Paprika Grill House in North Lanarkshire

Pizza was rubbish and overpriced. Got charged 8.90 for a 10 inch pizza with 3 veg toppings- it isn’t even this much on just eat. Very bland and had a weird spongy base. What a shame, poor quality from a place that has years of experience.

Ordered a chicken korma and i can honestly say its the worst korma i have ever had. I was looking forward to it and have been let down. Thrown three quarters of it in the bin. Wont been buying again from here, a complete waste of money- utterly tasteless and huge chunks of chicken when you cut into it was dry, even when you tried to soak it through the sauce.

The food was freezing cold the man launched the bag at me and didn’t smell good overall poor from ma man saqi aquib and asif

Pizza, a curry and chips £29 and they didn't send the chips with the order. Over priced and defo wouldn't order again. Pizza was not the best. Mixed biryani with the smallest prawns i have ever seen. First and last order from here.

Food far too greasy, absolutely rotten. Wont be back near this shop!

Over priced .got a mixed pakora 3tiny mushrooms 3 small vegetable4skinny peices of chicken with a child's portion of salad 🥗 do not deliver to coatbridge as the are supposed to be really busy 😑 airdrie folk are getting ripped off will deffo not be ordering from her again 😑

I have had 7 curry's out it. the same curry every time and every one of them have been a different flavour none consistent

I placed an order through mealzo, and it was supposed to be delivered by 5.10, an hour later I hadn't received it so I phoned, they said that the details on the slip was wrong, so they said they would get it out to me. When it came it was the same meal and it hadn't even been reheated and I had to microwave it🥵😡😡😡

Excellent order was missing some items but this was rectified swiftly by the staff who sent out a full fresh order which was delicious thanks Paprika team

Food is always great from here. I've been quite a few times and I'm not planning on stopping any time soon. Definitely recommend this place.

Had the worst ever meal here a few eves ago. Ordered chicken tikka masala. It went straight in the bin when I got home.main dish was half masala with half ceylonese korma sauce of which did not even mix with the masala sauce. Disgusting to look at an even worse to taste. Appalling.

First time getting stuffs out here and chips so dry and hard the kebab was so dry and tasted horrible and chicken pakora uncooked. I called in and they refused take,takeaway back they only offer 10% discount on next order next time no way I'll be ordering from here again 🤢

Sorry, this place is TERRIBLE. Food uncooked and tasteless. We paid £30 for 2 people. Prices extortionate, food is litteraly disgusting. We both ended up in the toilet all night.....Never again!!!!

They have changed there standards! I always got a chicken tikka chasni curry pizza which had the proper chicken on it as if it was just poured over from the pan BUT now there using the cold chicken at the pizza bar and just pouring chasni sauce over it! Not good at all and won’t be back until I know there back to the original and best way!!!

Well nott happy at all for the quality of food. For starters the time taken to get our food was a joke. An when we called to ask how long it would be its out for delivery. 25 mins later if comes. Cold and soggy. Pay for a large chicken pakora and get 6 bits. Great value for £27. Not.

Quite honestly the best butter chicken i have ever had . Apparently iv told the wife at least ten times in the last 5 mins. She said to leave a review because she was sick fed up listening to me. Lovely food will definitely be trying again. Thanks 👍

Terrible. Phoned to order a meal. I have multiple severe allergies and asked to double check these. I was initially told that one of my allergens was not present but the others were not mentioned. When asked to check the other allergens, the phone was hung up. Awful customer service. Will not be back.

Very disappointed ordered a delivery at 5 oclock came late at 6.05pm realised i didnt have my nan bread so straight away phoned the shop to be repeatedly ignored.i know its busy but ringing out then going engaged.quite clearly know whose calling. So 40mins later still cant get through & dinners wasted.i will be wanting my money refunded when this is seen, absolute disgrace not picking up phone.

I placed a order online at 18:24 due for delivery at 19:15 no sign so called at 19:40 be told be with you soon its on it's way then waited a further 30 minutes called back to be told I don't know what's happened so I said don't worry cancel it ten minutes later driver calls outside I reply with I've already cancelled with you shouts abuse down phone don't call our shop!!! Ridiculous I waited over 2 hours SHOCKING

First time I've used there app ordered donner burger salad n mayo on it and curly fries so get it's delivered for a change. Now bearing in mind if I wanted cheese I would've said a cheeseburger with donner meat as I can't eat cheese for health reasons so can't go near it.So lone behold it's got it all over the burger so I called up and basically the tenner I spent was wasted because it's to busy and we can't do anything cheers I've seen better service with an arnold clark after sales department.

Sorry ! I would like to say that this was a gr8 meal, but it was sooooh disappointing ! Never in my life have I very seen a peshwari nan filled with red STUFF, which is the only way i can describe it. This neither tasted good nor looked good. When I ripped a piece off? All the red filling fell out and onto the floor .......... disgusting! !!!!!!! Can I just add that the chicken chasni had about 4 bits of chicken in it. All in all, a total waste of money 🙄 Ps. Also note from past good and bad reviews that it's a standard reply ..... ??

Ordered a pizza and veg pakora,waited over an hour only for the delivery to arrive and to my disgust the pizza box smelled of cleaning product and when i opened the box the pizza was burnt and the smell went through to the pizza and tasted the same,also there was a random chip in with the pakora which i never ordered, the last order i will be placing. 🤮🤛

Ordered the delivery @ 7pm got here @ 9 pm missing items chicken kebab was dry and chewy and chips limp... this was a £31 order and as I'm writing this I am still waiting on missing items and my curry is currently going cold...... Never again!!!

Excellent quality for a takeaway. Not greasy at all and we tried a number of different dishes and starters. Collection was ready ahead of schedule and good value for money. can't wait to try different things! keep up the good work ;)

Called for a delivery there and the guy who answered had a shocking attitude. Used to use them all the time, no more. Hung up before I’d even finished speaking. New Indian takeaway for me.

Phoned in for delivery told it was not available phoned back to pickup myself told they could deliver in half an hour. An hour and a half later order had not arrived phoned back to be told they were busy and order had still not been sent

Food is always amazing, fresh, hot and the chips are great. Hard to find a good a chippy in Airdrie now but this is the best one so far !

It's a shame cause the food is Ok and the staff are pleasant but this is now the 5th... that's right 5th!!! Time we've had missing items in our order. When you get home there's always missing chips, missing naan... twice we've asked for "a portion of chips" and been sent Bocca chips 🤢! And once we ordered and delivery came 1.5 hours later. Tonight I got home and the bag was a bit empty... no chips again! Had to drive back and get them. Just finished my luke warm dinner 😡 Go elsewhere

This guy pay people to write poor review on their business to grow his venture. guys please be careful with him ha ha ha it's absolutely old game. check the fake names "Delia Prinkby" and "Floria Sanders" Photos are attached, the guy own this shop he has a web company and all the listing attached are their customer over Edinburgh and other area. they are a bit struggled since we took over most of the online food business in Airdrie and Coatbridge by our business partners in Takeaway as a good service and highly professional customer service.

I ordered chef's special calzone & it was really great. I really enjoyed this one among what I've tried these days. now I'm ordering just from paprika & enjoying what I'm eating. the best food around (y)

Food was good. Can't fault that. Delivery driver short changed us and delivered wrong juice. Instead if offering to go get the right juice he just refunded. Just laziness. Topping missing if the pizza even though was paid for. Told us would send it to us. After 1 and half hour and paprika not showing we called and was told they were not coming. Was recommended paprika but such poor poor poor customer service spoiled the good food.
