Food cold, item missing and poor quality (mayo tasted off - sour taste). Majority of order put in bin.

Efficient and friendly service

£18.50 with delivery for 1 box meal and 1 extra bit of chicken and they were the smallest pieces of chicken I've ever seen, and the coating tasted burnt. Its too expensive to be so poor value.

I live nearby so have been to this KFC quite a few times. It is by far the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. The service is always incredibly slow, the staff couldn’t care less, and the order is usually wrong. Every time I go, I vow to not come back again. Then a few years pass and I give it another try. Each time I am even more disappointed.

Meant to close at ten on a Saturday. Seems they decided to close at nine. Useless

Gravy, mini fillets and dips missing from the order. Wasnt too concerned about the time as they were clearly busy but missing items didnt help for the review.

Order placed at 17.18 & initially delivery was 18.00. This moved out twice & 1 hour & 20 minutes later it was delivered. This is not good enough.

Estimated delivery time kept changing. Food recreceived just over an hour from time of order, but on app it didn't show 'delivery on way' store never answers phone calls when looking for an update on any orders.

When the food arrived, every one of our four meals was cold. We were also missing a drink and half of one of the mighty buckets. We will not order from here again

No order arrived. Said it had arrived but it hadn’t. Stood outside looking for delivery driver…no one about. I’ve requested a refund. Tried to phone the restaurant a few times to tell them but no answer. Have submitted same order to KFC Connswater…hopefully with more success.

Delivery was fine, but item missing from order

Very poor burger, so thin there was hardly room for chicken between the coating. The bread bun was stale and the lettuce was not just soggy, it looked like it was rotten in parts. Fries were OK, but the original recipe chicken was dripping and soggy with grease.

Small order yet 3 items incorrect!!! Every time I give KFC another chance they still mess up!! At least it’s consistent!! 🤦🏼‍♀️

Most of the staff didn't speak English or seem to know what they were doing, which is probably why the whole experience was a disaster. All the customers were sitting about waiting 30mins+ for their food including some angry customers in carpark. We ended up getting a refund as we weren't filled with confidence - went elsewhere.

Wait for 25mins for take out absolute shambles!

Ordered for takeaway and my food was presented on a tray. Their app wasn't working so I couldn't get the special offers. There contactless card reader had stopped working and then to top it all off, the order wasn't correct.

Wasn't a complicated order. Hard to get wrong. But yet...

Knowing that everyone loves to leave more negative than positive comments I have to say we Love, Love Love this KFC Saintfield Road.... highly rate. The lady on drive thru yesterday was so polite and ensuring our order was correct, our food was perfect, hot and extremely tasty. We will definitely return. Well done guys keep up the great work. Yous are amazing. Much love.

Called store multiple times after 30 mins from said delivery time but no answer. Had to drive to store to get my food but was informed driver had left 15 mins prior. My Wife was waiting for the food at home which is less than a 10 min drive from store. Had to wait another 15 mins before the food was finally delivered. Food was cold.

I wanted to pay with cash. Ordered at the kiosks as required, and then waited in line for my order. Eventually staff asked what I was waiting for and I told them my order number, they said I needed to pay before they received my order! This meant then after that I had to wait another while until my food was ready. What a crappy system! All to save on staff costs and customer service. There is nothing anywhere to say this is the way it works.

I love KFC but every time I come to this one, there is something wrong with the order… I keep coming back hoping that it will improve but tonight was terrible… the slowest KFC ever… either the staff aren’t trained well enough or there isn’t enough.. I don’t know what the problem is.. will I come back? Probably 🤦🏼‍♀️

Tried to place an order via the app and collect at the drive through. No joy, the app "wasn't working". Went in and placed an order in-store. Waited 20mins, asked what the ETA was and was told another 20mins because of something which I can't remember, because I was too hungry. I agreed to a substitute for the thing that was going to add 20mins and they handed me the order a few minutes later. When I got home, I had no idea what had been substituted as it wasn't what they said it would be. Also the large gravy ordered was missing. The staff were nice, friendly people. But that operation is in serious need of staff. Won't be back any time soon. Too many poor experiences.

Stay away at all cost 45 min wait for straight forward order

Unreliable, took kids and the restaurant was closed due to staff, this happens quite alot

Ordered 2 meals and waited 40 minutes even though there was only 4 people in the queue. When we got the food there were several mistakes on the order, and to that I was asked to describe the changes I needed, instead of identifying the issues and providing me with the correct order. Will take ages, don’t go In a rush.

Took over an hour and a hlaf to deliver, then all food was cold, was wasted as i dont have a microwave so couldnt eat it very disappointed

I was charged for the full meal, but they didn’t include the dip sauce or coleslaw. Also, the can of Pepsi was warm.

All food in this order was cold as I received my order over an hour late. Delivery driver said he was given 2 orders by KFC were I ordered my food. I phoned the restaurant and they said No they only gave him the one order. £18 for food that’s stone Cold and has to be heated after receiving it, That’s not right. I would like a FULL REFUND asap!! I even have a Screenshot of delivery going opposite direction to my house to deliver the other order. While I wait over an hour. Unacceptable

Come here with my kids as they love KFC. Ordered ice cream for the two boys after they ate and the staff gave the boys their ice cream for free. Very nice touch. Kudos to the staff here.

I honestly don't know how KFC is still a thing. People order from here based on a memory from 10 years ago. The food is diabolical... a meal costs over £10 and consists of about 14 anemic cold soggy fries , a small pathetic burger topped with 5 strands of stale soggy lettuce ,a gallon of sauce, and to wash it down a nice warm tin of pepsi (yum). Every time I order food from here it's always regret that I didn't order somewhere else

Have never had a problem here but what an absolute shambles tonight. Lots of people in the restaurant annoyed with late/incorrect orders. We tried to eat in, our order took over half an hour. When we did get it the sides were wrong - when we asked for this to be corrected we were informed they were out of stock (this had not been updated on the self-service machine). We were not offered any kind of recompense for the time or lack of what we ordered. At this point we were tired and annoyed so took our food with us, got home to discover my tower fillet burger was just a piece of chicken in a bun - no sauce, no hash brown. Has discouraged me from ordering in the future.

Always run out of condiments and can take a good while for order especially dining in.

This is getting extremely frustrating! 9/10 times I order either through the drive thru or just eat, there is something missing. You need to take lessons from McDonald's on there order quality checks. They don't miss items. It's ridiculous that I have to get a refund, then reorder, and pay delivery charges again!!

Food arrived on time, but when I opened the bag the pop corn chicken had been put in upside down, with the result it had fallen out of the box and was lying loose at the bottom of the bag. I ordered the 12 piece boneless box meal, only 11 bits of chicken were in the box. The fries were tasteless as they had no seasoning on them like they normally do. Very poor order tonight 👎

There is a special that says if you spend over £21 you get 2 free hot wings & a box shows up which also says free. I clicked on the free box as anyone would, not only did I not receive my 2 free hot wings, I got charged for them at £2.29 after spending £45.

absolutely horrendous..the couple of bits of dried out refried wings which I should have got 4 of i added 2 more. plus beans and gravy..was supposed to come with chips and 2 chicken pieces plus 2 chicken tenders I spent nearly 30 I'm disgusted. I am a single mum with 3 kids this was a treat I wouldn't eat out of there again and I expect a full refund not the measly 7 credit

KFCs fault not the driver. The time of delivery kept moving out, at least 40 mins past the original time. I can see in tracking the driver was sitting in the restaurant waiting for the food. KFC prioritise restaurant, then drive thru, then Just Eat. Use another KFC not this one.

I placed my order with scheduled delivery (paid more than one hour in advance) to be delivered at 12:50pm, it was delivered almost at 1:30pm. On top of that I didn’t receive the 2 cookies I ordered.

Terrible- ordered a 14 piece bucket, got delivered a 6 piece bucket, absolutely ridiculous and not enough food to feed everyone. Extremely disappointing.

The corn on the cob was a bit dry they need to go back to putting loads of butter on them 😂but other than that the food was tasty and filling 🤗

Called into KFC saintfield Road. I ordered via the app for collection. Upon my arrival I tried to check in using the app but something went wrong. Explained at the counter and unfortunately they couldn’t do the order because there is no live order. Alex who then helped further, I re ordered and she was more than helpful. She has served me a few times when I’ve been in and is always friendly but today she went above and beyond. Her customer service is second to none. Deserves a pay rise. Sad to hear that she is leaving soon but best of luck on your new venture
