Went in today to this brach for the 1st time with my 2 children around 5.30pm today on Saturday .I had to say hello to the staff! No welcome at all! When we got there 1 women rolled her eyes at us .she never said anything! Never said what bread u want e.t.c the worst subway ever !!!! Food was delicious though 😋

Arrived at 12:53 and at 13:09 I still wasn’t served. The line of customers just left waiting whilst the TWO staff members presumably crack on with Deliveroo/Uber Eats/ online orders with another one sat in the back room. As has become standard practise at Subway now, toasted sandwiches are left to get cold again whilst piling up awaiting their salad - salad dresser is having to change gloves between each sub and between ringing through till orders. All of this made longer by awkward customers who didn’t use the previous wait of 20 minutes in the queue to decide what they wanted. The sandwich I received at 13:26 however was banging tbf. Proper tasty.

Where do I start!? Ordered 2 chicken tikka salad bowls with double meat.. £7 each! I wouldn’t have minded anywhere else but we hardly got any salad to go with it. A small handful of lettuce, a few slices of cucumber, minimal helping of peppers, a dash of sweetcorn, a slice of red onion, spoonful of grated cheese and a small drizzle of mayo/southwest! Maybe they should get smaller salad boxes instead of selling them half full! Will not be going to this particular shop again! Total rip off for what we got!

Gone down hill massively. Prioritise deliveroo/uber eats orders over people in the store. 25 mins yesterday it took for 2 x 6" subs with drink and crisps. Rude drivers barge by you at the till to grab orders. £16 as well! Basic subs as well!

For the last time... I tried this branch! ..... Don't go there! I payed for a foot long tuna sub..... The tuna is non existent and the (bacon I payed extra for was 2 tiny pieces on a foot long!! Also there bread is stale, asked for extra onion🤔 (charged for all the extras... bacon and cheese) yet I diddnt even get the normal amount! Even my dog wouldn't touch it I give up on subway and trying to find one who dosnt use fillings like there coming out there wages🙄 for the cost I at least want to taste some tuna on my tuna sub!

Worst experience I've had with a subway. Staff look miserable working there. Came here with my friend and ordered something off the breakfast menu (bacon and cheese 6 inch sub). Got charged £5 just for the sub but questioned it. The guy said he charged it on the daytime menu and changed the price back for me. When my friend payed for a vegan steak 6 inch sub, they tried to charge her £10 for it, but then corrected it back to £5 when she questioned it. Her bread was stale, but my food was fine. No apology after trying to overcharge us twice, and made the atmosphere uncomfortable with their terrible customer service.

When entering the store, it smells like fresh bread, which gets your food pallet tingling . It was a nice atmosphere, not too many people queuing, and plenty of seats available. The staff were friendly and helpful when making a selection, serving with a smile. They offer gluten-free bread for those who would like to know, and they try their best to make sure they do not contaminate you. I will say, though, eating here as a coeliac may be risky as all the fresh ingredients are often touched or placed back into containers, so i would say eat here at your own risk. My wife is coeliac, and she chooses to eat here, and it's not often that she has any symptoms. Overall a nice place to grab a tasty sandwich!

Ordered food at 3pm was delivered the wrong order at 5pm, said they'd re make my order and get it delivered by 6. Delivery driver didn't show up to the store so employee said they'd deliver on route home now 7pm still no food store has been closed for an hour now. They always miss items off had to claim multiple refunds genuinely beyond a joke. Update - Poor guy closing and cleaning everything alone has just got in touch will be delivering food soon has gone above and beyond - Josh has gone above and beyond and certainly deserves some recognition for his perfect customer skills today

So disappointed, we ordered online to be delivered to our work. I asked for a Turkey salad and got a tuna salad so had to remove the tuna and there wasn’t much salad for nearly £7 I paid and everyone else’s was like it had been in the freezer but some are supposed to be toasted so overall massively disappointed. A lot of food thrown in the bin. Do not use this location

First star it's already too much, but sometimes you might get your order before 20 minutes of waiting even when they are not busy. Don't expect to be clean or anything near...because it might be only in the morning when opening. The staff it's very unprofessional and I don't think that anyone is to blame but the person who trained them. Been there a couple of times...today was the last.

Food offered is okay in itself however the service didn't impress... The lady taking our order was not interested in customers needs and was aiming to deal with the queue waiting to order... So we had to order sides that we required after the subs were ready and in that time orders were taken from 5 more customers who had to wait in between the ordering spot and the salad station... At this point not only social distancing went out the window, customers also were unwillingly stepping into one another's space. Quality of the service should have been valued and prioritised rather than speed. Next time we'd rather drive to Top Valley Subway where service is always top class!

Went in yesterday (Sunday 16/05/2021 around 2pm) and was greeted by a man (who was on his own) the queue was really big however I was so impressed with his customer service skills, he apologised for the wait and was so professional whereas I think I would’ve been so stressed, I wasn’t the only one who commented on how good his customer service skills were someone in front of me did to! I didn’t feel rushed at all and actually no one minded the wait as we were greeted with kindness! I wish I took his name but he was tall and had a tattoo on his arm! Hope you figure out who it is and give him praise as he is a credit to your team!

Little bit sick, bloated and depressed. The shop was pretty nice though, the girls in there made good sandwiches. The food was lovely, I ordered through Uber Eat and his guy called Mazhar picked up my order, drove it to my house, parked across the road, took a photo of my house, didn't get out of his car , marked the order as delivered and he left no food on door step. Driver started journey on Willow Avenue, off Conway Road, he returns to address before delivering and he drives a black Toyota Yaris. I had to order again and now i'm waiting for a refund for the first order that wasn't delivered

The floor is often covered in rubbish/food and it's always a headache placing an order due to competing noise/staff distraction. The lady in charge berates her young staff and yet consistently gets things wrong! There needs to be a more regular clean up on and around the tables. I'd be surprised if it passed a hygiene assessment currently.

I feel had she not been too busy talking to her fellow artist, this could have been avoided and not wasted food.

Ordered a meat feast 6" sub, was given one meatball cut in half because they ran out, and staff member(manageress) tried to disguise the fact, no alternative was offered, the sub was Luke warm, hash browns were warm and soggy, didnt offer receipt that clearly had discount offers for future visits, and would not take my £50 note, not a pleasant experience.

Pretty good service, had a decent turnaround time on customers so I shan't imagine anyone standing around waiting for too long at all. Also I had the steak and cheese wrap and certainly wasn't disappointed. It had plenty of filling and was well made so I wasn't wearing half of it when I was eating. The children's meals are very reasonable however the bundled toys are not the greatest of items.

As soon as i approached the counter on this very hot day i noticed both the meat & salad bar were uncovered , there were mozzies in both sections walking all over the produce , as one member of staff was sweeping the floor in the eating area's . The man was putting the chairs and tables away , i said to him are you closed ..... No but we will be in 15 minutes , take out only .... I lookt at the time on my phone i thort ..... Strange its just gone 19.30 ..... Work area hygiene 0 out of 10 Lazyiness. . 2 out of 10 Customer service. 4 out of 10

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this Papa John’s. I ordered a small pizza and made it clear that I didn’t want sweetcorn on it. Despite my request, the staff member—who wore a turban—added sweetcorn anyway. When I pointed this out, he became defensive and insisted that I had asked for sweetcorn, which I absolutely hadn’t. His tone quickly turned aggressive as he kept pressing me about whether I wanted sweetcorn, even though I’d been clear from the start. What happened next was shocking. Instead of remaking the pizza, he began using his bare hands to remove the sweetcorn, disregarding basic hygiene. I expressed my concern and asked for a fresh pizza, but he argued that there was “nothing wrong” with his approach. Only after a frustrating back-and-forth did he finally decide to make a new pizza. This entire interaction was incredibly uncomfortable. I understand language barriers can happen, and that’s not an issue—but the unprofessional, argumentative attitude and lack of respect for basic food hygiene were unacceptable. This place seriously needs to improve its hygiene.
