Subway come back, i miss you :(

Probably the worst out of the bunch

Empty store, yet the tables were filthy. The bread was hard, the chicken was soft and the person on the till was vacant. I cleaned the table and seat to sit down and after the coffee was made, rather than bring it to me or even just let me know that it was ready. I turned around to see that both staff members were gone with my coffee sat by the till. Will never go to this branch again.

Food and service is good, but they seem terribly understaffed to manage customers and delivery orders at the same time. I had quite a wait while 1 staff member was trying to do everything! He was apologetic about the wait and was very nice, not his fault at all.

My local subway canton ..did go threw a bad staff problem last year it went right downhill and the staff were awful rude never opening on time ..never cookies but last couple of months picked itself up again and all good here .always cookiesalways good staffing subs back to being great again ..cant complain loving my subways again hope it continues this way ...few seats in there if your looking to sit inside too .

It's a typical Subway shop. It's clean and has a large enough seating area. No qualms about going here at all.

Flies all over food sadly this has been the case with a few stores I have visited. Not again thank you!

Footlong steak and cheese is the way to fill your boots haha oh and some mini hash browns and crisps ' hit the spot

Bought a wrap ti try something new shocking he put the meatballs in one big blob then instead of wrapping it up to a long rolled wrap like the pictures he crushed it into a tiny square I was in shock like what is that mess I said and he said that's how they have been told to do it so they need to update the pictures to the square mess whats next fold up the roll and crush into a square shocking

Staff are amazing - really friendly and knowledgeable.. Food is.. Well. Subways

When I got home with two foot long subways, after opening them up they completely fell apart in bits and all the filling fell out. Absolutely appalling food. Never had this happen before. Would never go to this branch again. Waste of money. Avoid this branch.

Not the best customer relations and didnt have wraps. Not rude, just indifferent

The worst subway I have ever been to. Staff are not managed at all. They gossip and moan between themselves while customers are waiting to be served. They do the uber orders before the customers who are waiting to be served in front of them without apologizing or letting them know they will be with them shortly. They dont wear their masks properly most of the time. They are dressed appropriately apart from their tops. They tend to get orders wrong as well. I could go on but you catch my drift....dont waste your time going there.

Long wait almost 25 minutes to be served... I understand social distancing etc but it was the longest wait I've ever experienced in any Subway. I think they applied discount so fair play but id look into that. Food great as usual

Food was lovely as always in the canton store but the young girl working there was the rudest person I’ve ever met she needs to sort her attitude out!

Appalling service today, staff working at a snails pace.

My daughter went in this morning to buy a meatball sub got all the way home and there was no meatballs in it. Poor service

Subways Leckwith. Ordered a classic platter and it was amazing. Excellent value with ample selection of salad items in container to add to the sandwich. Very good selection of fillings. Definetly value for money and enjoyed by all. Highly recommend.

Attitude of staff was appalling. Food decent.

Waited 2-3 to actually be acknowledged by staff n then a further 3-4 minutes to b served. Staff busying doing deliveroo orders. Staff not very apologetic. Not my favourite store probably wont be back here.

Food is lush staff are all way friendly

My son loves Subway. This one is clean and efficient with friendly staff, but there does seem to be different staff every time

Staff extremely rude. My son is autistic and the woman serving had no patience with him when we where placing our our order.. wouldn't recommend and certainly won't be coming back here

Always fast and efficient in this branch.

Usually ok, but today was chaos, 3+ staff members to make one sandwich and I was billed twice because they couldn't get it right on their own damn system. I suggest staff stop rushing and concentrate on what they are actually suppose to be doing!

Footlong steak and cheese was freezing cold and the lady that served me in the morning was a right moody cow! Was tempted actually to leave and go elsewhere.. Won't bother coming to this one again.. No wonder its quiet there :(

A friend of mine went to work for subway. The manager (who is indian) there gave my friend a three week trial without pay which my friend agreed to. (He said he would pay him later but did not) Then after the three weeks the manager (Sam) said that he did not get the job but will have to train for another month without pay. This is ridiculous. He did the same thing with someone else. He is a liar.

After waiting 15 - 20 mins with just two people in front of me, I gave up and went elsewhere! Service too slow.

Bought a footlong vege patty sandwich today, they didn't microwave the patties first though do it was cold but it filled a hole. Subway is a franchise chain this one is much like any other.
