Got the footlong Furious chicken sub and it has the perfect name because I was extremely furious after eating it. Bland & tasteless shredded chicken just added a dry taste to the sub. Plus, the cheese had no flavour at all. I just couldnt eat it after couple of bites. So disappointed for trying Subway.

Footlong eCookie is delicious and the meatballs.

Food wise all good, just way expensive than going in person, absolutely not justified 😑

pizza slice was cold the waffle fries was next to nothing in the portion and the turkey foot long was warm and lightly toasted when it shouldn’t have been everything else was okay just unhappy with those things wrong

They purposely do not honour any rewards/ offers. They are also extremely rude. I would recommend the Gun Street branch instead For the record yes I could see my reward clearly on the app and they told me I had already used it. Which firstly, I know I hadn't. Secondly, wouldn't have shown as available if I had.

Parking outside is a scam if you don't get a ticket for the free parking you will get a £100 fine by automatic number plate recognition. Avoid by all costs. Some dodgy private parking company.

not only was my hashbrowns cold but someone clearly can't do simple maths, 3x3 = 9, so if someone's ordering 3x of 3 cookies, it means they are ordering 9 cookies in total. very unpleased, kids now upset.

Very poor V I brie. Nearly all turkey rashers not even proper bacon making the sandwich very chewy , and very little Brie. Over 6.00 not good value

This subway is very mid. Does the job thought. The filling have shrunk, and on Uber they don’t even let you pick more than one sauce? What a joke. Know locally to be a very stingy subway branch.

Useless didn’t have the bread for order so just didn’t bother packing the sub. Could have used different bread but couldn’t be bothered.

Closing time says 20:30 but they closed the doors at 19:59.

The server was extremely rude, shooting dirty looks at my heavily pregnant Fiancée. Dropped meat in other food containers and decided to just throw it back in with the rest of the meat. She left my sub in the toaster and just watched it for a while after it had finished toasting. Gave us barely any salad and then tried overcharging me for my order.

Subway oxford road reading, The cs/manager at the till on sep 15 at 3.00pm was so rude . when we asked him can you take order. He was rude He refused to serve us too. Never seen such rude staff of subway anywhere in the world

The food was good, not the best I've had but was well made, service was quick and easy however you can't really tell which part of the stand to go to at first, there was an incident of a gentleman trying to get free fizzy drinks despite being told no the staff handed it rather well! Overall pretty good food

I didn’t receive my order I need the refund back to my account n the money of my top up to call the customer Service costed me £20 on pay as go so u owe me £45 all together im so upset with what they’ve done my kids were hungry n apology too

Tried their new big cheese steak - nothing like their picture. What I got was basically like a flat sandwich, very disappointed.

Limited veggie and vegan options. I asked if they had the fake meat and was told no... saw it on the menu after I paid. I absolutely hate that I have to say - more lettuce please, more, more. A sprinkle of lettuce isn't good enough. They always skimp on the cheapest ingredients. Overpriced for a sandwich.

I cannot thank the manager and his team enough for the service they gave. I ran a coach trip to Cardiff and provided Subways for lunch. The manager took real care of the order, providing advice to improve the order and even bringing in staff specially to make sure it was as fresh as possible. The food tasted delicious. Will be returning next time I have a big (or small) order for sure.

It’s best place to eat breakfast with fresh baked breads and on lunch time very good service with staff being friendly and providing what we need in to our sandwich making more enjoyable thank you guys

Worst experience ever: 1st they didn’t give promised reward their machine not working and they say customer should have checked even after checking the app and list of participant restaurants online - Idiots! 2nd: driest sandwich ever - miserly adding sauces and veggies by highly untrained staff! Save your time and money don’t go to this branch! Subway is definitely sleeping to oversee this branch tarnishing their brand!!!

Nice outlet. Not very big, and there is not a lot of table room, however there are some. Staff are very quick at making sandwiches, and the cookies are lovely.

This particular Subway has rapidly gone downhill in the last few years. The decor is very drab & dated & has an air of unkempt. The franchise needs a severe injection of cash to make it a "nice" place to go to. The staff appear to be just going through the motions, rather than having any interest in their jobs or the customers. The lady that "filled" our sandwiches put a sauce on that was NOT asked for &, when corrected, all she did was scrape the salad items off the sandwiches into the bin and then proceeded to refill the salad onto the sandwiches and add the CORRECT sauce! Even then, she got one of the sandwiches wrong as she failed to re-add a salad ingredient that was asked for on one of the sandwiches. At NO point did they offer to completely remake the sandwiches, and I was frustrated by this time so I didn't force the issue. However this could have had a serious consequence, as I have a food allergy & know exactly what I can/cannot ingest. Had there been any trace left, of the sauce she mistakenly put on the sandwiches I WOULD have been very ill (fortunately, I checked for traces of this sauce before I ate the sandwich). Add all this to massive price hike & the 10 minutes that it took them, messing about with the coffee maker, to tell my husband & I that the cappuccino we had paid for wouldn't be coming (as the "machine isn't working), we are extremely unlikely to ever use this branch franchise again All in all, a rather unpleasant lunch experience. If I could have given ZERO stars, that would have been closer to my experience!

I haven’t set foot in this subway for a long time… they display items on their menu which they do not even do.. such as breakfast. When I was told they do not provide breakfast I asked why it was displayed up on the board then? Of course there was no answer to this and no apology and so I walked out. In the past the customer service in here was always terrible.. don’t know what possessed me to go in there really.

Why are they so stingy with the salad? Not very friendly. I thought You decide wot you want and pay for..isn't that the point? Jesus how many times you got to say 'that will cost extra'.
