This restaurant is very quiet and clean. The waiter is very friendly. I like tuna the most. You can sit and eat it. The window is very clean, which will make you feel good.

I had a very bad experience today at subway. I ordered my sandwich off the subway app for collection. When I arrived, I saw one the employees making my sandwich. It got to the part when she was putting the vegetables on my sandwich and I asked her to put extra sweetcorn. She then proceeded to tell me I have to pay extra for the sweetcorn. I was confused and thought it was a joke. I told her on the app it does not give me the option to pay for extra veggies. She said you have to pay extra in store. Bare in mind on the menu board it does not state anything about paying extra for vegetables/salad. She also said I have to pay for extra sauce again no mention of this on the app or instore. The lady was very rude and unprofessional. This is the worst experience I’ve had at a subway. I have never had to pay for extra veggies or extra sauce. This has to be made clear in store as on the app you don’t have to pay extra for veggies.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the staff here. Avoid like the plague. To the male employee who boasted "I have worked here 10 years" Well done for you! May you stay there another 10years with no where to go. There was absolutely no need for your behaviour today towards my partner or child. You failed to follow food safety and hygiene basic standards, answered a unprofessional phonecall, played with your phone Infront of customers and when asked to change your gloves you become aggressive! Went there around 6:45 yesterday there was this girl and a guy working. The guy was extremely nice and girl was very rude. We paid for refillable drink so when we tried to refill it the drink machine wasn’t working. We asked the girl without even checking she was like I don’t know not working. I was like how do we refill it then she said I don’t know not working. Then we went outside the next door shop and came back after 5minutes. I asked the girl is it working now she is like you can’t just come back here to refill it. I said I am coming back because it wasn’t working when I bought it. She rolled her eyes at me even though I wasn’t being rude or anything just simply asked. There is no manager in the shop either. Very bad service. Not going back

Today we went there for a quick lunch but the customer service was really disappointing and food was okayish half of filling we’re falling out and there was a man and a lady who is not trained properly and when we ask about some offer they simply replied we don’t know. Like what is this?? And they both had a rude behaviour towards us. Subway Please make sure they have proper training about offer and teach them for better customer service.

I had a highly disappointing experience at the Subway in Lewisham. Upon arrival, I asked about the contents of the All Star Chicken Sub, and the staff member rudely replied, "Look for yourself on the screen." This unprofessional attitude gave me a very bitter first impression. Next, I ordered a Big Bombay Subway and a Saver Subway. While I know what comes in the Saver Sub, the lady preparing my order bluntly stated the ingredients and told me I couldn’t customize anything. I didn’t ask for customization, but her manner was unnecessarily brusque. When it was time to pay, I mentioned I had the Subway app and wanted to scan my order for points and a 50% discount on my next footlong sub. She said their scanner wasn’t working and suggested I could scan the receipt code into the app for points. However, when I asked her where to scan, she admitted she had no idea. I then asked another staff member, who informed me that Subway had changed the system and they hadn't received any training on it. It’s baffling that Subway apparently trains their staff to be rude but not on how to handle their own loyalty system. To anyone visiting this Subway, be aware: you can’t scan for points because they don’t have a functional scanner, and the staff lack both customer service skills and technical knowledge. It’s clear Subway doesn’t prioritize proper training for their employees or customer satisfaction. I have never experienced such a rude customer service especially in the restaurants.

I went here yesterday with my two kids. Clean and tidy place, but the stuff was VERY RUDE! The Chinese woman with the glasses who didn't understand a word English and I repeat myself about four times, was extreme rude. I don't blame her English but the management to put a useless person on the till and don't get a order right, there was thankfully a gentleman who took over and made the orders right without complaining. I felt very uncomfortable with my kids in the shop. And usually we love Subway. At end apologise for any inconvenience I am made and she just turnt around and said bye! The Indian said at least thank you as well at the end. But this behaviour in front of two kids is unakzeptabel. PLEASE MANAGMENT choose your stuff right, this effects your shop. We won't come again here. We go to the Beckenham one!

I ordered a pesto foot long with chicken breast, and I got no chicken breast. The bread was soggy with some kind of tomato sauce which they did not mention in the description of the sandwich. I akways do online orders through uber and roughtly i have ordered 6 times from them. All those 6 times i ordered the order was eithet missing some topping or non of the toppings i asked for were included. Staff in this subway dont pay attention to the notes. My girlfriend is gluten intolerant and we ordered a subway from here and they send her normal bread. Luckly we was able to tell the difference and she didnt eat it. This is very dangerous and lack of attention to intolerances or allergies can potentially cause death. I will never be orderung from this branch and i hope people see this and are careful when ordering. Staff really need training for this to change.
