Great And Good subway in Glasgow

Took 2 hrs after ordering to be delivered order kept getting later eta time

Visited on 11 Nov 24 at 10:15am Went in for a breakfast deal advertised at £2.80. asked for the orange juice which the staff member said they were out of so switched to a coffee. after making my sub he then tried to charge me double the cost claiming the hot drink was not on the deal. After asking to just have the sub the member of staff got aggressive and rude and began shouting at me (as he had already made the coffee). This service was not acceptable and there is a subway on argyle street with much friendlier staff

Abbas was working hard when I walked in but made sure to stop and say hi before meeting me at the counter, he put together an excellent salad (no scrimping on ingrediants) and talked me through meal options. Was such a pleasant interaction and a great lunch! My favourite subway in Glasgow.

Waited far too long for the delivery, over 2 hours. Not acceptable to be honest. Food was cold too.

I didn't receive my order and it says to order has been delivered I am calling the driver he blocked me I am calling the subway he's not even answering me anymore

asked for Mozzarella & cheddar extra 80p & toasted NOT DONE Also asked for crispy onions NOT DONE ??? JEEEZ it's one sandwich happy to charge EXTRA drives me insane also salad was hardly visable DEFINITE WIDE BIRTH GOING FORWARD - spoils everything honestly

Feel sorry for the delivery driver delivering that disgusting excuse for food with bread falling apart and the ingredients appear to have been thrown in the packaging. No cheese almost and burnt meatballs with cold pepperoni. A disgrace.

It was a really nice experience eating at this Subway. An employee named Abbas was very polite and served me with a friendly smile. It was worth my time eating at that Subway. An experience I have had nowhere else.

Yesterday, I tried Subway at the high street for the first time. I experienced a different service at this store, personally the person named Abbas is so nice to me. He is always having a smile on his while serving me. I felt like this guy is over qualified for this position and he needs Praise.

Ordered via the app. Arrived at designated time. They hadn’t bothered to make the food. Spent 10 minutes waiting while answering questions about my order (as they couldn’t be bothered to read the order printout). I wouldn’t bother using the app. Waste of time.

I usually visit the subway. I personally like the service at the High street subway. This guy named Abbas serves me with a smile every time I visit this store. I loved his service.

I eat subway almost everyday, but on saturday 30th the guy there at that moment is very professional and gave top notch service. He's hard working and most of the time I see him doing cleaning whenever he's free and always have a smile. THIS LAD NEEDS A PRAISE.

Didn’t think I’d leave a bad review for Subway. But order was incorrect (received someone else’s order) managed to get through to store & said driver was on his way back. Driver never showed up with my order or to collect the incorrect order. Bit annoyed to be honest.

They forgot one of my cookies & gave me plain bread instead of oat :(

My order was meant to come between 9:20- 9:50 but it came after 10 and it was cold and soggy. Very disappointed.

Really good , got everything in my order right except the juice and nachos were soggy but that was expected with delivery

I ordered a footlong turkey with double meat and cheese non toasted and got toasted seems the only way I can get what I want is to go and tell them not to toast something that wasn't too be toasted.

High Street Subway is the best. Always on time, food prepared just right (although they somtimes forget to add sauce to the salad) and rarely any items missing/wrong.

The staff here are lovely and so accommodating. I had an issue with the Just Eat driver not delivering the food. The manager of this shop went out his way to find a resolution for us. He even dropped the food off by himself. All the nurses were super grateful. Thanks again !!!!x

Terrible. Toasted the sub when it wasn't meant to be and described a side as nachos with melted cheese and salsa when it was just a packet of doritos. When I complained they couldn't do anything because I didn't have a physical receipt, which they did not provide me with.

Did not receive my order. after 4 hours of waiting the driver arrived saying that the restaurant was closed. If you can't fulfill the orders, then why accept them?

Very poor quality - ordered vegan sandwich but they given just vegan patty without any sauce or vegetables - dry . Ordered Lipton lemon mint green tea flavour but gave peach flavour..

I ordered this at 8 and was expecting to receive it around 9:10pm and the delivery time kept changing until it reached 10 at night and i had enough. i waited over 2 hours for this order until i finally called the restaurant which i was then told just eat had sent no drivers to their location.. i then had to drive into town using my own fuel money to collect my order. So i want a refund on the delivery money and i want refunded for the service charge, this is absolutely shocking!

Delivery was great but my turkey and ham salad was missing the turkey and ham and the salad was 1/3 of the box if I was lucky! 6inch ham sub which I didn’t want to be toasted was toasted! Maybe read ur orders before throwing them out the door.

Subs and salads always made just right (and not stingy on the sauce). Never a mistake with orders. Best Subway in town.

Best Subway in the city-centre. Never a mistake with the order, sub balance of ingredients always just right and they're not stingy with the sauce. We were done with Subway until trying the High street branch.

Right then time for a Subway review I guess the food was delicious I waited ages for it please note I do understand because there’s lots of people ordering from just eat and traffic mayhem the driver was very rude being on telephone FaceTime call when dealing with a customer but otherwise I be ordering again in due course

I went to this branch to have a meatball sandwich ,, the indian guy working there didnt know what he was doing in the shop,, he put half the amout of the meat in the sandwich and argued that they always make the portion half empty as he mentioned ,, i hope you guys hire people who at least understand and know the sandwichs are made sorry to say but its my last time visitng this branch ,, soo bad

Had the most terrible experience ever. Me and my family always go to subway and this was the first time ever we felt so unwelcome and just feeling like we should not be there. The man at the counter shouted at us when we asked for more sauce and salad , I didn't see the reason for that and offered to pay for it and he was just plain ride and said " that's all you're getting" Just bad. Will not be back at the subway in paisley high street.

Exactly what you would expect from a subway, to be honest. Even when they are busy, you never have to wait long at all. The staff are very attentive and polite too, and always get your order ready promptly. I've often been able to get a seat to enjoy my sub, so I've almost never seen it too busy to get a seat. It's a little bit tucked away, and you might accidentally walk by it the first time.

I've come here on multiple occasions before work and ive realised it usually opens 1-2 hours late. Reasons such as the heater is starting up have been used but a chain like this shouldn't be repeatedly having this problem; and even if it does something should be done about it before the published opening hours
