undercooked - I ordered late so I don't think they had time to cook it? anyhow arrived (thin base) under-cooked... hot - but soggy and doughy. Normally it's normal from pizza gogo.

Underrated. As good as a restaurant.

Firstly the driver did not activate the tracker so I didn't know when my order would arrive. Secondly the delivery driver, very rudely rung my door bell 3 times with seconds, despite it being obviously I live in a shared house with 3 floors, I myself am situated on the second floor, so it will naturally take a good 30+ seconds to reach the front door. No need for the delivery driver to act so obnoxiously and, 3, the rung the bell 3 times and given how late at night it is this is v.rude!

the driver doesn't know how to find an apartment, and he still calls and speaks strong words

arrived early which is great! delivery dude was friendly and was cool when he couldn't find the house and needed directions. Food was piping hot when it arrived and was tasty

The bottle of Fanta was missing 2.99 bad enough f or a bottle of drink but to then not deliver it is not good at all This is not the first time this has happened either

Really good quality for the price. So much better than your standard local pizzeria. Offers proper ham too, none of this Turkey ham rubbish.

Under cooked. Tasted rushed. This is not the 1st time. Had to re cook all of it in my air fryer. Tasted great after. Please don't rush my food next time. Because I know you can do better.

Knocked on the door and woke up everyone in the house after I asked the driver to call, not impressed!

I ordered an hour and a half ago my estimated delivery way over half an hour ago and I still haven’t received my food and they aren’t answering the phone. I now can’t eat tonight because I have to take my baby to bed. This is terrible service. I know it’s snowing but putting on the app that you’ve delivered when you haven’t is a disgrace.

My first time getting food from this restaurant and I’m in distraught, my food took ages to come and when it came it was freezing cold

The food was alright there really wasn’t much flavour but the customer service was very good and the food was delivered on time at the earliest time they said it could be delivered so overall I’m satisfied.

Chicken bites and jalapeno poppers were fine but the garlic bread was so undercooked, and because they use garlic sauce (as in mayo based) instead of garlic butter it just tasted rancid.

Lovely food tasted great only problem I had was the mozzarella dippers supposed to be 8 but received 5 other than that was nice. But bit disappointed

Most food is great! Pizza is definitely very good, garlic bread and churros were not as good as hoped. But I will 100% ordered again: although I ordered chicken bites and onion rings were delivered, someone soon came to deliver chicken bites too!

The classic garlic pizza bread wasn't great... It's like eating garlic sauce. I didn't enjoy it but the pizza and wing was amazing

I've order 2 pizzas but never ever had before bbq sauce on the pizza base instead of tomato sauce!!!!!! We couldn't eat that...I believe we should be informed that you doing bbq sauce...would never order those pizzas..my £25 gone to the bin...

Food arrived at the first eta which is fantastic, what was even better was the two veggy pizzas I ordered tasted excellent much nicer the my local big brand name pizzerias. Generous cheese and visible tops. There was no hide and seek you sometimes get. So Deliverly, Tastey, Generous toppings - Has to be a thumbs up from me.

Ordered chocolate sponge with chocolate sauce Got a slice of chocolate fudge cake. Rang restaurant to be told it’s the same thing so told them it wasn’t and got the reply “fudge cake is better” when I told them that I don’t eat chocolate fudge cake the reply was “We don’t do chocolate cake with chocolate sauce” Why is it on the menu then???? Not impressed😡

Would really have enjoyed this but there was way too many chillis which made the pizza too spicy. I had to pick off the chillis it was scattered as much as cheese! I like the generous amount of olives however and the chicken topping was good

Delivery was 30 minutes late, so pizza was cold and hard. Every time I call was told 5/10 minutes. What the issue was the driver went out with to many deliveries, who ever got the one after me I feel sorry for.

One pizza was burt. The other was too salty. I don't like leaving bad reviews, so decided to call the restaurant to see if they can do something. They said they'll redo the burnt pizza. It's been over 2 and a half hours and still no sign of anything. Very disappointed. Wasted my money and didn't even eat.

The pizza was delivered upside down, so all the cheese was stuck to the top of the box. It’s a shame as I haven’t had any problems before, and normally enjoy pizza go go pizzas!

This pizza shop is not right. I ordered pizza for my family the food was not hot I ordered two pizza one pizza was ok the other pizza didn’t have any of the toppings I ordered. I also ordered wings which was burnt potato wedges which was burnt so I called the restaurant the man asked me what was wrong I told him he goes to me that I should Chuck it in the bin and he is sending me another one I was waiting then I called again the man on the phone said his driver will check the bin I said not a problem. I am still waiting for my food but they keep on saying the driver is on his way I am still waiting but no pizza. Please be carful when u order at this pizza gogo.

I received a text saying it won't be long now while I was eating my pizza so it arrived nice and early. The delivery driver was very polite and I can't fault him for his customer services, he really was lovely. The pizza however, ugh!! I've never had such an oily pizza. It was like pools of oil sitting in between the ditches of cheese. The bbq chicken wings were okay and the chocolate churros had a consistency of being slightly undercooked but overall not too bad. Had 3 slices and couldn't eat any more so the bin ate it. Never ordered from here before and unfortunately I won't be ordering again.

Exactky what I ordered delivered well in time and hot. Also delivery people very helpful as I am disabled.

There was no plastic thing to keep the lid off of the cheese with one of the pizzas. Meaning the pizza was partially cheeseless. Very disappointing.

One of the pizzas was partially burnt and the Ben and Jerry’s ice cream was terrible quality, as if it’s been sitting in the bottom of the freezer for a couple of years.

Cold pizza and forgot my drinks then had the cheek to try blame me because I live apparently to far away ha what a joke gave me half my money back like that helps me.

Food quality really poor. 1st pizza was extremely overcooked and the 2nd pizza was undercooked to the point ingredients were coming off the pizza base. Also ordered southern fried chicken but got sent chicken bits and the bbq wings I ordered were burnt so bad. there was no sauce or juice left in them. Really poor service. cant believe they sent this standard of food to their customer. Made a note at home to never order from Sydenham branch ever again.
