Subway in Warrington

Absolutely disgusted , ordered my son a gluten free sandwich with bacon on. He got one thin( skinny ) slice of bacon that’s all when I questioned this he said portion control. Funny how every other subway we been he got more than one slice. The staff was not helpful what so ever and a little rude towards us after I questioned the bacon. The staff member then went on to cover it in bbq when my son asked of a little bit. Rude and arrogant . Will not be returning to this branch ever again after that. My son was so disappointed with his sandwich .

I’ve visited Subway locations in five different countries, and I can confidently say that this is the worst branch I've ever been to. My top favorites are in Kuwait, where the portions, customer service, cleanliness, and atmosphere are consistently excellent. Unfortunately, this branch falls short in every aspect. The customer service is non-existent, the tables are not clean, and the portion sizes are laughably small. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location.

After spending £28 on 4 sandwiches, 2 x 6” and 2 x 2 kids sandwiches, I asked for a paper cup to split a drink between the kids, and they said it’s £1.35!!!!! For a paper cup! Come on subway, where is the customer service!

One of the employees was sweeping the tables and the service was very bad, the blonde girl was very arrogant.

Avoid this subway like the plague. I don't know what on earth their doing with the meat but they gave me severe stomach cramps, bloated stomach - the rest you can probably guess yourself. Lasted for 4 days and I've had to drink food supplements. Worst experience I've ever had after just eating a damn sandwhich. On top of that, it's not clean in the slightest and staff are not the nicest to say the least.

Standard fare. But would not give a cup of water for someone to take medication on the basis of not being allowed to give out logo'd items for free. 🤔🤔🤔

Toilets a disgrace. Not been cleaned for ages and no baby change

Every other subway I went to, they were happy to swap the salad on pizziola apart from this one. I asked kindly if I can swap it...S W A P, not add extra. They refused, walked out and bought from a different subway. I understand you guys have different franchises, but either the employee wasn't aware of being allowed to change or you just simply gonna lose customers.

I’m so glad I went here a huge good review is this review I’m writing the food was amazing it was so good they had vegan/veg options in the side also gluten free! Seems Good Cleanliness is good amazing really full and service still was good listened perfectly got my food in 4 minutes!

Service was bland, employees were ignorant and unenthusiastic. The food has gave me food poisoning so hygiene is pretty poor. Overall do not recommend this branch or subway altogether.

Rude and pathetic service...the lady ( no smile no apologies) says that they dnt put salad in breakfast....i only asked for olives to put in my egg sandwich...i ve had this sandwich in breakfast for over 7 years now...with olive and sweetcorn...but she was adamant that this franchise doesn't do salad in breakfast..giving me expression that why are you asking for salad in breakfast?!!she eventually put olives in as a favour!! Not returning here... absolutely rude and pathetic service

Not very clean and not very friendly staff. But the meals have the standard subway quality.

Trash subway orderd a sandwich after the staff had finished their conversation first,burnt and dripping with liquid cappuccino was weak no offer for wooden stick to stir had to ask waste of money.

Actual trash service, I went in there proved that the app shows they were supposed to be doing a special and I was eligible to redeem it and they refused to honor it so will not be going back

Hi I was in the other night there and there was a young girl behind counter clearly upset and I could over heard her saying on phone that she couldn’t go home even know she was severely not well as management couldn’t get cover o think that’s terrible management should be looking after there employees

Rude management. I never wrote reviews but felt like I had to with this! I normally like lots of sauce on my salad at subway as a personal preference. As I ask for lots of sauce the girl making it rolls her eyes and the manager rudely said ‘be careful how much you put on because she is going to have to pay for it!’ I don’t mind paying for it at all but there was no need for her to be so rude. Did not make me feel welcome at all. Will not be returning

Recommend for gluten free if you crave a proper sandwich

Served me HARD bread ( Italian herbs & cheese) So hard I could barely eat. Served by “Samra” I will be thinking twice before going there for a subway.

Waited nearly 2hrs for a delivery. Rang & are rang they not answering. Can any help on how I get my money back. If they can't get the stuff out why are they still taking orders . Not impressed 😡

never been so annoyed in a subway, server didn't listen and nearly gave me the wrong bread, didn't confirm which of the three chickens my partner asked for and just started making him a random sandwich, when I specifically asked for a couple of jalapeños they put a massive handful on and then finally when it came to pay they charged us for everything in our meals individually rather than putting through the deal and bagged it up without any napkins, bear in mind I had ordered a meatball sub, the wrapper had disintegrated by the time I went to open it and I ended up with sauce everywhere

Great customer service etc, all things enjoyable. But it's only open like 1/3 of the time I wanna eat subway :((. Closes way too early. Literally hire me for night shift.

Stood waiting for 10 minutes while the girl working on her own was making up a takeaway order, she acknowledged me straight away and apologised saying she’ll be a few minutes, that’s a good point, I don’t mind waiting. Another customer came in, along with the delivery driver, they got talking about bikes. We all stood waiting for a few more minutes, the girl making up the takeaway order shouted someone in the back to help, she told the person who came out that I was first in the queue. This new server immediately served the guy who walked in last, I said ‘I was here first’ she looked at me with a blank expression and continued to serve the other guy, so I walked out and could hear them all laughing! So yer, I’d give zero stars but google won’t let me!

A very pleasant visit to Warrington branch today. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. Gave me table service due to me being disabled. The young gentleman remembered me from my last visit whi h was nice food is very acceptable. The only thing I felt could be improved is the seating area heating, as it was rather cold. Food was nice but no help for new customers. Music too loud to hear the staff who didn't speak good English anyway. My missus asked for a 6 inch sub and the guy started making me an identical sandwich despite me being gluten intolerant and not having said what I wanted. He then rolled his eyes when I asked for gluten free bread, kept asking if I wanted cheese on my tuna sandwich etc. Just really hard going. The guy on the till was disinterested, didn't give us cups for drinks or point us in the direction of the drinks machine. Most of the tables were covered in rubbish or debris from previous customers even though the staff had time to stand around and talk or sing along to the radio. I do hope all Subway stores aren't this bad

Not very clean at all, greasy tables and dirty floors, at least when i was there.

A member of staff here called Ross asked if I would like him to change his gloves as I had asked for vegan option. I have never been asked at other subway branches. Very impressed that the member of staff took into consideration diverse customer requirements.

Great choice of sandwich fillers

Actual food is great, and staff are friendly, but the sensor on the automatic door only seems to trigger when you're at the point you've already walked into the door. I've sat inside to eat and watched 3 separate people walk into the door, and another 3 or so dance around outside looking confused until it finally opened. It's been like this for at least several weeks. Please fix this?

Not had issues with other branches, but this one is not vegetarian friendly. Cheese container coated in meat.

Nice an fresh. I love sub of the day on a Thursday. It tastes so nice. The sub wraps are amazing too. Great idea. Only downside is the breakfast subs are not that nice.
