Subway in Castlereagh

Got a foot long chicken, ham and salami for my lunch the other day TOASTED aswell!! And I have received a very upset stomach, including sharp pains, the runs, sweating and dizziness all of this has happened within the space of a few hours and is still continuing to make me feel like this as I right this and I am blaming the chicken and the sauce that was used!!! Chicken tasted like rubber and when you open the sub and look at it some bits don’t even look cooked!! Just a heads up folks incase anything of the similar has happened to anyone else. And the staff where not that friendly I near enough needed to get them to shout so I could hear them. Friday 20th October Subway Dundonald,cherry hill

No coffee,at least a pound dearer than any other subway,and the toasted breakfast wrap I asked to be well done was no more than lukewarm.I travel the country,and have breakfast 2-3 times a week from subway I won't be using this branch again.

Nightmare, There was only one customer in front of me being served while there was 3 subway workers and only one of them was actually serving customers, the other two were not sure what doing?? While the worker who was serving, was clearly struggling and being slow, wasted like 30 mins for a 6inch, joke.

Ordered the classics meal deal 6 inch turkey and ham on the board behind the till it says £5.59 that's the deal price with a drink and a cookie girl had made it all up then charged me £6.09 so asked the girl is that not a deal for £5.59 she said no prices had gone up it came from head office it's not her fault as quick as she could she had thrown the receipt in the bin so I asked for another one to find she had charged me for a coffee and cookie combo and the sandwich was charged separately instead of the putting it as a meal it's not a big lot of extra money but the price of things is bad enough at the minute without trying to squeeze more out of people I've been to other subways and been charged the proper price but this place always seems dearer and that's why so check your receipts maybe head office should get involved

Very slow at times. And multiple wrong orders.

Team productivity is low, order for collection through app is never ready when it says. The team hadn’t even made it and this has happened on more than one occasion. The que system makes it difficult to get to the till to make the staff aware that your here to collect the order. Please take this review into consideration and make changes in the management of this store.

Dissapointing to see them closing 30 minutes early. 4 customers were turned away at 1835hrs because they had just closed although the opening times say 7pm. Not the first time either. Usually a good service during the day however.

Fine for a lunch on the go. Mid range price compared to most other takeaways. Any deviations from the norm seems to result in extra charges.

It is inside the local Spar. It is clean and the staff are very friendly.
