you sent but wasn’t garlic and wasn’t edible either Triple cheeseburger meal I didn’t realise came with pakora batter £33.39 for a Saturday nights dinner that’s only fit for the bin

The food in general was ok but the delivery time was unreal nearly 2 hour called back just got told it's on its way terrible service won't be back

Waited over an hour and a half for our delivery, came and was missing part of the order called and spoke to a girl who was supposedly the manager.. put the phone down on me when and when I called back she was rude and so unhelpful... not great service!

Ordered a takeaway from here. Ordered a large bbq chicken kebab first of all kebab came with just chicken so had a naan and just chicken no onions no peppers nothing. Asked for no salad but expected that to be lettuce only , i expected somthing to be in their with the chicken. Chicken tasted good then found a chewy bits i had found a vein in my chicken. Which happens somtimes not often tho so started pulling the chicken apart and most of the chicken had veins in them. A bad sign for poor food quailty.

Superb take away I use it regularly. Probably the best mixed grill around Coatbridge and Airdrie

Was just travelling through the area doing a delivery coming up all the way from Birmingham. Decided to stop for some food and try this place. Mr Salman was such a nice guy and he treated me with such respect. The place was busy with orders coming through but Salman still made conversation and time showing excellent customer service. All the staff were polite and generous. If Salman remembers me he will know the respect he showed. We shall keep that between us and God. The food was amazing. Absolute pleasure to have tried this gem of a place. Will definitely pass through again. All the best and good success.

1st time ordering an will order as working the ns. Hate sandwiches. Got calzone Gd size .driver went to wrong gate but did fone gave her the directions. Very pleasent lady .

Excellent grill menu and some of the best lamb you can buy in the area made to order, fresh and we'll marinated. Also have a mobile app which makes ordering really easy

Under new management, it now says on the menu. Not an improvement I'm afraid. A large mix kebab used to be an attractive combination of marinaded and grilled meats in a nan bread the size of a pizza box. Now it's a limp, insipid, greasy mixture of sort of hot bits of meat with watery sauce on top of (not in) a pitta bread and doesn't really taste of anything. Poor.

Absolutely rank got a chicken tikka masala curry pizza no flavour and 2 bits of chicken on the whole pizza

My indian friend came to visit me the other day. it was near the dinner time and she really wanted some curry for the dinner and were wondering where to get it! I told him that I got him covered and we ordered 2 chicken curries from this shop and she was suprised how GOOD the curries can be. the food was great and delicious and the customer service was efficiently friendly as well.

Kebab was lovely, made fresh right in front of me. Lamb was really soft tasty, not chewy and inedible like a lot of places.

Gave our order to someone else. Then waited 45 minutes to remake order and half if it was stone cold. Don't know if it's new owners. They seemed flustered and bad communication between the workers

Ordered at 5:30 and was told the delivery would be here by 6:30. It actually got here by 7:30 and the some of the delivery was wrong, food was good but.

We give this establishment good custom however wont be bk waited 2 hours on a pizza arrived like a dog's dinner frezzin too. given no apology from management absaloute disgrace get urself more delivery driver's when its busy.

Food is of a very high standard and taste. Only drawback is you can wait 10 minutes before being served even if the shop is empty. I mean come on we are there because we are hungry

Was looking for the best place for a donner kebab after having some rotten ones from a few places. See reviews for this place so tried it and it's the best I've had In years. Will definitely be back. Kids enjoyed their pizza to. We phoned n picked up 15 minutes later. Xx

Been searching for a reliable and consistent Indian takeaway in the area for a while now. Think I may have finally found it with Hot Hut. Top quality food and reasonably priced. Wholeheartedly recommend!!!

Discusting food discusting service staff in front very cheeky a boldly guy don't even know how to speak to customer never ever again comming back before it was good food has taste but food taste get very bad. I Use to love hothut but know it's not worth to spend money.

I am always disappointed with takeaway food and have given up looking for somewhere nice to go. We decided to try Hothut for Chicken Tikka Kebab one night and I'm glad we did,Fantastic food and the staff are lovely too.Highly recommended

I order from the Hot Hut atleast three times per week and the food is absolutely beautiful, best donner kebab hoagies imaginable but the service i had received just last week was unforgiveable. Me and my family had ordered three donner hoagies, a 12” pizza and also chicken pakora. We ordered it from the JustEat app at 18:55, at 20:00 we called them to ask when it would arrive because we only live up the hill, the lady who answered the phone then said it’s just about to leave and knowing the Hot Hut, they do take a little longer than they are supposed to but as 20:30 approached we had received a call from the same lady saying that the driver couldn’t manage to find our address and they had to return it and unfortunately they had to remake it and deliver it again, we asked how long this would take and they quoted us fifteen minutes, 21:20 came and we made our final call asking that if it is still coming can we get some form of discount due to the delay and we were blatantly told no and never even apologised for waiting almost two and a half hours. So unless you are planning on picking an order up from the store then don’t order because even if you live upstairs from the joint you’ll be atleast waiting an hour. Joke.

Ordered the king donner kebab with cheese on top and the amount of donner meat in it is the same amount as there is in a kids meal..... not worth the price I paid shocking

Going down hill so much took over hour in half for delivery don't seem to know what they are doing now used to be regular customers but after tonight the way the lady (person who answered phone) spoke to my wife we will never be ordering again terrible service!
