Subway in Lewisham

This restaurant is very quiet and clean. The waiter is very friendly. I like tuna the most. You can sit and eat it. The window is very clean, which will make you feel good.

We had really good experience today. The staff members are very friendly. So happy with the service.

Today I had very bad experience with subway Because I ordered food but I observed that one aged lady is very dirty i thing she is managers and zero manners subwy need to chnge

Crisps was missing from my order.

Nice but was missing 2 items and i’m not able to claim back for them without claiming back the whole meal, which will get denied.

They given me the complete wrong order ! Trying to contact the store there number online doesn’t work and the food come late and was freezing , can’t even feed this to my kids as they are fussy eaters and won’t eat what has been delivered it’s a completely joke !

I had a very bad experience today at subway. I ordered my sandwich off the subway app for collection. When I arrived, I saw one the employees making my sandwich. It got to the part when she was putting the vegetables on my sandwich and I asked her to put extra sweetcorn. She then proceeded to tell me I have to pay extra for the sweetcorn. I was confused and thought it was a joke. I told her on the app it does not give me the option to pay for extra veggies. She said you have to pay extra in store. Bare in mind on the menu board it does not state anything about paying extra for vegetables/salad. She also said I have to pay for extra sauce again no mention of this on the app or instore. The lady was very rude and unprofessional. This is the worst experience I’ve had at a subway. I have never had to pay for extra veggies or extra sauce. This has to be made clear in store as on the app you don’t have to pay extra for veggies.

I cannot stress enough how bad this place is. Delayed, half of order missing, food poor and telephone number to shop not in use. I never leave bad reviews, but have to so that people can avoid ordering from here. Honestly don’t waste your money.

Terrible no facilities in use and unclean

You should take care of things which are allergic to customers as they don’t eat So this is totally wrong What you did you put tomatoes in it, and I am allergic to it. So kindly figure it out for me.

You failed to follow food safety and hygiene basic standards, answered a unprofessional phonecall, played with your phone Infront of customers and when asked to change your gloves you become aggressive! The sun was burnt and it was a complete mess

Ordered a footlong chicken tikka without cheese due to allergies and delivered with cheese. 6 inch sub ordered with cheese came without cheese and barely any meat. Not have to ordered more food as unable to eat the food.

Went there around 6:45 yesterday there was this girl and a guy working. The guy was extremely nice and girl was very rude. We paid for refillable drink so when we tried to refill it the drink machine wasn’t working. We asked the girl without even checking she was like I don’t know not working. I was like how do we refill it then she said I don’t know not working. Then we went outside the next door shop and came back after 5minutes. I asked the girl is it working now she is like you can’t just come back here to refill it. I said I am coming back because it wasn’t working when I bought it. She rolled her eyes at me even though I wasn’t being rude or anything just simply asked. There is no manager in the shop either. Very bad service. Not going back

Delivery driver spent 7 minutes in front of my house, not making effort to find it. Because it was a man with a rucksack on a bicycle chatting to a friend on his phone, I had no idea it was him from my window until I checked tracking. Food spoiled.

Today we went there for a quick lunch but the customer service was really disappointing and food was okayish half of filling we’re falling out and there was a man and a lady who is not trained properly and when we ask about some offer they simply replied we don’t know. Like what is this?? And they both had a rude behaviour towards us. Subway Please make sure they have proper training about offer and teach them for better customer service.

I had a highly disappointing experience at the Subway in Lewisham. Upon arrival, I asked about the contents of the All Star Chicken Sub, and the staff member rudely replied, "Look for yourself on the screen." This unprofessional attitude gave me a very bitter first impression. Next, I ordered a Big Bombay Subway and a Saver Subway. While I know what comes in the Saver Sub, the lady preparing my order bluntly stated the ingredients and told me I couldn’t customize anything. I didn’t ask for customization, but her manner was unnecessarily brusque. When it was time to pay, I mentioned I had the Subway app and wanted to scan my order for points and a 50% discount on my next footlong sub. She said their scanner wasn’t working and suggested I could scan the receipt code into the app for points. However, when I asked her where to scan, she admitted she had no idea. I then asked another staff member, who informed me that Subway had changed the system and they hadn't received any training on it. It’s baffling that Subway apparently trains their staff to be rude but not on how to handle their own loyalty system. To anyone visiting this Subway, be aware: you can’t scan for points because they don’t have a functional scanner, and the staff lack both customer service skills and technical knowledge. It’s clear Subway doesn’t prioritize proper training for their employees or customer satisfaction. I have never experienced such a rude customer service especially in the restaurants.

Incorrect item delivered. Received small ice cream instead of large one.

Came to pick up an order while the place was completely empty. Had to wait for about 20 min for 2 subs as the guy behind the counter was just sat there talking on the phone with a friend. Had to go up to him to ask about our order at the time it says to pick up. Didn’t apologise or nothing (his coworker did, so big up to her), big fat joke!

Today, I went to buy a sandwich, but the seller, who I think is a lady from India, upset and upset me, so I really didn't want to eat that food after the purchase.🤧👎🏼Lewisham subway 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼She had a very cold and harsh attitude and really expected more from a food vendor ,she wears glasses, remember my comment whenever you see him

I went here yesterday with my two kids. Clean and tidy place, but the stuff was VERY RUDE! The Chinese woman with the glasses who didn't understand a word English and I repeat myself about four times, was extreme rude. I don't blame her English but the management to put a useless person on the till and don't get a order right, there was thankfully a gentleman who took over and made the orders right without complaining. I felt very uncomfortable with my kids in the shop. And usually we love Subway. At end apologise for any inconvenience I am made and she just turnt around and said bye! The Indian said at least thank you as well at the end. But this behaviour in front of two kids is unakzeptabel. PLEASE MANAGMENT choose your stuff right, this effects your shop. We won't come again here. We go to the Beckenham one!

You have sent me another order incorrectly. The tangy cheese Doritos crisps were missing you sent the nachos box instead. The footlong was missing the red onion and you sent a coffee frappe instead of a Jude’s chocolate milkshake! Not a happy customer☹️

guy who delivered food had it in his hand whilst driving around my flat in circles, this lead to my food being cold and having to reheat it myself to make it edible.

I ordered a pesto foot long with chicken breast, and I got no chicken breast. The bread was soggy with some kind of tomato sauce which they did not mention in the description of the sandwich. The sandwich was completely flat because there was barely anything in it. Every time I go to order from here thinking that it may be good I always get disappointed.

The bread was stale and disgusting, not toasted, hardly warm. The cookie was stale too. Will not be ordering again from here. Yuk.

I’m amazed that they delivered it and in such a timely manner as I ordered to my home address rather then my work address so it was much further away yet they still got it there on time and I’m sure it will be wonderful for whoever was at home today

Only ordered from this place three times via deliveroo but every single time they have got the order wrong. Today they didn’t even bother to put the cheese in my sub. Do not recommend as they clearly are incapable of reading a receipt and giving you what you pay for.

Wrong order, the driver told me it wasn’t his problem, called restaurant multiple times no answer.

The order turned up stone cold and 28 minuets later then the specified time to be delivered so it is unlikely I will be able to finish it before I have Tod return to work.

Not being a karen here. But paying a little over £12 for a foot long order just to get a 6-inch order is disappointing and annoying. Now I’m losing out on my money because I’ve only gotten half of my sub like wth.

I ordered Jude’s chocolate milkshake with the meal and then I ordered another Jude’s chocolate milkshake. You sent one milkshake one flat white coffee.

Very fresh and presentable subs unlike some other subway branches.

I akways do online orders through uber and roughtly i have ordered 6 times from them. All those 6 times i ordered the order was eithet missing some topping or non of the toppings i asked for were included. Staff in this subway dont pay attention to the notes. My girlfriend is gluten intolerant and we ordered a subway from here and they send her normal bread. Luckly we was able to tell the difference and she didnt eat it. This is very dangerous and lack of attention to intolerances or allergies can potentially cause death. I will never be orderung from this branch and i hope people see this and are careful when ordering. Staff really need training for this to change.
