I had a biscoff waffle and a peanut butter milkshake and it was amazing! Probably like 1500 calories but worth it and the ambiance of the place is very nice, old fashioned American restaurant vibes

Quick service, friendly staff, definitely going to keep coming. Options are endless! Food never fails, always freshly made for each customer. Bueno waffle is the absolute best but the cookie dough is way better then other restaurants, definitely affordable for the quality of the food. High calorie but worth it!

Perfect desserts and a relaxed atmosphere allow you to enjoy a sweet treat in peace.

Solid desert venue - perhaps a little long in the tooth now - nothing new presented and other venues have eclipsed this original venue - costs are on the high side for the quality of the food - as with all these types of venues drinks are vastly overpriced

It's always special to visit kaspa's cz the food never disappoints me today we had waffles and choco fudge and it was so fulfilling..loved it ! Loved it allot !!

It's comfortable on weekdays and the service is alright, I enjoy getting sundaes and cheese cake (gluten free) 🧇 😋 they also have boba like drinks in smoothie form, which is nice (I got stawberry and my friend got blueberry)

I really wish I'd gotten the name of our server because she was so lovely and friendly! Me and my partner always love coming in here. The desserts are absolutely delicious and a fair price considering how big they are!

Food as expected, and friendly staff, but you need to sort out your toilets - poor signage, dirty, no supplies. I hope you care for your food prep areas better than your toilets!

Only ordered basic ice creams as the kids were still pretty full from lunch. Everyone seemed to enjoy and the portions were good value imo for the price. Main reason for the review is because the staff were all great. Friendly and attentive service. Seemed to deal with a little altercation with some youths well and just overall made what could have been a stressful visit with sugared up kids a nice experience. Would definitely visit again with more room for a bigger desert (the crepes being made fresh looked delicious)

I remember when the shop was new the queue was too long to get there. Now its almost empty, the reason is because of the prices are way too expensive and the amount of each dessert is too small. Make it fair

Ice Cream, Waffles, Sundaes. Lots of choice and there is plenty of seating with takeaway. Very Nice ice cream but it is a bit expensive but it is 100% worth it.

Disgusting service, waited 2 hours for delivery and when asked the shop they were very rude! Didn’t get the order in the end, avoid!

Good place to visit with kids shame portion sizes are too big for little kids lol. Otherwise a good place to visit if you have a sweet tooth

we popped in on Tuesday afternoon 1st august,we had a childs dessert and two coolers which were delicious,the young man who showed us to our table and fetched our desserts was very friendly and polite,it was a nice experience,even the lady on the till was very friendly and you could see the staff took pride in their work as they were constantly cleaning and everyone who came through the door was treated in the same friendly manner.

Ice cream, waffles, desserts. Lots of choice or build your own. Plenty of seating or takeout. Very nice ice cream perhaps a little expensive. They are large enough to share though.

I visit the place with my daughter my granddaughter they both enjoyed it there the staff were approachable, the place was very clean, it's a nice place to go to for a snack.

Place is very run down with holes in the chairs and some of the cutlery was dirty. Decent service though and the food was awesome!

Very nice place, cosy and clean. The staff is very professional and kind. The front of the house man was an amazing guy polite and respectful of all ages. We were very impress with his manners and professionalism. Shame we didn't get his name as he should be praised for the job he performs. Kaspas should be very proud for having someone like him making such a good impression at the door. Highly recommend this place. Will definitely visit again.

Great ice cream, very well air conditioned, needed in the current heat! Big choice of ice cream, cakes, waffles and more. Staff were friendly and ordering is quick. Lost a star due to the bathrooms though. Dirty, no toilet roll in the ladies and overall extremely shabby with peeling plaster.

St Mary St, Cardiff i really like kaspas but I won't be going this one again, Me and my girlfriend went in And we thought we would share what was going have , I'll was going get the cutlery myself for me and my girlfriend and they no u can't bring it to said need two set 2 me my gf and they forgot my girlfriend's cutlery so I went up and got one and someone said excuse excuse me we brought it all to you to the table in shouting way, nah I said you forgot my girlfriend because we like to share because new the portions going be big and we thought it would be romantic, just kill the mood, and so rude in there and miserable ghetts what did there think I've gone to do run off with cattery down street, and we hat to be told where to sit wouldn't have said anything if it was busy no one in there now I know why this on the weekend stick to one in Barry Ireland least they got a smile on their face

I came into this kaspas today and every time I receive really good customer service from all of the polite,hard working team. Everyone is so helpful and nice from the second I walk inside, this Kaspas in the city centre deserves 5 stars and I was aloud to be seated where I was comfortable. The desserts were brought to the table within 5 minutes and Hannah was amazing!! She’s an awesome worker and is always happy. 😁

Some of the Staff are extremely rude and un helpful. Pancake came out cold and they refused to give me a new one until we had to go up a few times to then get given funny looks at the table. All very rude and petty x

Still closed at 12:03, they said....we open at 12:30 today....👎👎👎

Great place very clean. Crepes and waffles were very good and cooked fresh. Did forget milkshakes that were ordered but when told they made them straight away.

Don't believe the hype. Nice decor but I don't think the taste is worth the price. Sugar is obviously addictive and taste good whatsoever, so most people obviously enjoyed it but there are better alternatives that can be as sweet with much less the sugar, such as pouring sugar over caramel over strawberries. Really!

My kids love this place. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the waiting is usually over 20 minutes. But otherwise the food is always on point and service is good here which is why I keep going back!

Best desserts ever good value for money

Went for a quick bite with work colleagues before working an evening shift ... orders were muddled, and came out in dribs and drabs. Food was tasty enough though. Lighting was very poor - the whole one side of the dining area had no working lights.

Myself and my friend attended here 2 weeks ago, ate our desserts and before leaving visited the toilet... Oh my days, if I'd visited the toilet before ordering our desserts there's no way we would have eaten there.. Disgusting state absolutely stinking

I must admit, this place is always top notch however, tonight it was even better. Was introduced to the store by a lovely young lady who quickly took me and my mate to a booth she was polite all throughout. Our food was exceptionally quick and lovely as per usual as well. Great Staff, Great desserts best about easily!

Came today and was very impressed, deserts were well presented and delicious. Service was also outstanding, I’ve looked on my receipt for the young man that served us but the name says Gloria. The gentleman was very polite, and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our visit. Will deffo be popping in again

Boiling in there, but couldn't fault the service

The food here in this particular branch isn't checked regularly we were given a gone off slice of cake, told a member of staff they then raised it to the manager who become very defensive & rude. After 15-20 minutes of the manager waffling on they finally replaced it with somthing else.

This place is a must, a dessert restaurant is a genius idea, portions are huge so it's a meal in itself, if I'm near a city I instantly look for a kaspas restaurant, food is fresh and delicious, I try to have something different everything but there is so much on the menu it's so hard to pick 1 thing

Very disappointed! Came here as 2 adults and 4 children, food was lovely, but disappointed at the fact they would not allow us to use the toilets!! As a restaurant serving drinks aswell as food, this was a big let down. Having to rush our food in order to find somewhere to take our children to the toilet really spoiled our experience here.

Desserts are delicious, they managed to squeeze 5 of us in. Only complaint would be waiting for staff to serve us, but it’s understandable due to COVID-19.

Great place to come for dessert, keep your receipt as they've forgotten my order on more than one occasion. But it's a fair price for some amazing desert creations.

Having been to a fair share of dessert places in my time in various cities this was by far the least impressive of them all. Food although brilliantly presented was actually quite bland ( even the cookie dough!), my waffles didn't taste fresh and weren't very flavour -some despite the toppings. Decor was outdated and didn't look very clean with a bad choice of dance track on loop in the background. Was expected to pack my dessert myself when I asked to take the rest home which I thought was lazy and unprofessional. Over all nothing special at all.

This place is exceedingly over-priced for the produce it serves. It also has a 1 hygiene rating, which is alarming and odd (how hard is it to keep a dessert parlour clean??). Always seems to have a wait for tables too.

Nice enough. Choices are ice cream, sundaes, waffles, crepes or cookie dough. Few cheesecakes and that here and there. I prefer another dessert place that do similar but better.
