Consistent with what you would expect from a McD. The woman at the counter was exceptional at service though. Working fast and logical for reducing the wait time.

Goid place to go for a quick meal

Is it me or has McDonalds has gone down hill chips cold or there’s always something wrong or missing

Clean and great hot food, such a difference in the restaurant from when I worked here in 1998 😁

This place might as well be youth hostel with the amount of kids in there vaping and smoking and none the staff doing anything about it this place gonna get reported to council because something needs to be done asap

Order at 10:37 it’s now 12:16 the orders been cancelled and I’m left with no money and no food

Got two things wrong with the order. Took my daughter there because she likes to colour in but no crayons.

I ordered via Uber Eats & my order was delivered (allegedly) to an alternative address. I rang the delivery person (Kalaab) who laughed & stated it was my fault that he’d delivered my order elsewhere. He then pretended not to understand English & hung up on me. I visited the store & was advised by the manager that she didn’t know how to issue a refund!!!!! She also refused to provide me with the food I’d paid for. I was then refused the contact details of her superior to take the matter further. I found this whole experience belittling & totally arrogant. She saw no issue with me being out of pocket & not received what I’d paid for. If this is standard practice then Trading Standards should step in.

I love the place and services was fast.

Busy place as always but food was warm rather than hot. Ordered 3 kids meals 2 adult meals girl put all on one tray .half the items fell off soon as picked up the tray. Drinks ans chips everywhere . Will go again but not when so busy

Bad service. Asked for no cheese n the guy just peeled it off my burger. Then waited 10 minutes for it to be remade. Ended up getting my money back.

Ok but had to return a burger as they got the order wrong, 3 burgers later I finally got what I wanted.

Wish they would sort the unruly youngsters out, they spoil the atmosphere here. Makes it very uncomfortable to enjoy a coffee or food.

While waiting for our order, the staff helped an elderly gent who was confused and walked him over to the new cod on the block.

The exterior is being renovated now. But the food is always bad. The chips are cold and hard. It's the same every time. The prices have gone up now. But the portions are too small.

I got kicked out mid eating my meal The manger was very rude I get teenagers where messing about but there was no need to kick my family out while eating a meal I ended up dropping my sauce And my food was soggy because of the rain The manger was unbelievably rude!

For the fifth time in 2 weeks, it's not opened on time. This time opening the doors, for it to be announced at 06.30 that there not open. Why don't they announce its closure, as it does not cater for the early morning crowd.. the question about take away or dine in is pointless..

Not worth it, better pay more and go somewhere else

Philly stack. Really overcooked & dry, no onions and only one slice of pickle. First McDonalds in 40 years I’ve not finished as it was so bad. My husband’s McCrispy was equally over cooked and dry. Was really busy but no excuse for poor food with the amount of the staff working. Won’t go there ever again. Good job they’re not all like that.

I am absolutely fumin my drink is half the size of what it should be and my chips are basically empty I was really looking forward to be having McDonald’s but then my nan comes home with half of my chips and drink the food isn’t even very hot and it’s got no salt on it, not only that but they tried to cover it up by filling half of it with whipped cream thinking that they can get away with it you can tell I haven’t even drank anything because my straw is still in its cover but seriously McDonald’s get better this has really upset me considering that it cost full price as well and some families can’t even afford it and I don’t care about how late it was we should still be getting our full amount this isn’t even the first time that I have had my drink not been full lately it’s been lot more empty than usual

Food took too long, ordered one cheeseburger and a large oasis took well over 5 mins to prepare

I went in ordered 2 apple pies 2 mcflurrys and two donuts, the donuts was stale and I only got 1 apple pie

Went in quick bite and drink for breakfast, not very busy, plenty of seating available and quick service

Found 3 separate hairs in my burger, made me feel sick will not go back

I ordered a meal with fries, but no ketchup provided. I asked one of the staff for ketchup, but she said they will charge 10p each. I think all fries should come with ketchup, just like nugget come with dip.....

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to girl was so rude who served me. Ordered table service and instead of bringing food over they shouted the table number out after already waiting 20 minutes for food. Girl who gave me the food would only give me 1 sauce even though we bought 2 meals. Awful service

Girl with the blonde hair was extremely rude so bloody lazy that she couldn’t be arsed to bring our food over when we ordered table service. Aggressively shouts the table number because she’s that bone idle. Was very snotty when asked about sauce and started looking us up and down asif we’d lost the plot for a bit of curry sauce which is free by the way

It's a Mcdonald's... but an increasingly rare restaurant without a drive through. It's a shame that my quest to visit all the UK McDonald's will have missing entries from the uncompetitive ones in town centres. This one is seemingly free of security/bouncers at the time of my visit.

Always a great place to visit for a quick bite and a coffee. Staff are polite and friendly and the food is good value for money. Seating could be a little more cosy and comfortable but is fine. A definite place to visit every week.

Don't bother with breakfast Mcmuffin, tasteless and dry. Or the hashbrowns, just a disgusting grease "triangle" Don't waste your money. The 2 stars are for the coffee

Just the worst experience ever, rude staff, took 15 minutes for our food to be served to us. We saw the manager walk about doing nothing to ask why the queue was so long. Two female employees eating their breakfast complaining they had been at work since 6.30am, dirty uniforms. Not visiting again

Good McDonald's, it's near one of the train stations so good for lunch in-between connections if you have long enough.

Often stop here for a quick bite when I'm in town generally do not seem to have any issues at all, but, since covid it has been much more quieter which is not a bad thing at all.

Placed order via UbeEats. Order was given to the driver who phoned me to say that he wanted more money to deliver teh order.. basically being shook down for a tip. I called the restaraunt and the so called manager couldnt be less arsed. Said to contact UberEats. I get that but at the end of the day, from my perspective as a customer, UberEats is nothing more than an ordering method. I placed my order for food from MCDONALDS... NOT UberEats. They should make it right with the customer and deal with UberEats AFTER the fact as it was THEY who decided to use UberEats as their medium for ordering! In the end, food never arrived and I am out £20! If I went in to Tesco and stole £20 worth of goods, I would expect to be arrested if caught, so my next call is to the Police.

Order was perfect and fresh, very friendly staff.

For the third time the restaurant has missed items off the order that was sent by uber. When contacted, they claimed that it was the fault of uber eats. However, they had not packed the order correctly and requested that we attend the restaurant to collect our missing order. Having asked for a replacement or a refund and pointing out that this was not our problem but that of McDonalds we were accused of being “offensive” Overall, the staff member Dawn was rude and was not interested in offering a solution. We now have 1 Mcflurry to share between 3 children, yet again we remain out of pocket due to the incompetence of Mcdonald’s Bridge Street Warrington

It's OK to fill a gap or grab a coffee. Needs a deep clean, toilets where not the greatest either but it serves a purpose.

Fantastic customer service, our young daughter dropped her happy meal making a mess on the floor. This resulted in our older son who has autism to become upset by the mess etc. I went to the counter to purchase another happy meal and they handed me the meal free of charger, quickly cleaned the mess and reassured our son. We need more customer service, awareness and understanding like this... well done mcdonalds staff 👏

Enjoying our meal outside in the rain. It's cold and wet but the tables are in use by teens on their phones without food or drink. So nice sitting in the rain with a 2 yr old and a 11 week old baby.

Upon entering we were welcomed with dirty looks from my surprise the actual manager who did not look happy to be working what so ever once we finally order our food some of it was to a poor quality and missing the staff behind the counter sorted it immediately where the manager was no where to be see bit when she was she always had the dirtiest look on her face and a horrible attitude towards us this individuals name was marrie all I can say if you can't be bothered smiling and greeting your guests to a high standard you may as well work somewhere else. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Just like any other McDonald's restaurant really but I can say that having been here several times over the years, you always receive a good level of service and the staff are polite and friendly.
